Abstract

Introduction: Anxiety is a state of unease or apprehension that arises from the expectation of potential harm, frequently without a clear or identifiable cause. An individual undergoing anxiety might induce a rise in blood pressure. Anxiety exacerbates hypertension by causing vasoconstriction, resulting in elevated blood pressure. Regarding the correlation between anxiety and hypertension, it is crucial to address anxiety in individuals with hypertension. There are multiple methods available to address this anxiety, including both pharmaceutical and non-pharmacological approaches. Material and Methods: This study is a review of existing literature. The researchers aimed to locate scholarly literature about the use of animated movies as a means of alleviating anxiety in individuals diagnosed with hypertension. Articles about the specified theme were chosen from 2018 to 2023 using electronic databases such as Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar and open knowledge maps during the article search. The researchers employed the PRISMA methodology to analyze the literature review studies. Results: 174 articles were chosen using the keywords Health Promotion, Animation Video, Anxiety, and Hypertension. The research underwent a comprehensive review encompassing its aims, samples, methods, and results. Based on the literature review findings, there needs to be more participants or samples that align with the focus of this study. Researchers did not discover any instances of anxiousness in individuals with hypertension through the examination of samples. However, researchers conducted studies on various topics, including the impact of using animated videos to promote health in reducing anxiety among postpartum patients, preoperative anxiety in children, and hypertension. These findings are presented in Table 1. Nevertheless, scholars might engage in discussions regarding the impacts of animated videos. The researchers selected and evaluated only ten publications despite their lack of relevance to the research area of this literature review. Conclusion: Out of the 10 articles examined, many employed animated videos as interventions. However, researchers did not discover any studies specifically focused on investigating the impact of using animated videos for health promotion in reducing anxiety among hypertensive patients. The researchers discovered an independent subject. Consequently, researching this topic can contribute innovatively to future investigations.

Abstract

Introduction: Even though antenatal care checks are incredibly crucial for monitoring the health development of both mothers and newborns, the reality is that a significant number of pregnant women do not go to their appointments as much as is recommended. This is because pregnant women are frequently tardy in doing prenatal care checks since there is a lack of information regarding the significance of antenatal checks for the development of health. Experts are attempting to progress in the health sector by using mobile devices in health services to monitor antenatal care (ANC) for pregnant women. This is being done in light of the rapidly evolving technology of the 4.0 age. This application will serve to remind pregnant women of the scheduled examination appointments suggested for them. Additionally, it can potentially improve health services for pregnant women and identify issues that may arise during pregnancy. Methods: Conduct a systematic data analysis by examining existing research findings on the efficacy of Android-based antenatal care applications in enhancing adherence to antenatal care and improving maternal health. Articles about the specified theme were chosen from 2018 to 2023 using electronic databases like Science Direct, PubMed, Google Scholar, and open knowledge maps for the search. The researcher employed the PRISMA methodology to analyze the literature study comprehensively. Results: Of 184 papers, ten studies were deemed suitable and thoroughly examined and studied regarding their research objectives, samples, methodology, and findings with keywords Antenatal Care Application, Android, Antenatal Care Adherence, and Pregnant Mothers Health. The selection process for this study is presented in Figure 1. Conclusion: An Antenatal Care Application based on Android has the potential to enhance compliance with Antenatal Care, enhance the health of pregnant women, augment maternal knowledge and behavior, improve health services for pregnant women, and facilitate the detection of pregnancy issues.

Abstract

Introduction: Hospitalrecyclingwhich cannot function normally and there are calculation errors in thewater mass balanceTo minimize the impact of waste water on environmental pollution, an evaluation of the IPAL unit is carried out. The aim of this research is to evaluate the IPAL and provide suggestions related to optimizing wastewater treatment at Hospital to improve wastewater removal performance. Material and Methods: This study refers to design criteria and quality standards based on literature review with PICO Analysis and evaluation of existing conditions using secondary and primary data. Based on the results of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) evaluation, it was found that the waste water discharge was 166.3 m3/day, had an efficiency that was in the very efficient and efficient category in processing waste water pollutant parameters so that the waste water treatment process ran well, and there was equalization of the first and second settling tanks. , activated sludge, trickling filter, filtration, disinfection and recycling did not meet the design criteria so recalculations were carried out.. Results: The solution provided is to tighten monitoring and testing of the condition of the quality of wastewater coming out of the WWTP unit by changing the sampling test method, re-measuring the quality of influent wastewater, improving the workings of the IPAL unit according to the applicable Standart Operation Procedure (SOP). Conclusion: After evaluating the waste water treatment unit, conclusions can be drawn, among others, based on the results of water quality tests and the work performance of the waste water quality parameters. The waste water quality parameter degradation efficiency is very effective, effective and quite effective and all parameters tested are in accordance with applicable quality standards.

Abstract

Introduction: Apart from being a health service facility, hospitals are also a medium for disease transmission for patients, employees, visitors and the community around the hospital. Many activities in hospitals have the potential to increase environmental pollution because every activity produces waste. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of liquid waste management in preventing environmental pollution in hospitals. Material and Methods: This research uses the literature study method (literature review). The population is 4 journals and journals published are limited to the last 5 (five) years. Analysis used with PICO. Results: The results of this research are that liquid waste produced by hospitals includes waste water originating from the canteen and nutrition kitchen, waste water originating from inpatient rooms, waste water originating from central operating/surgery rooms, waste water originating from isolation rooms, waste water originating from outpatient rooms/polyclinics, waste water originating from pharmacy rooms, waste water originating from obstetrics rooms, and waste water originating from laboratories. All waste water is channeled to the IPAL, except for waste water that comes from nutritional kitchens, laundry and laboratories, because it must betreatment especially before heading to IPA. Conclusion: concluded that liquid waste processing in hospitals still does not meet hospital liquid waste quality standards, so supervision and monitoring by the government needs to be improved.
