<![CDATA[The history of East Timor is a history of conflict in a region. East Timor is a newly established country after successfully breaking away from the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, through a poll on August 30 1999. This opinion poll was carried out because there were many conflicts occurring in East Timor, human rights violations continued to occur. This is because long before the country of Timor-Leste was formed, there were many conflicts and contradictions that occurred in the East Timor region. The long history of the conflict that occurred in East Timor will be discussed by the author in this journal. It is as if the history of the conflict that occurred in East Timor will never end. The most striking conflict, among others, was the conflict that occurred between the Fretilin political party in East Timor which was fighting for its independence and the Indonesian government which thought that the Fretilin Party was a radical party which had to be suppressed as soon as possible with the movement of Indonesian military troops. However, this gave rise to many violations. human rights towards the people of East Timor. This problem was immediately followed up when Indonesia experienced a change of President from President Suharto and Bj. Habibie. With the firmness of President Bj. Habibie, who was not too resistant to Timor-Leste's secession, finally created a poll for the people of Timor-Leste. In this opinion poll, there are 2 options, namely special autonomy but remaining a part of Indonesia or independently choosing to separate from Indonesia. The result obtained was that in the end the opinion deliberation was won by the parties who chose to be independent and separate from Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[PJS is the abbreviation of Social Security Administering Body. In Indonesia, there are several BPJS institutions that are responsible for administering social security programs, including: BPJS Health (Health Social Security Administering Agency): and BPJS Employment. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, data was obtained through in-depth interviews with BPJS Employment employees and direct observation at the South Sumatra Regional Office. To simplify the research process, of course, researchers also use several theories, including interpersonal theory and consistent loyalty theory. The results of the analysis show that BPJS Employment employees apply several effective interpersonal communication strategies to increase participant trust and loyalty. First, they emphasize the importance of an active and friendly physical presence in interacting with participants. These employees strive to give full attention to participants, listen carefully, and provide relevant responses to every question or problem raised by participants. BPJS Employment employees use language that is easy for participants to understand, avoiding the use of complicated technical terms. In conclusion, the interpersonal communication strategy used by BPJS Employment employees at the South Sumatra Regional Office has proven to be effective in increasing participant trust and loyalty. BPJS Employment employees have succeeded in creating good relationships with BPJS participants.]]>

<![CDATA[Audiovisual processing has become an important role in making social media content more interesting, there are many audiovisual processing applications that can be used, but audiovisual management has several obstacles, including requiring a long time, a place that is not flexible because it uses a computer or laptop, and applications that paid. This research aims to optimize audiovisual management using the CapCutapplication. . This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to optimize audiovisual management using the CapCut application by the Public Relations of the South Sumatra Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office, with a focus on social media content uploaded by the South Sumatra Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office's Public Relations. Data will be collected through direct interviews with the South Sumatra Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office's Public Relations team to find out how to optimize audiovisual management using the CapCut application. In optimizing audiovisual management using the CapCut application, it was found that CapCut has advantages compared to using previous applications, namely the flexibility provided, the application usage time is quite short, and also the provision of the application for free, as well as various kinds of visual effects that can be used. , this of course increases effectiveness when managing audiovisuals. The findings of this researcher can contribute to audiovisual management actors to increase the effectiveness of these activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study raises the morning briefing communication strategy in increasing productivity and team collaboration within the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan South Sumatra Regional Office, which aims to find out how important the morning briefing is in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan environment in the South Sumatra Regional Office. This study aims to evaluate the communication strategies used in morning briefings within the BPJS employment environment at the South Sumatra regional office. We conducted surveys and observations of staff and employees over a 45 day period to identify the most effective types of communication in conveying important information. The results show that the use of technology-based methods in morning briefings, such as the use of dedicated mobile applications, can increase communication effectiveness and reduce misinformation.]]>

