Abstract

The system for assessing the level of customer satisfaction in coffee selling cafes is still very rarely implemented so that superiors do not know the advantages or disadvantages felt by customers, both in terms of service, products and facilities. This research aims to apply the Naïve Bayes Classification method, and use the Naïve Bayes algorithm to make calculations easier, after which data processing is carried out using the Confusion Matrix method as a tool to measure algorithm performance and obtain results on assessing the level of customer satisfaction of Cold N Brew coffee, aspects which is assessed based on service quality, product quality, facilities and price. This research uses quantitative research methods and collects data by distributing questionnaires to customers. Based on the results of manual testing carried out with 68 training data, 58 "SATISFIED" results were obtained, and 10 "NOT SATISFIED" results were obtained. Data testing using the Confusion Matrix method on RapidMiner using the Naïve Bayes algorithm produces an accuracy rate of 81.25%. Based on the data processing that has been carried out, the Naïve Bayes method can be recommended for predicting the quality of customer satisfaction at Cold N Brew coffee.

Abstract

Information systems for companies can be an important step because information systems play a vital role in managing, storing, processing, and accessing information efficiently. Researchers conducted research at PT Saleslab, a company that focuses on digital advertising. In 2022, PT Saleslab launched its own product called Nubiko, which is currently a baby cream product. PT Saleslab has an internal website that provides a central place for storing documents, company policies, guidelines, and other important information. However, PT Saleslab faces a problem in managing outbound product data because there is no outbound package tracking menu. The company still uses the manual method by inputting data on packages coming out of the warehouse using Microsoft Excel. Every product that is going out is scanned and inputted into Microsoft Excel, then submitted to the expedition, which is considered ineffective.This research uses a qualitative method with a Design Science Research (DSR) approach to develop an Outbound Tracking information system. The focus is to develop a website with innovation, ideas, ways of working, technical capabilities, analysis, design, implementation, and utilization of information systems as the main solution.

Abstract

Jumlah masyarakat Indonesia yang telah terdaftar anggota JKN yaitu 255,89 juta jiwa dari seluruh penduduk Indonesia dan hanya 4,15% dari jumlah tersebut yang mendownload program mobile JKN diponselnya. Dari studi pendahuluan pada Puskesmas Kendalsari hanya terdapat sebanyak 11,6% pasien yang mendaftar menggunakan aplikasi mobile JKN pada periode April-Juni 2023. Bertujuan guna menganalisis interaksi wawasan masyarakat dengan pemakaian mobile JKN pada Puskesmas Kendalsari. Metode yang dipakai ialah analitik kuantitatif dengan lokasi penelitian yaitu Puskesmas Kendalsari. Objek penelitian ini adalah 96 responden dari peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yang mendaftar di Puskesmas Kendalsari. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara pengisian kuesioner yang didahului dengan uji validitas serta reliabilitas pada kuesioner yang tersedia. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independent adalah pengetahuan masyarakat, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah penggunaan aplikasi mobile JKN. Analisis data dilakukan memakai analisis univariat dan bivariat yang menggunakan  pengujian chi-square. Sebanyak 52% responden memliki pengetahuan yang baik terkait aplikasi mobile JKN, sebanyak 57% responden belum memanfaatkan mobile JKN dan terdapat interaksi wawasan dengan pemakaian aplikasi mobile JKN di Puskesmas Kendalsari (P-Value < 0,005). Bahwa masyarakat yang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik terkait aplikasi mobile JKN menyebabkan seseorang tersebut akan menggunakan aplikasi mobile JKN untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and minimize the impact of the risks that will occur at UPC Pegadaian Ratahan. Risk management analysis in this research uses the ISO 31000 framework guidelines which consist of the risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. The results found there are 14 risks that can disrupt business processes, but of the 14 risks there are no risks with a high risk level, there are 10 medium risk level risks, and 4 low risk level risks. To reduce the impact of the risks that have been identified in this research, risk treatment strategies are applied, including Mitigating risks (Fire, Abuse of access rights, Human error, UI design that is difficult to understand, Power outages, Network connection problems, Hacking, Data theft/hardware), Risk escalation (Trouble web server, Server down), Avoiding risks (Hardware damage, Data corrupt), Accepting risks (Earthquake, Flood). This research is expected to help UPC Pegadaian Ratahan to minimize the risks that may occur in the future.

