This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Population Control and Family Planning Service. In this particular investigation, a quantitative descriptive approach was used. It is estimated that the total number of employees working at the Karawang Regency DPPKB is 39 people (both population and sample). For the purpose of testing our hypothesis, we used SPSS version 25. Research findings show that organizational culture has an influence on employee performance, as indicated by a t value of 2.028 and a significance value (sig) of 0.002, lower than the acceptable threshold of 0.05. The t-calculated value of the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance is 2.882, the t-table value is 2.028, and the significance level (sig) of 0.007 is also smaller than 0.05. Apart from that, job satisfaction has a partial influence on employee performance. This shows that organizational culture and satisfaction at work where employees operate have a positive and large influence on employee performance.

Kompetisi pada masa kesejagatan terus menjadi hari jadi terus menjadi kencang, manajemen pangkal energi orang jadi salah satu aspek berarti yang terdapat serta wajib diatur dengan bagus oleh arahan industri dalam melaksanakan aktivitas industri. Berartinya pangkal energi orang ataupun karyawan dalam sesuatu badan yang ialah kunci dalam memastikan kemajuan industri tidak bebas dari kemampuan yang diserahkan oleh pegawai itu sendiri. Kemampuan ataupun penampilan pegawai yang baik hendak berbanding lurus dengan kemajuan bidang usaha industri.

Implementing good work discipline and compliance with Work Instructions (WI) is very necessary in order to avoid or reduce the risk of Not Good (NG) goods. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between discipline and work compliance on the performance of PT employees. Marugo Rubber Indonesia Karawang branch. Using quantitative research methods, the sample for this research is employees of PT. Marugo Rubber Indonesia Karawang branch has 175 employees. Management of the data available in this research uses calculations with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 27 program. The results in this research are that most employees are disciplined and obedient in carrying out work processes according to Work Instructions (WI), namely 43.3%. The results of the hypothesis test in this study produced 0.001 < 0.05, so partially there is quite a significant relationship between work discipline (X1) and work compliance (X2) on employee performance (Y).

The development of Muslim fashion in Indonesia is predicted to become a global center for Muslim fashion, supported by the emergence of various local brands, such as Rimaadeeva Hijab, an MSME from Karawang, as well as the support from local celebrities who are beginning to contribute to the Muslim fashion business. The aim of this research is to investigate and explain the impact of celebrity endorsers and advertising appeal on purchasing decisions in the UMKM Rimaadeeva Hijab located in Karawang. The method employed in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a sample size of 392 individuals. Data collection is conducted through the utilization of closed-ended questionnaires. Data analysis is performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS application. Based on the hypothesis analysis results, it has been proven that there exists a positive and significant relationship between celebrity endorsers and advertising appeal on purchasing decisions. The implications of these findings are crucial for UMKM Rimaadeeva Hijab to adopt celebrity endorser strategies and enhance advertising appeal, thereby increasing consumers' purchasing decisions towards the offered products.

The high number of Instagram users in Indonesia makes companies work with influencers to reach a wider audience, one of which is the beauty brand Azarine Cosmetic. Influencers are one of the factors contributing to increased product sales and forming positive e-WOM. This study aims to investigate how the role of influencer credibility and electronic word of mouth in increasing interest in buying local beauty products Azarine Cosmetic in Karawang. This research used quantitative approach and the data was analyzed by SEM-PLS. Followers of the @azarinecosmeticofficial Instagram account became the population and non-probability sampling techniques were used to sample 384 respondents. Data collection through questionnaires with google form and the use of SmartPLS 4 software to analyze data. The findings prove that the influencer credibility variable on e-WOM influences positively and significantly the e-WOM variable as well as influencer credibility influences positively and significantly in encouraging consumer interest in buying Azarine Cosmetic cosmetic products.

The emergence of the Grab service in Indonesia is an example of how the contemporary era and globalization have encouraged innovation and change. The business actively uses internet marketing techniques, with a focus on making advertising and electronic word of mouth more attractive to attract users. This research tries to find the impact of advertising attractiveness on e-Wom as well as the impact of user interest in Grab influenced by advertising and electronic word-of-mouth. SmartPLS 4 analysis is used in a research approach with the student population of Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. By implementing the Slovin formula in the analysis, a sample of 385 respondents was selected with an error rate of 5%. The findings of this study show that e-Wom is strongly influenced by advertising attractiveness, and users' propensity to purchase Grab services is very positively influenced by e-Wom and advertising attractiveness.

This study investigates the influence of job characteristics and work culture on work-life balance among Yoehan Busana Purwasukasi employees. The research method employed is a quantitative descriptive approach. This study's data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The population in this study included 84 employees of Yoehan Busana Purwasukasi. In this study, sampling used Random Sampling with Slovin 5%, resulting in 69 samples for data analysis research—multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique with a significance level of 0.05. The overall calculation of the analysis used the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research revealed that (1) Partially Job Characteristics had a significant and positive impact on Work-Life Balance in Yoehan Busana Purwasukasi employees (2) Partially Work Culture had a significant and negative impact on Work-Life Balance in Yoehan Busana Purwasukasi employees (3) Simultaneously Job Characteristics and Work Culture have a significant and positive impact on Work-Life Balance for Yoehan Busana Purwasukasi employees.

This research investigates the influence of mechanic competency and creativity on competitive advantage in motorbike repair shops in East Cikarang District. The method of research applies a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection method in this research is the questionnaire and Likert scale. In this study, the population was 50 motorbike repair shop business actors in East Cikarang. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique where all population members became research subjects in data analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques with a significance level of 0.05. Comprehensive analysis calculations using the SPSS version 27 program. The results of the research reveal that (1) partial competence has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage in East Cikarang motorbike repair shop business actors, (2) partial creativity has a significant positive impact on competitive advantage in repair shop business actors motorbikes in East Cikarang District, (3) simultaneously the competency and creativity of mechanics have a significant positive effect on the competitive advantage of motorbike repair shops in East Cikarang District. Motorbike repair business operators must develop the competency and creativity of existing mechanics to increase their competitive advantage.

In the current era of globalization, human resource management has a very crucial role in increasing the efficiency of resource use within the organization to achieve common goals. In this case, the influence provided by competence and teamwork supports the optimization and improvement of employee performance. Therefore, this research aims to find out, analyze and explain the influence of Competency and Teamwork on Employee Performance. The research method used is verification analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used in this research was using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique because the sample size was less than 100 people, so all members of the population were sampled. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 45 respondents from Karyamukti Village employees, Lemahabang District. Then, the data analysis method used is path analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of the discussion in this research show that there is a correlation between the Competency and Teamwork variables. There is a partially significant positive influence of each variable between Competence and Teamwork on Employee Performance. And there is also a significant positive influence simultaneously on the Competency and Teamwork variables on Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at Mang Ajo Fishing and Restaurant. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive and verification. The sampling technique in this study was 60 people. There is a low relationship between compensation and work motivation from a correlation analysis of 0.227. The t test shows that the t value for compensation is 7.468 and the t value for work motivation is 0.538, all of which show greater t table is 2.002. The F test obtained Fhitung 30.57> Ftabel 3.15 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that compensation and work motivation together have an effect on employee performance at Mang Ajo Restaurant and Fishing.
