<![CDATA[This article discusses a literature review that has an impact on employee performance as the dependent variable, leadership style and work motivation as the independent variable and job satisfaction as the intervening variable. This literature review aims to determine hypotheses that impact each variable so that they can be used for further research. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze the extent to which time management, competence and learning media affect the performance of junior high school teachers in Makassar. The study used a structural model with the assistance of AMOS 24 and involved 360 junior high school teachers in Makassar as the sample. The research are findings that time management, competence and learning media have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance the performance of junior high school teachers in Makassar.]]>

<![CDATA[The volatility increase in rice prices has already started since August 2022 where this condition continues until 2023. This increase in rice prices brought a negative sentiments to rice producing companies such as HOKI and NASI in their Net Profit Margin. Therefore this research focuses to provide insights for investors and companies on the impact of volatilities increase in rice prices to financial performances of rice producing companies that listed in IDX. By using quantitative research methods and analyzing various financial ratios, the research investigates how rising rice prices affect the profitability, efficiency, and market performance of these companies. The results indicate that the volatility in rice prices negatively impacted the financial performance of rice-producing companies listed on the IDX in terms of profitability. However, it had a mixed impact on marketability and efficiency with the data showing positive differences. Benchmarking with companies from other countries also suggests areas for improvement for the companies studied.]]>

Employing the seven traditional tools and additional new methods, this study scrutinized these shortcomings. The outcomes indicate that these variables exert a notable influence on product quality. These discoveries establish a foundation for pinpointing areas of enhancement to elevate the efficiency and quality of the tofu production process.]]>

<![CDATA[Clean water is a crucial element in the lives of humans and other creatures, ensuring the normal function of the body's organs and optimal health. In the bottled water industry, particularly in refillable bottled water, competition is becoming increasingly fierce. This study focuses on the role of service and product quality in consumer purchasing decisions at Refillable Bottled Water Depots, specifically at Depot Air Qua in Tegal Alur, West Jakarta. The research employs an associative quantitative approach with 96 respondents and questionnaires as instruments. The analysis results indicate a positive impact between service and product quality on purchasing decisions. It is essential to note that this analysis is limited to a single Refillable Bottled Water company (Depot Air Qua) without considering other variables or moderating factors that could affect purchasing decisions more comprehensively.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Work-Life Balance and Work Stress on the Performance of Generation Z Employees (Study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University Class of 2020). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of survey method. The number of samples used in this study uses the calculation of the slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. The data processing tool used in this study is using SPSS software version 27. The results in this study show that the work-life balance variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance, the work stress variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The results in this study show that the variables of work life balance and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The Influence of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Garden Textile Store Employees in Jakarta. This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Garden Textile Store in Jakarta. The object of this research is the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 40 employees of the Garden Textile Store in Jakarta. Based on the research results, it shows that the financial compensation variable has a partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta, the job satisfaction variable has a partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta. <![CDATA[This research aims to find out whether employee performance can influence the relationship between work facilities and work discipline that researchers found at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch. By using quantitative research methods, the population and sample were generated from employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch using the saturated sample method. The sample used in this research consisted of 33 employees as respondents according to the number of employees at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch. This research reveals that the work facility variable has a positive effect on employee performance. However, the work discipline variable has a negative effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee discipline at the Babelan District office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method through a questionnaire made through a questionnaire/questionnaire with the criteria of all employees of the Babelan District office totaling 52 employees. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression.