Abstract

This research examines the role of self-efficacy in the use of information technology at SMKN 1 Kupang Barat. The study adopts a mixed methods approach, combining qualitative case study with quantitative methods using Likert scales. Participants include teachers and students actively using information technology in their learning processes. The research findings indicate varying levels of self-efficacy among participants, with the majority of teachers demonstrating high self-efficacy due to training and school management support. Students exhibit diverse levels of self-efficacy influenced by prior experience and access to devices. Analysis of the Likert scale questionnaires indicates a positive perception towards the use of technology in enhancing learning quality and preparing students for the future. Practical implications of this study include the necessity for ongoing teacher training, school management support, and optimization of technological resources to enhance the integration of information technology in learning at SMKN 1 Kupang Barat. Additionally, the study offers guidelines for the development of more effective educational policies in the future.

Abstract

The National Population and Family Planning Agency has developed a new application called the Electronic Application Ready for Marriage & Ready for Pregnancy to help reduce stunting in Indonesia. The app is aimed at prospective brides, toddlers, Fertile Age Couples, Pregnant Women, and Postpartum Mothers as a screening tool to detect risk factors for stunting. Running the ELSIMIL application requires assistance from Family Assistance Team cadres to screen targets. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the ELSIMIL application in overcoming the risk of stunting in TPK cadres in Kepanjen Village, Malang Regency. This study used qualitative methods and a case study design to examine the effectiveness of ELSIMIL, a data screening and filling tool, used by TPK cadres. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation using domain analysis. The results show that ELSIMIL is effectively used by TPK cadres for screening and filling in target data. ELSIMIL is efficient to use with fast screening results through easy to use functions and features. The ELSIMIL application can be accessed equally by all TPK cadres but there are still many obstacles both personal and from the system. ELSIMIL is responsive displaying the functions of the application features without interruption when responding to TPK cadres when entering sasa ran data. ELSIMIL is precise displaying no interference generated from outside the system and is safe for TPK cadres. Evaluation of the implementation ELSIMIL application will have an impact on reducing stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning learning model in improving student learning outcomes, especially in graphic design learning with a step-by-step approach to the Project Based Learning model. This research uses a quantitative approach with a whole group comparison design experimental method. This research uses an instrument in this research in the form of a questionnaire. Then the data was analyzed using the Independent Sample t-test.

Abstract

In the digital era, the use of technology in education is a must, such as a Learning Management System (LMS). Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) implemented the Flexible Learning (FLEARN) programme to facilitate learning. This research evaluates the usability of the LMS using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. A UEQ questionnaire with 26 attributes and a 7-point rating scale was distributed via Google Form to WKSW students. The data was analysed using Cronbach Alpha coefficient and interpretation of the results of each attribute. The results showed that the mean scores of the six UEQ scales: attractiveness (1.442), clarity (1.722), efficiency (1.838), accuracy (1.314), stimulation (1.209), and novelty (0.856). The efficiency scale has the highest score, indicating that FLEARN UKSW is efficient in learning, while novelty has the lowest score, indicating a lack of innovation. Only the efficiency scale is categorised as good, while the other scales are above average, so the usability of FLEARN UKSW is good, but improvements are needed on navigation, visual quality, and readability of the LMS text. The research results are expected to be a reference for the future development of FLEARN UKSW.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the ISO 31000:2018 framework in risk management activities in the Pawn feature of the Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) Application used at PT. UPC Mangunsarkoro pawn shop. PDS is a system that helps make it easier for customers to transact various pawnshop services online. This research data was obtained through interviews and observation. The stages of this research follow the ISO 31000:2018 standard, namely the communication and consultation stage, context setting stage, assessment stage, risk treatment, and monitoring and review stage. From the risk management activities in the Pawn feature of the PDS application, it was found that there were 11 risk opportunities in the application, with two risk opportunities at a high level, eight risk opportunities at a medium level, and one risk opportunity at a low level. The results of this research also provide suggestions for treating the risks in the Pawn feature of the PDS application and creating risk management documentation to help PT. Pegadaian UPC

Abstract

Kafe Tepi Kota is a coffee shop that provides various variants of brewed coffee products. Kafe Tepi Kota is using Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) to assist running business processes. The implementation of IS/IT at Kafe Tepi Kota still has various problems. It can be said that one of the causes is due to the use of IS/IT which is not based on IS/IT strategic planning. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method and using the Ward and Peppard framework analysis method. It can be concluded by analyzing external/internal business conditions and external/internal IS/IT to produce IS/IT portfolio proposals needed to make Kafe Tepi Kota business processes more effective and efficient.
