Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the drama Business Proposal on interest in consuming Korean culinary delights. The independent variable in this research is the drama Business Proposal. The dependent variable in this research is interest in consuming Korean culinary delights. This research uses questionnaire data from the Sesang ID Team community with a sample of 78 people. This research uses uses and effect theory and a quantitative approach, which focuses on hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the drama Business Proposal has an influence on interest in consuming Korean culinary delights with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 4.846 > t table 2.227

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of service quality, product quality, and sales promotion on customer loyalty at Toko Sepatu Bata Tbk Purbalingga. The primary data collection instrument for this study was a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of 110 respondents who were customers of Toko Sepatu Bata Tbk Purbalingga, selected using purposive sampling based on the criterion of having made at least two purchases at the store. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Service quality does not have a significant impact on customer loyalty at Toko Sepatu Bata Tbk Purbalingga, 2) Product quality has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at Toko Sepatu Bata Tbk Purbalingga, and 3) Sales promotion has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at Toko Sepatu Bata Tbk Purbalingga. The implications of this study suggest that Toko Sepatu Bata Tbk Purbalingga should focus on improving product quality and sales promotions to enhance customer loyalty.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islamic economics as one of the Pillars of Islam which is mandatory for those who meet the requirements, Zakat is an effort to equalize income. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of the ZIS Fund, analyze the accountability and transparency of the financial reports of the LAZISMU institution, and analyze the management capabilities using digital technology. The research object is the LAZISMU Muhammadiyah Gresik Regional Leadership. This research uses a qualitative descriptive design, where the data source is primary data which is collected by means of interviews and documentation. Qualitative descriptive data analysis is an approach used to understand and interpret non-numerical data through explaining, describing and classifying phenomena. The research results are proven. Firstly, Fund Collection Management has been successful in collecting ZIS funds from the community in accordance with the targets set. Management and Distribution Where the collected funds are managed and distributed appropriately, in accordance with the principles of ZIS fund management to help those in need. Both Zakat, Infaq and Alms Institutions (ZIS) have prepared financial reports in accordance with ZIS accounting standards. Financial reports allow institutions to assess their performance in collecting and distributing ZIS funds. This helps in taking strategic decisions to increase the effectiveness of ZIS-funded programs. ZIS financial reports ensure that all funds received and disbursed by the institution are clearly recorded and can be checked. This is important to maintain the trust of donors and the public who entrust their funds to the Institution. Third, managing Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) funds using digital technology has a number of advantages that can increase effectiveness, efficiency and transparency in managing these funds. Below are some of the main benefits of using digital technology in ZIS fund management. Ease of Fund Collection where with digital technology, such as online payment applications, donors can make donations quickly and easily via cellphone or computer. This makes it easier for people to access ZIS activities, anytime and anywhere

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Safety Culture in healthcare institutions through a systematic literature review. Transformational leadership plays an important role in influencing the culture of their organizations and improving patient safety in healthcare. This study found that transformational leadership directly and indirectly positively impacts safety culture and patient safety outcomes, such as decreased adverse events and increased nurse job satisfaction. Several dimensions of transformational leadership, such as inspiration and intellectual stimulation, contribute to improved working conditions and safety culture in hospitals. This review highlights the need for further research, especially in a more diverse context, to strengthen understanding of the role of transformational leadership in strengthening safety culture in the health sector.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether employee engagement has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, employee engagement has an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction mediates a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior in teachers at SMK N 1 Ende. This research used a descriptive and causal approach with a sample size of 136 teachers at SMKN 1 Ende. Data collection techniques were obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents and data testing using the SPSS version 26 application. The research results of the variables employee engagement (X), job satisfaction (Z) and organizational citizenship behavior (Y) show that employee engagement positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, employee engagement positive influence on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction mediating direct influence employee engagement to Organizational Citizenship Behavior gteacher at SMKN 1 Ende. The results of this research explain that Job Satisfaction mediating direct influence employee engagement to Organizational Citizenship Behavior gteacher at SMKN 1 Ende.