<![CDATA[The "Dendang Keliling TVRI South Sumatra" program is one of TVRI South Sumatra's initiatives which aims to maintain relevance with viewers in the ever-changing digital era. This program aims to elevate the artistic and cultural wealth of the South Sumatra region. This research uses a qualitative approach method by collecting data through participant observation during the program broadcast period, in-depth interviews with producers and members of the program production team, as well as content analysis of several episodes of "Dendang Keliling." The research results show that creativity in the communication of the "Dendang Keliling" program is reflected in the selection of in-depth themes, the use of social media as a means of two-way interaction with viewers, as well as close collaboration with local artists. This program succeeded in creating strong ties between TVRI South Sumatra and the local community, increasing understanding of regional culture, and increasing viewer engagement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the significant impact of digital transformation in mass media communication, with a focus on the case study of TVRI South Sumatra. Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the role of mass media in society. Mass media is no longer merely a passive conveyer of information but has become an interactive, participatory, and dynamic platform. In this context, several communication theories can be used as a framework to understand the transformation of mass media in this digital era. One of them is the Agenda Setting Theory, which posits that mass media has the power to determine the agenda of topics considered important by the public by highlighting specific issues. In the digital age, this transformation affects how TVRI South Sumatra, as a regional media station, responds to and addresses changes in the attention and needs of its audience. The primary research question of this study is, "How does TVRI South Sumatra respond to the digital transformation in mass media communication?" This question reflects the need to understand how the station adapts to the changing trends in media consumption that are increasingly shifting toward digital media.]]>

<![CDATA[Televisi merupakan salah satu media komunikasi massa, kemajuan teknologi digital telah menyebabkan teknologi analog secara berangsur digantikan dengan perangkat teknologi digital. Perpindahan televisi analog ke televisi digital merupakan salah satu perkembangan pesat dan alternatif di Indonesia. saat ini terlebih setelah disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Lapangan Kerja pemerintah melalui Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) melakukan proses pelaksanaan migrasi siaran TV analog (Analog Switch Off/ASO) ke digital. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bingkai pemberitaan berita televisi analog dimatikan pada media online detik.com. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis framing. Menggunakan metode observasi teks/document research sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model framing Robert N. Entman. Dalam model framing ini memiliki empat elemen yaitu define problem, dainose causes, make moral judgment, dan treatment recommendation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Detik.com memberikan informasi pemberitaan televisi analog dimatikan, dalam pemilihan berita berdasarkan unsur kebaharuan. Penelitian ini menemukan titik lemah pada Detik.com. Ini dapat terlihat dari bagaimana Detik.com memilih narasumber untuk dijadikan rujukan dalam pemberitaan mengenai migrasi TV analog ke digital. Detik.com hanya mengedepankan pendapat dari narasumber inti yaiu pemerintan melalui Kominfo dan KPI untuk penyusunan dan penekanan fakta dilapangan dalam membingkai berita ini untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat, artinya Detik.com dalam memframing pemberitaanya memilih bermain aman tanpa mampu membawa pemikiran pembaca ke ruang yang lebih dalam.]]>

<![CDATA[The law aims to ensure the existence of legal certainty in society and the law must also be in harmony with justice, namely the principles of justice of that community, in order to avoid the existence of a crime in the community. In the standard legal system, the influence of positivism also appears, which is applied to all Indonesian citizens, especially in the field of criminal law. Several prominent cases, which have been reported by the media about criminalization of victims against criminal cases of self-defense. Self-defense can be interpreted as a process, a way or an act to prevent and also distance yourself from negative things that the defender does not want to get. The principle of self-defense is balance, namely the defense or self-resistance of a person to maintain his dignity, must be balanced or equal to the attack of the criminal perpetrator against him. So it is not at all permissible to defend in an excessive way. A problem then arises which is why law enforcement in Indonesia is more inclined to the principle of legal certainty, which the important meaning of this principle also has a similarity with the main idea that exists in the construction of legal positivism reasoning so that it looks as if it upholds the principle of community justice.]]>

<![CDATA[Game online adalah video game yang tersambung ke internet yang dimainkan di perangkat game berbeda dan dapat dimainkan oleh banyak pengguna secara bersamaan. Meskipun game ini gratis untuk dimainkan, pemain dapat menggunakan mata uang dalam game untuk mengimprovisasi pengalaman bermain game mereka. Semakin banyak orang yang mengeluarkan uang untuk pembelian dalam game, muncullah fitur bernama gacha. Pemain dapat melakukan gacha dengan melakukan top up atau deposit menggunakan sejumlah uang sungguhan untuk ditukarkan dengan mata uang game. Saat gacha, pemain akan mendapatkan hadiah secara acak, dengan tingkat kelangkaan yang berbeda-beda sehingga orang menyebutnya seperti judi atau lotre. Akan tetapi, sangat memprihatinkan bahwa legalitas gacha dalam game online masih belum jelas, padahal sudah jelas bahwa hal-hal yang berbau judi dilarang di Indonesia dalam KUHP. Selain itu, judi merupakan perilaku dosa dalam hukum Islam dan mencerminkan perilaku yang tak bermoral. Karena itulah, dalam jurnal ini akan membahas legalitas gacha game online.]]>
