The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequence in Soft Tissue MRI examinations of the neck in cases of nasopharyngeal cancer and to determine the advantages of using the Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequence in MRI Soft Tissue examinations of the neck in cases of nasopharyngeal cancer. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study method. The results of the literature review research showed: 1) Nasopharyngeal cancer, especially squamous cell carcinoma, can be treated with radiation therapy where treatment failure is still a serious problem, especially in advanced cases. DWI and ADC are imaging methods that utilize the movement of water inside. DWI provides additional information regarding response to treatment in hard-to-reach cases of nasopharyngeal cancer. plays an important role in detection, evaluation of response to treatment, and early monitoring of chemoradiotherapy therapy. DWI also provides information that helps distinguish between tissue experiencing post-RTH fibrosis and areas that may contain active cancer cells. DWI and ADC are also useful in tumor staging, delineation of target volumes, and detection of tumor recurrence. Elevated ADC may be indicative of a favorable response to therapy, whereas low pretreatment ADC values may predict a favorable response. In the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer, DWI and ADC also help differentiate squamous cell carcinoma subtypes, predict response to chemoradiation therapy, and determine the appropriate time for alternative treatment regimens. 2) DWI and ADC provide advantages in the diagnosis and monitoring of nasopharyngeal cancer. DWI can image restrictions on water diffusion within tissue, helping to detect areas of high cell density associated with tumors. Its advantages include sensitivity to microenvironmental changes and the ability to early identify recurrence or secondary cancer post-radiation therapy.

The elderly or elderly will experience health problems called aging process. The problem that often occurs in the elderly is hypertension. Hypertension is a condition in which the systolic blood pressure is more than 140 mmHg and/or diastolic is more than 90 mmHg. Risk factors that affect hypertension are lifestyle, stress and psychology, environmental factors and age. Management in patients with hypertension can be done pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically, among others, by using foot massage therapy. The purpose of this case study is to determine the evaluation of the application of foot massage to control blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. This type of case study research is with an evaluation method of nursing care process approach. The sample number was 2 respondents, namely the elderly suffering from mild-moderate hypertension. Foot massage therapy is carried out every two days according to part-time taking medication for 7 times within 2 weeks with a duration of 20 minutes. Blood pressure measurement is measured before and after the procedure using observation sheet instruments, SOPs, tools to measure blood pressure, namely aneroid sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes, and booklets to record results. The results found that respondent 1, the first day's blood pressure results of 160/100 mmHg (moderate hypertension) dropped to 130/80 mmHg (abnormally high) on day 7. Then, in respondent 2 the results of the first day's blood pressure of 150/100 mmHg (mild hypertension) dropped to 130/80 mmHg (abnormally high) on day 7. It can be concluded, that the application of foot massage can control blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension.

Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae that affects the skin, peripheral nerves, mucosal surfaces of the respiratory tract, muscles and bones. Most leprosy patients experience paralysis of the ulnar nerve which causes partial disruption of the fingers or called clawhand where the finger is like a bird's claw. Purpose: this study is to determine the benefits of exercise therapy on functional activity in patients with Claw Hand e.c Morbus Hansen. Method: This study uses a case report method conducted at Kelet Donorejo Hospital by taking a sample of one of the leprosy patients by providing exercise therapy for 3 therapy sessions. Furthermore, measuring the first therapy and the third therapy. Results: In this study, the results of physiotherapy interventions were obtained, namely showing an increase in muscle strength even though it was not significant, showing a decrease in pain, in measuring nerve thickening there was no change, motor nerve function and functional measurements of the hand there was an increase even though it was not significant. Conclusion: Physiotherapy management in patients with claw hand e.c. multi-bacillary morbus hansen in the form of active exercise therapy, strengthening exercise and functional exercise obtained the results of increased muscle strength even though it was not significant, showed a decrease in pain, in the measurement of nerve thickening there was no change, motor nerve function and functional hand measurements there was an increase even though it was not significant.

ISPA is a continuous cause of morbidity and death in preschool children in various countries. This research is to find out whether there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and how to prevent ARI in preschool children at the children's polyclinic at Palabuhanratu Hospital in 2023. This research was conducted to find out whether there is a relationship between maternal knowledge with attitudes towards preventing ARI in preschool children. The design in this research uses a total sampling technique, data processing and analysis using the SPSS program using the ChiSquare test with 95% confidence (0.05) with univariate and bivariate analysis. Based on the results of statistical tests using the ChiSquare test, the resulting p value was 0.000 < 0.005, which can be concluded that this research shows that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards preventing ISPA in preschool children at the Palabuhanratu Hospital children's clinic. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes towards preventing ARI in preschool children and it is hoped that this will become reference material for the children's clinic at Palabuhanratu Regional Hospital to create a health education program about ARI in preschool children so that parents know how to prevent ARI.

Hypertension is a chronic non-communicable disease and its incidence will continue to increase every year. This condition causes someone diagnosed with hypertension to experience anxiety. One alternative relaxation method for hypertension sufferers is five-finger hypnosis, also known as self-hypnosis, which aims to relieve anxiety by influencing the sympathetic nervous system and can reduce stress. Objective: To determine the effect of five finger hypnosis on anxiety levels in hypertensive elderly. Method: The design in this research uses a quasi-experimental approach using a one group pretest posttest design. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests using the Paired Samples Test, the resulting P value is 0.000 < 0.05, where it can be concluded that there is an influence of five finger hypnosis on anxiety levels in hypertensive elderly at PSTW Wisma Asisi in the Sukabumi City Area. Conclusion: there is an effect of five finger hypnosis on anxiety levels in hypertensive elderly at PSTW Wisma Assisi in the Sukabumi City Area. Suggestion: These results recommend the need for further research to look at the effectiveness of the five-finger hypnosis technique for anxiety in patients with hypertension with a larger sample size and using a control group as well as exploring comparisons with other therapies.

The ACL is the most frequently injured knee ligament, accounting for almost half of all knee injuries. from approximately 33 cases in 100,000 in 1994 to between 40 and 60 incidents in 100,000 in 2014. This number is expected to continue to increase as a result of increased participation of adolescents and young adults in athletic activities. The aim of providing interventions is to reduce pain, increase strength muscle, increase muscle strength and to increase the functional activity of the patient and the patient can continue to the next phase of training. In previous studies, physical therapy has been shown to be very important for surgical recovery to regain strength and range of motion. The results obtained were a decrease in pain which was related to an increase in muscle strength, a decrease in pain and an increase in muscle strength influenced the increase in ROM in the knee, which could increase the functional activity of the injured leg.