Abstract

      The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Flexible working arrangements and Work life balance on Job Satisfaction with Work engagement as a mediating variable. This research uses quantitative methods with the number of samples being employees of PT Nagahama Balancing Machine with a total of 100 respondents. This research is processed using SmartPLS 3 data processing software and data collection is done through Google forms. The results of this study indicate that the Flexible Working Arrangement (X1) variable has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) with a t statistic value of 16.082 and a significant value of 0.000. Work Life Balance (X2) has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) with a t statistic value of 7,123 and a significant value of 0.000. Work Engagement (Z) has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) with a t statistic value of 5.001 and a significant value of 0.000. Flexible Working Arrangement (X1) has a positive effect on Work Engagement (Z) with a t statistic value of 4.911 and a significant value of 0.000. Work Life Balance (X2) has a positive effect on Work Engagement (Z) with a t statistic value of 4.202 and a significant value of 0.000. Flexible Working Arrangement (X1) through Work Engagement (Z) as a mediating variable has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) with a t statistic value of 3.819 and a significant value of 0.000. Work Life Balance (X2) through Work Engagement (Z) as a mediating variable has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) with a t statistic value of 2.835 and a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain collaboration on operational performance in laundry business in South Tangerang, as well as the mediating role of operational capabilities in this relationship. Supply chain collaboration has been recognized as an important approach to improving company operational performance. This study focuses on the laundry service industry, which is an essential part of the modern economy, especially in large cities. The research was conducted using a survey method with a Likert scale to collect data from laundry business owners and managers.This study employs a Hypothesis Testing approach and a Cross-Sectional strategy to test the formulated hypotheses, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS software. All hypotheses are supported by valid and reliable data. The findings of this study provide significant contributions to the understanding of supply chain and operational management, as well as offering practical insights for laundry business managers to enhance their operational performance.This research uses a "Hypothesis Testing" approach and a "Cross-Sectional" strategy to test the formulated hypotheses. All hypotheses are supported by valid and reliable data. The findings of this study provide significant contributions to the understanding of supply chain and operational management and offer practical insights for laundry business managers in improving their operational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of promotions on brand awareness in the ZALORA Indonesia app. The research method used is quantitative. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 140 respondents who are aware of ZALORA Indonesia's promotions on social media. This study applies a convenience sampling method, and the obtained data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Data testing was conducted through Descriptive Tests, Validity Tests, Reliability Tests, and Hypothesis Testing. The analysis results indicate that promotions have a significant effect on brand awareness in the ZALORA Indonesia app. The implications of this research suggest that ZALORA Indonesia should implement promotions in a more structured and scheduled manner. Additionally, ZALORA Indonesia needs to continually update all promotional content across all existing social media platforms to enhance consumer awareness of ZALORA Indonesia. This study recommends that ZALORA Indonesia continue to disseminate engaging and up-to-date information to facilitate better reception by consumers.

Abstract

Current developments in the field of industrial technology encourage people to get used to using digital transactions, which are often called financial technology (fintech). This research aims to find out how convenience influences the decision to use digital money (QRIS), how usefulness influences the decision whether to use digital money (QRIS), and how security influences the decision to use digital money (QRIS). The population in this study was the Solo Raya community, questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents. The data was tested using respondent descriptions, evaluation of the outer model, and evaluation of the inner model. The findings show that usefulness and safety have a significant influence on the decision to use QRIS. However, convenience does not influence the decision to use QRIS.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine: 1) The influence of work ability on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. 2) The influence of motivation on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. 3) The influence of work ability on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. This research is quantitative research, the sample in this research is all teachers who work at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School, totaling 43 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Results of statistical tests on the influence of the work environment (X1) on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of 5.487>1.684 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 has an effect on increasing teacher competency. Statistical test of the influence of work discipline (X2) towards increasing the competency of the Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of 6.829 > 1.699 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 has an effect on increasing teacher competency. Statistical test of the influence of work ability (X3) towards increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of -0.470 < 1.684 and a significant value of 0.642 > 0.05 was stated to have no effect on increasing teacher competency.
