Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on level turnover by considering their level of job satisfaction in several ways, such as coffee shops around Hollywood Boulevard and North Cikarang. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive approach using a Likert scale and questionnaires to collect data. The population of this study consisted of all baristas who worked at Hollywood Boulevard Cikarang Utara. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sampling technique. The results of the analysis using SmartPls version 3.2.9 showed that job satisfaction (M) has a negative effect of -0.256 on turnover (Y) and is significant with a t value of 2.517 greater than 1.96, Compensation (X) has a positive impact of 0.394 on job satisfaction (M) and is substantial with a t value of 3.505 greater than 1.96, Compensation (X) has an effect negative of -0.470 against turnover (Y) and significant with a t value of 5.752 greater than 1.96, compensation (X) for turnover (Y) through job satisfaction (M) has a positive effect of -0.101 and is significant with a t value of 2.254 which is greater than 1.96.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of investment knowledge, perception of return and risk perception on the investment interest of students of Buana University of Karawang Struggle in the Plant Platform partially and simultaneously. The population includes the entire UBP Karawang student recorded on the 2023 forlap with a sample of 100 respondents, and the sample is calculated using the Slovin formula. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique. The Likert scale is used as a measurement scale on questionnaires in data collection. For instrument analysis, validity and reliability tests are used. The data analysis method applied is the double regression analysis, which is supported by the classical assumption test as well as the hypothesis test of the t test, the f test and the R2 test using the SPSS 26 program. This research results in whether investment knowledge, perception of return and risk perception significantly influence the investment interest of UBP Karawang students in the Bibit platform partially and simultaneously. Three free variables in this study influenced the interest of UBP Karawang students in investing in Bibit platforms (only 55,%) that means, many other free variable that can affect the interest investing UBP karawang students on Bibit Platform.

Abstract

Profit planning is an important aspect for companies because it allows them to set profit targets to achieve in a certain period. This research aims to investigate the profit planning process, break-even point (BEP), and margin of safety (MOS) at Koffie 09 Karawang. The research method used is a descriptive approach with a quantitative approach. The data used is quantitative data from primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques involve interviews and documentation. The results of this calculation provide an overview of the minimum sales point that needs to be achieved so that the company does not lose money, as well as providing guidance on the level of sales needed to achieve the set profit target. The findings from this research show that there are variations in achieving the breakeven point each year. In 2020 it was IDR. 575,942,010 or 30,989 Units. In 2021 it is IDR. 575,942,010 or 30,989 Units. In 2022 it will be IDR. 932,318,143 or 45,456 Units. Showing the safety of sales levels, 2020 has a margin of safety of 10%. In 2021 there is a margin of safety of 10%. In 2022 it has a margin of safety of 10%. Koffie 09 must sell 17,997 units or sales of IDR. 1,654,500,000 To achieve the profit planning goal in 2023, adjustments need to be made to the sales revenue target so that it does not cause losses for the company, which is 43.64% or IDR 722,181,857. It is hoped that the results of this research can help companies carry out optimal profit planning through BEP and MOS calculations.

Abstract

The Impact of Technology on Shopping Behavior and the Competition between Traditional Markets and Shopee Technological advancements, particularly in the current digital age, have significantly impacted people's lifestyles, including their shopping habits. The emergence of e-commerce and online platforms like Shopee has transformed the way consumers purchase goods and has also affected the existence of traditional markets. In this context, the competition between traditional markets and Shopee has become increasingly fierce, with diverse consequences for businesses in both markets. Business competition involves sellers vying for profit, market share, and sales volume. Typically, sellers strive to outperform competitors by differentiating their prices, products, distribution channels, and promotional strategies. In Islam, competition is permissible, but it should be conducted ethically and fairly. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the dynamics of competition between Wonokusumo Traditional Market in Surabaya and the online platform Shopee. It further investigates the impact of Shopee's presence on the traditional market and its vendors and aims to identify solutions that can enhance the sustainability of traditional markets amidst the competition with e-commerce.

