Abstract

The Influence Of Work Stress And Work Discipline On Employee Performance At The Faculty Of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University. Study Of Human Resource Management Program Stim-Lpi Makassar. Supervised By Supervisors Azhary Ismail And Rahmi Usman. This Study Aims To Analyze The Effect Of Work Stress And Work Discipline On Employee Performance At The Faculty Of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University. The Number Of Respondents In This Study Was 38 People, With The Implementation Of The Study Taking Place FromNovember 9, 2024 Until Completion. The Approaches Used Include Quantitative And Qualitative Approaches, With Data Analysis Techniques In The Form Of Multiple Linear Regression. The Results Of The Study Indicate That There Is A Significant Influence Between Work Discipline And Employee Performance At The Faculty Of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University. The Results Show That T Count Is 2.010, T Table Is 2.898, And The Significant Number Is 0.050 ≤ 0.05, Which Indicates That H0 Is Rejected And Ha Is Accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of possessing the components of strategic cognitive competencein enhancing the quality of health services in the private health sector operating in the holy KarbalaGovernorate through a sample that was studied, which included three important private hospitals, namely(Al-Kafeel Hospital, Al-Hujjah Hospital, and Zain Al-Abidin Hospital). To achieve this goal, threedimensions were adopted for the main independent variable, strategic cognitive competence, which are(information technology, decision-making, creative thinking). Five dimensions were also adopted for thedependent variable, the quality of health services, which are (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, empathy), based on ready-made scales. A sample of leaders, administrators, and doctorsworking in these hospitals, amounting to (120) respondents, was selected for the purpose of answering thequestions related to the independent variable, strategic cognitive competence. As for the questions relatedto the dependent variable, the quality of health services, they were answered by a sample of clients ofthese hospitals, amounting to (120) respondents, in order to ensure the credibility of the answers. Anumber of statistical programs were used, such as (SPSS V.25, AMOS V.23). One of the most importantconclusions reached by the study is that the material aspects of health services, such as medical devicesand equipment, are considered good, but they need continuous improvement to keep pace with everythingnew in this field. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of whichwas the need to work on developing an integrated system to measure and analyze the level of patientsatisfaction with the nature of the health services provided.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance of state-owned banks (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2019–2023 based on profitability ratios (ROA, ROE) and operational efficiency (CIR). The results show that Bank Mandiri and BRI had the best performance, with significant improvements in efficiency and profitability, achieving ROA of 2.76% and 3.08% and ROE of 20.89% and 19.09% in 2023. Meanwhile, Bank BNI experienced fluctuations in its profitability ratios, with ROA increasing to 2.25% in 2023, although slightly lower than the previous year. Nevertheless, Bank BNI showed relatively stable operational efficiency, with CIR ranging between 50% and 60%. Bank BTN, while having the lowest performance, showed significant improvement throughout the study period. This study provides important insights for investors and policymakers in understanding the dynamics of the national banking sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of ROE and DPR on stock returns. The population in this study is all companies listed in ISSI. The sample in this study is companies listed on ISSI for the 2019-2023 period. The analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. The results of the first hypothesis test show that there is an effect of ROE on stock returns, while the results of the second hypothesis show that there is no influence of the House of Representatives on stock returns. And the third hypothesis shows that there is an effect of return on equity and dividend payout ratio on stock returns.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to present a comprehensive perspective on the interrelationship and impact of financial literacy, financial digitalization, and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on the growth and adaptability of SMEs in today's dynamic business landscape. This research uses a systematic literature observation method to collect, analyze and synthesize relevant findings from various published literature sources, especially selections in the Scopus database. The primary focus of this study is to examine the correlation between financial literacy and financial digitalization, and how they impact SMEs' financial management capabilities and utilization of available financial technology. The findings show that financial literacy and financial digitalization are important areas of study that have received increasing attention in recent years. This research highlights the challenges in accessing finance and reducing collateral demands, indicating the struggles that SMEs are currently facing.

Abstract

Transactions using mobile money currently have quite promising prospects in the financial sector and are expected to increase financial inclusion. Financial inclusion needs to be increased through the use of mobile money. However, trust also needs to be increased to support the use of mobile money. This research aims to determine the role of trust as an intervening variable in the use of mobile money on financial inclusion in society in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi, Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show that mobile money influences financial inclusion either directly or mediated by trust.

Abstract

Sharia finance is a financial system based on Islamic principles that prioritizes justice, transparency and the avoidance of prohibited elements such as usury, gharar and maysir. Sharia finance has enormous potential to be developed in Indonesia, which has the 2nd largest Muslim population in the world. This article discusses the opportunities and challenges of developing the sharia financial sector in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with a library research approach which involves a series of activities related to collecting data from library sources. Efforts that need to be made to improve sharia financial institutions are to examine existing challenges and optimize existing opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Justice on Performance with Work Effectiveness as an Intervening Variable among employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional IV Rimbo First Business Unit, Tebo Regency.A sample of 78 respondents was selected using the Total Sampling technique (saturation sampling). Based on the data processing results using SEM-PLS, it was found that, directly (direct effect), Organizational Justice significantly affects Employee Performance, Organizational Justice significantly affects Work Effectiveness, and Work Effectiveness significantly affects Employee Performance. Then, indirectly (Indirect Effect), Organizational Justice significantly affects Employee Performance mediated by Work Effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadershi and work discipline on employe performance at Hospital kondosapata kabupaten mamasa.Using multiple linear regression analysis type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires via Google From.Sampling technique, where the number of samples was the some as the population,namely fourteen people.The results of the test analysis (partial) can be concluded ha there is a positive and significant influence of the leadership variabel on employe permomance,with can be seen from the t value of 6.454> t table 2.024 with a significan level of 0.000< 0.05,and it can also be concluded that there is a positive and significan influence of the employe work discipline variabel on employee performance by looking at the tcount value of 4.275 > table 2.024 and the significant level of 0.000 > 0.05.As for the results of results of the test (simultaneous), it can be concluded hat leadership and work discipline simultaneous have a positive and significan effect on employe perfomane.

Abstract

The method used in this research is a quantitative method and primary data sources. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests were used with the help of SPSS 24. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Work Environment variable has a partial effect on Employee Work Productivity. The statistical calculation results of the T test show that Tcount is 15.211, meanwhile the Ttable value = 2.04, so Tcount > Ttable and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this analysis accept the first hypothesis. This finding also strengthens the respondents' answers which show that every statement related to the work environment was responded to with good answers. PT Biringkassi Raya in carrying out its main tasks and functions always strives to improve its capabilities to achieve its planned goals. The work environment is the entire work facilities and infrastructure around employees who are doing work which can affect the work itself. Basically, the work environment is everything that is around workers and can influence them in carrying out their duties.
