Abstract

A positive organizational culture creates a work environment that supports growth, innovation, and collaboration. On the other hand, job training helps employees to develop the skills, insight and actions needed to produce maximum performance. The research carried out applied quantitative methods which aimed to observe the influence of organizational culture and job training on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Karawang. The data collected was carried out through the application of interview, observation and survey methods by distributing questionnaires to PT Pos Indonesia Karawang, totaling 75 employees. To all employees of PT POS Indonesia Karawang. The samples taken were carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the analytical tests produced on the variables of organizational culture and job training, it can be concluded that simultaneously the influence of job training on employee performance is found, which means that H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on OCB at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia, Indonesia. The method used was descriptive quantitative. The sampling method used was saturated sampling, while data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents from the cleaning service department, which were then analyzed for partial and simultaneous effects using path analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. The results showed that: The effect of job satisfaction on OCB is positive and significant. Hypothesis testing results in a value of t> t-table or (3.786> 1.992) and a probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that H1 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on OCB. The effect of organizational commitment on OCB is positive and significant. Hypothesis testing produces a value of (4,903> 1,992) and a probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that H2 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on OCB. The simultaneous test results of job satisfaction and organizational commitment are positive and significant to OCB. Hypothesis testing results in (82.0502 > 3.12) and a probability of 0.000 < 0.05, then H3 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on OCB. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that job satisfaction partially affects OCB at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia. Organizational commitment affects OCB at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia, and simultaneously, job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect OCB at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of work discipline in increasing employee work productivity at Cipta Graphic Graha Karawang. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive method, which aims to explain the characteristics of the variables that are the focus in analyzing work discipline and employee work productivity at the Cipta Graphic printing press in Karawang. Data collection methods include interviews, observation and documentation studies, with data validity strengthened through triangulation of data sources. The results of the analysis show that work discipline at Cipta Graphic Graha Karawang tends to be good, although there are still several cases of employees arriving late. The main causes include late arrival to work and non-compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Efforts to overcome this problem are carried out through the application of sanctions in accordance with regulations and collective agreements, as well as evaluation through recording Error Logs and weekly evaluation meetings to correct work errors that are not in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Abstract

Nowadays, many culinary businesses have emerged with various characteristics and uniqueness, accompanied by the number of restaurants that continue to appear, which can be a threat as competition becomes increasingly fierce. This research was carried out with the aim of evaluating the impact of product and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Galuh Mas Karawang. The research approach used was quantitative with Purposive Sampling, involving 96 respondents who were customers of the restaurant, selected using the Lemeshow formula. Hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis to interpret data. From the research results, it is proven that product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant impact on customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Galuh Mas Karawang. In addition, simultaneously, (X1) and (X2) are also very significant for increasing customer satisfaction (Y). Data analysis shows that the Adjusted R Square value reached 0.763, indicating that 76.3% of the variation in customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Galuh Mas Karawang can be explained by the variables of product quality and service quality provided.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the BPKSDM Karawang Regency. The research method used is quantitative. The study was conducted at the BPKSDM Kab. Karawang involving 53 individuals. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The data analysis model uses multiple linear regression. The t-test and F-test are employed with a significance level of 5%. Findings indicate that there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of employees at BPKSDM Karawan g regency, with a t-score of (4.922 > 2.008) or (t-calculated > t-table). Furthermore, there is a partial influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at BPKSDM regency Karawang, with a t-score of (2.684 > 2.008) or (t-calculated > t-table). Simultaneously, work motivation and work discipline have a positive influence on the performance of employees at BPKSDM Karawang regency.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze impulse buying (IB) at Uniqlo fashion retail in Karawang which can be influenced by fashion involvement (FI) and hedonic shopping motivation (HSM). Using a quantitative approach with a verification survey method. Data analysis was carried out using the path analysis method or path analysis with smart pls. Research shows that fashion involvement (FI) and hedonic shopping motivation (HSM) have a significant and positive effect. However, there is no direct effect between fashion involvement (FI) and impulse buying (IB), but there is a direct effect between hedonic shopping motivation (HSM) and impulse buying (IB). Apart from that, it was also found that there was direct effect between fashion involvement (FI) and impulse buying (IB) through hedonic shopping motivation (HSM). The conclusion was that the higher a person's level of fashion involvement (FI) and hedonic shopping motivation (HSM), the higher the possibility of them doing impulse buying (IB) at Uniqlo fashion retail in Karawang. The implications of this research can provide insight for fashion retail managers to better understand consumer behavior in the context of impulse buying (IB) and consider appropriate marketing strategies to increase sales.

Abstract

Nadhifa Cake cake shop is one of the cake shops operating in Karawang. This research aims to determine and analyze the marketing strategies used by the Nadhifa Cake cake shop, as well as to determine the position of the Nadhifa Cake cake shop using SWOT analysis. The first analysis was carried out through IFAS and EFAS analysis contained in Nadhifa Cake. Next, use the SWOT matrix to analyze Nadhifa Cake's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of this analysis are used to determine the position of the Nadhifa Cake quadrant.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to analyze internal and external factors using the SWOT matrix. Data was obtained from interviews with the owner and a survey of 6 consumers using Google Form to get an assessment.The research results show that Nadhifa Cake is in quadrant II. This means that Nadhifa Cake has sufficient internal strength to face external threats. The right strategy for Nadhifa Cake is a diversification strategy, namely utilizing its internal strengths to develop products that can meet the needs and desires of a wider range of customers.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze purchasing decisions at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) at the Karawang Galuh Mas branch which can be influenced by price and product quality. Using quantitative methods, through a focus on price and product quality variables. For sampling techniques, this study used purposive sampling, selecting samples based on specific criteria in accordance with research needs. Namely KFC consumers at the Karawang Galuh Mas branch. Data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents, then with a sample selection based on the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis was carried out through multiple regression to understand the relationship between variables thoroughly. While the classical assumption tests used in this study include normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 27 program. The results of this study indicate that price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) at the Karawang Galuh Mas branch.

Abstract

Mandala Multifinance Tbk Karawang is a leasing company that helps customers in obtaining financing for capital needs. Therefore, any distribution of credit should be well monitored by the management of the company so that the credit is not abused. The study aims to analyze problematic credit and find out the application of the 5C principle in the granting of credit that affects the level of NPL (Non Performing Loan) on the Mandala Multifinance Tbk Karawang. The method applied uses qualitative data with a triangulation approach, which includes the collection of primary data through observations, interviews, and documentation. The Non-Performing Loan (NPL) financial ratio is used as a tool for analyzing data. The results of the research show that the application of the 5C principle in the distribution of credit in Mandala Multifinance Tbk Karawang is still ineffective because there are shortcomings in the analysis process carried out. The conclusion of this study is that the highest NPL ratio in 2021 is 4.35, while the lowest in 2020 is 3.32. The average NPL for the three years 2020-2022 was 3.74, marking a healthy category.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the role, potential, and multiplier effects of halal tourism at Masjid Cheng Hoo in Pandaan towards enhancing the welfare of the community in Pasuruan Regency. The research methodology employed is qualitative, based on field research. The findings reveal that its historical and cultural value serves as a primary attraction for tourists seeking rich religious and cultural experiences. The potential of halal tourism around the mosque is evident in the increased tourist visits and the growth of the local tourism industry. Furthermore, the study indicates that the development of halal tourism around the mosque has a positive multiplier effect on the welfare of the community in Pasuruan Regency. The growth of the tourism industry creates new job opportunities and enhances household income, while contributing to the development of infrastructure and better public services. These findings underscore the significant economic and social benefits that the development of halal tourism at Masjid Cheng Hoo brings to the local community.