Abstract

Religious tourism encompasses travel experiences connected to faith, history, culture, traditions, and local beliefs, supporting existing Islamic values and culture. This study aims to delve into the potential and impact of religious tourism on the economic upliftment of street vendors around the Al-Anwar Grand Mosque in Pasuruan City. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the research gathered primary and secondary data through surveys, interviews, and observations conducted at the Al-Anwar Grand Mosque in Kebonsari, Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City. The findings reveal that religious tourism plays a significant role in boosting income and creating employment opportunities for street vendors near the mosque. Available facilities and services like parking areas, green spaces, information centers, and social activities further support the economic activities of these vendors. Positive impacts are also experienced by visitors and the local government, including increased shopping options, higher tax revenue, and infrastructure development. This research provides a deeper understanding of the contribution of religious tourism to the local economy and the importance of empowering street vendors in the development of tourism in Pasuruan City.

Abstract

This Halal certification is the process of obtaining halal certification through several levels of inspection to prove that the raw materials, manufacturing processes, and halal product assurance system of a company meet the established standards. Halal certification guarantees the benefit and well-being of the community. This research aims to examine the importance of halal certification in improving the marketing of culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the impact of marketing MSME products after being certified halal, specifically cassava tape, in Kampung Tape, Candi Binangun Village, Sukorejo, Pasuruan Regency.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through surveys, interviews, and observations. The results showed that halal certification plays an important role in increasing consumer confidence and opening up new market opportunities for MSMEs. The halal certification process is relatively easy to do online and free of charge, with support from the village government. After halal certification, cassava tape marketing experienced an increase in turnover and product attractiveness. MSME actors consistently use halal-certified raw materials to support business growth. Thus, halal certification has a positive impact on improving the marketing of culinary MSMEs in Kampung Tape, expanding market share, and increasing product competitiveness in the halal food and beverage industry.

Abstract

Pocari Sweet has been ranked first for a long time as the top brand in the type of isotonic drink. This study is aimed at analyzing the influence of product innovation and product quality on purchasing decisions for the Pocari Sweet isotonic drink in Karawang district. The population in this study were the people of Karawang district who often consumed and knew about various kinds of pocari sweet isotonic drink packaging. The research method is quantitative using purposive sampling with the hair formula which then obtains a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis uses PLS-SEM to provide predictions and develop theory. The result is that product innovation and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The internet has been proven to be able to make it easier for someone to get information and facilitate communication between one person and another. The ease of information spreading on the internet is also accompanied by the existence of social media which is used as a promotional medium by business actors, one of which is Seblak Teh Windy. The aim of this research was to find out whether viral marketing and electronic word of mouth have an influence on purchasing decisions for Seblak Teh Windy. This research uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and verification approach. The population studied was based on Tiktok Followers @seblaktehwindy16 in November 2023, which numbered around 553,600 and the number of samples used was 400 respondents. The sampling technique used in the research was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The results of this research state that Viral Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth are related to purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that Viral Marketing and Electronic word of mouth have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Seblak Teh Windy.

Abstract

Recruitment and selection system within PT Panca Putera Cipta Perkasa. not only producing employees whose status is permanent employees, but to increase the company's effectiveness, PT Panca Putera Cipta Perkasa. also uses labor that comes from outsourcing. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the recruitment and selection process on employee performance at PT Panca Putera Cipta Perkasa. This research is quantitative research, the population in this research is employees of PT Panca Putera Cipta Perkasa who are still actively working, totaling 52 employees. The sample in this study was 52 people. Data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis methods use multicollinearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. The research results show that together (simultaneously) the recruitment and selection process has a significant effect on employee performance. Separately (partially) the recruitment process does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the selection variable has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Several things that must be considered so that marketing activities run well and smoothly, one of which is distribution channels. Distribution channels include all activities related to the business of conveying goods produced by a producer company to buyers or potential consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence distribution channels. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative research. In this research, the Non Probability Sampling method was used with the technique used, namely Purpose Sampling, so that 2 types of vehicles were obtained, namely the L 300 pick-up and the crank truck. 12 units of L 300 pick up and 4 units of auto trucks. The data collection technique in this research uses secondary data. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, validity testing, normality testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that market coverage and goods can simultaneously influence distribution channels, partial market coverage can influence distribution channels, goods can partially influence distribution channels
