Abstract

This is a The research aims to determine marketing strategies and product innovation on purchasing decisions for Hj Vera Furniture in Karawang City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, this research was conducted on Hj Vera Furniture in Karawang City with a total research sample of 96 people with the criteria of consumers who had previously purchased Hj Vera Furniture in Karawang City, using a purpisive sampling method. The multiple linear regression analysis model used in this research uses the f test and t test with a significance threshold of 5%. The findings show that there is a partial contribution between marketing strategies and purchasing decisions at Hj Vera Furniture in Karawang City. The research results obtained are the influence of marketing strategy and product innovation on purchasing decisions at HJ Vera Furniture in Karawang City, there is an influence from all variables.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of business feasibility studies in improving potato sales at the Aspi Daranata Agro Priangan Cooperative. Conducting feasibility assessments plays a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of cooperative businesses, but their impact on cooperative performance has not been widely studied. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the business feasibility study conducted by the Aspi Daranata Agro Priangan Cooperative was effective in increasing potato sales. This is reflected in increased sales volume, expanded market reach and increased member satisfaction. Through the feasibility study, the cooperative can identify market potential, evaluate marketing strategies and allocate resources more optimally. The insight gained from this work highlights the requirement to empower the skills of cooperatives in conducting business feasibility studies on a regular basis to support business sustainability and member welfare.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the influence of Liquidity, Tax Avoidance, Sales Growth and Profit Growth on Company Value is described. The population in this research is textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022 period. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. With a total sample of 19 with saturated sampling. Using secondary data collection techniques and descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests with normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t) and simultaneous test (f). The statistical results of the f test (Simultaneous Test) show that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of the variables Liquidity, Tax Avoidance, Sales Growth, Profit Growth on Company Value. Based on the statistical results of the t test (partial test), liquidity has a negative and significant effect on Company Value. Meanwhile, Tax Avoidance has a positive and insignificant effect on Company Value. Furthermore, Sales Growth has a positive and significant effect on Company Value. And Profit Growth has a negative and insignificant effect on Company Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsers and electronic word of mouth on purchase intention with brand image as a mediating variable. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form to collect research data. This study uses a non-probability sampling method combined with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. The findings in this study indicate that celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand image, celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. brand image can have a direct and significant effect on the relationship between celebrity endorser variables on purchase intention, brand image can have a direct and significant effect on the relationship between electronic word of mouth variables on purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer value on customer loyalty, determine and analyze the influence of customer relationship management on customer loyalty, and determine and analyze the influence of customer experience on customer loyalty for lending debtors. The method used in this research is descriptive verification. With this type of associative research. The population used in this research is Bank OCBC NISP Purwakarta branch customers. The results of this research show that customer value influences the loyalty of lending debtors. Customer relationships influence loyal customers of lending debtors, customer experience has an influence on customer loyalty of lending debtors at OCBC NISP bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between funding provided by LPEI in conventional and sharia forms to export growth, using two separate models to compare the two types of funding. This study also examines the relationship between inflation and the rupiah exchange rate on Indonesia's export growth. The analysis uses monthly data from 2015 to 2022 and ARDL approach in data analysis, with the help of EViews 12 to estimate the long-run and short-run impact of these variables on export growth. The results of this study show that in the short run, neither conventional nor sharia LPEI financing has a significant impact on export growth. The value of exports in the previous period and the previous two periods has a negative effect on current export growth. In contrast, export growth is positively affected by the value of exports in the previous three and four periods. Changes in the rupiah exchange rate in the previous period have a positive effect on export growth in the Islamic LPEI financing model, while changes in the inflation rate have no significant effect on export growth. In the long run, both conventional and Islamic LPEI financing do not have a major impact on export growth. The positive impact on export growth in the Islamic LPEI financing model is caused by fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate in the long run. Changes in inflation do not have a significant impact on export growth based on other macroeconomic variables.

Abstract

This research focuses on efforts to increase customer satisfaction at tutoring institutions, especially at LBB Ganesha Operation Pacitan City. The focus is to analyze the impact of service quality, price, also location on student satisfaction. The research method used was a quantitative approach, with 80 LBB Ganesha Operation students in Pacitan City as the sample selected using a purposive sampling method. Analysis was done using multiple linear regression techniques with SPSS 22 for Windows. The test results show service quality influences 0.315, price -0.111, also location 0.444. The F test value shows these three variables jointly influence student satisfaction (F count 67.532 > F table 2.72, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05). The t-test shows service quality also location have a significant partial influence on customer satisfaction (t count 3.551 also 4.819 respectively > t table 1.990). In contrast, price does not have a significant partial influence (t count -1.812 < t table 1.990). The coefficient of determination shows 71.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality, price, also location, while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other factors. It was concluded service quality also location had a positive also significant influence on student satisfaction at LBB Ganesha Operation Pacitan City, but the price did not have a significant influence.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of work stress, career development and personality on organizational commitment at RSUD Dr. Gondo Suwarno Ungaran, Semarang Regency. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from original sources in the form of questionnaires. The population of this study were employees at RSUD Dr. Gondo Suwarno Ungaran. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique using certain criteria, so that a sample of 315 respondents was obtained. The data collected was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, test reliability using Cronbach Alpha, and test hypotheses using multiple linear regression. The research results show that the work stress variable has no effect on organizational commitment, the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the personality variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing online service quality, as well as the level of trust in consumer buying interest. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is consumers of Kabar Shekinah Mud Cake Shop in 2023-2024, the number of which is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this research uses techniques purposive sampel with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection using a scale questionnaire linkert to measure respondents' answers. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis with multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that partially online marketing and service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest at the Bakar Mud Cake Shop Shekinah Boyolali. Meanwhile, the level of trust has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing interest at the Bakar Mud Cake Shop Shekinah Boyolali. Purchase interest can be explained by marketing variables online, service quality, and trust level of 64%

Abstract

Liza Christina Garment Industry is a company engaged in the manufacture of taxtiles or apparel that has problems with employee retention. This study aims to dtermine whether the application of talent management and non-physical work environment has an influence and can improve employee retention of PT. Liza Christina Garment Industry Sukabumi. The reseach method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach and asssosiative analysis. The sampel in this study was 48 respondents who were permanent employees of PT, Liza Christina Garment Industry Sukabumi using saturted sampling technique. Data were obtained through a research quastionnaire distributed to all samples containing 27 statements regarding talent manajemen variables, non-physical work environment and employee retention, using a semantic differential measurement system. The data obtained will bw sybjected to various test such as validity and reliability test, as well as classical assumption test which are then analyzed with various test assisted by SPSS 25 sofhware in an effort to answare the hypotesis in this study. The result showed that there was a positive and significant influence between talent management on employee retention, and there was a positive and significant influence between non-physical work environment variables on employee retention simultaniously PT.
