Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency has several road sections that often have traffic problems such as congestion. The congestion is caused by economic improvement which also causes a person's mobility to increase so that there is a fairly high traffic movement. Likewise, what happened to the Sruni Buduran Highway, Tebel Buduran Highway, and Buduran Sidoarjo Highway East Java as study areas. By reaching a road length of 3 Km. The study in this study aims to analyze and map the mathematical relationship of Volume - Density - Traffic Speed, so that the value of free flow speed, maximum density, and maximum volume can be obtained on the Sruni Buduran Sidoarjo road section. With the method used is the Greenshields model, which is then compared with capacity using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method (2014), the survey was conducted at 08.00 – 18.00, with 4 survey days, Monday to Thursday in each segment to obtain primary data in calculating the Greenshields mathematical model. From this study, it shows that the highest free flow speed (Sff) value occurred on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 on segment 3 of the Buduran Sidoarjo Highway, (Sidoarjo - Surabaya) with a value of Sff = 70.888 km / hour, the highest capacity or maximum current (VM) occurred on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 on segment 1 of the Sruni Buduran Highway, (Surabaya - Sidoarjo) VM = 722.005 emp/hour,  the highest speed in maximum traffic flow (SM) conditions occurred on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 on segment 3 of the Buduran Sidoarjo Highway, (Sidoarjo - Surabaya) SM = 37.444 km / hour, and the highest density in maximum traffic flow (DM) conditions occurred on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 on segment 1 of the Sruni Buduran Highway, (Surabaya - Sidoarjo) DM = 22.549 emp/km.

Abstract

This article is structured with descriptive qualitative research methods, discussing wise leaders' strategies in building trust and achieving long-term success. Wise leaders are those who are able to integrate knowledge, experience, and intuition to make informed decisions in the face of complex and dynamic challenges who are able to steer their teams through the changes necessary to achieve organizational goals. One important aspect of a wise leader's strategy is the ability to listen and understand the perspectives of others so as to create an inclusive work climate, where all team members feel heard, valued, and motivated to make their best contribution. In making decisions, wise leaders also consider various points of view and gather input from team members before making a final decision. In addition, wise leaders have the ability to manage conflict wisely and are able to recognize and resolve conflicts in constructive ways, promote open communication, and seek the best solutions to resolve problems. Wise leaders also encourage effective collaboration and teamwork, building strong and mutually beneficial relationships between team members. Furthermore, wise leaders also have a long-term vision and ability to anticipate upcoming changes through careful strategic planning, evaluating market trends, and predicting their impact on the organization and being open to innovation and change so as to inspire teams to adapt and grow together. In this article, we will also discuss the implementation of wise leader strategies. By practicing wise leader strategies, leaders can build trust, manage change, and achieve long-term success for the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes and activeness of class II students in learning math material about time by applying the Problem-Based Learning model. This study used classroom action research, each cycle comprising two meetings. The subjects of this study were 29 students of grade II SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang City. Data collection using observation instruments, interviews and documentation. The results show that applying the Problem-Based Learning model, cycle I get 87%, and cycle II gets 93%. Student learning outcomes in cycle I get an average of 89%, and cycle II get an average of 91%

Abstract

Educational institutions as part of the organization certainly have differences when compared to other institutions, this reflects that educational institutions also have an organizational culture that is not the same as other institutions. Even other institutions that are both engaged in education will have their own organizational culture. All these differences occur due to differences in the viewpoints of leaders and members of the organization in determining the vision and mission and goals of the organization, besides that differences can also occur because of customers from different organizations. Organizational culture is a picture that distinguishes an organization from other organizations. Organizational culture is formed from habits, traditions and general ways of doing something that already exists in an organization is closely related to what has been done before and to the success rate of the organization with its efforts. Organizational culture is influenced by various elements, such as members of the organization who are at the forefront of managing the organization, organizational leaders with policies in determining a decision, internal factors determined by the activities or products of the organization, external factors such as the environment and society, and other influences that form a habit of the organization in solving problems to achieve goals organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of noise level with traffic volume on the pantura route, especially in the Babat-Pucuk sub-district section using the mathematical method of linear regression and the polynomial lagrangge method. The results of this study, it can be known the correlation between noise and traffic volume on the Pantura route, especially the Babat - Pucuk District section, it was found that the highest traffic volume results in the 2-way segment of Babat - Gresik with a value of 3348.9 emp / hour, for the highest noise was in the 4-way segment of Babat - Gresik with a noise value of 87.8 dBA. The results of the study were processed using linear regression methods and lagrange polynomials, followed by a comparison of the results in the linear regression method = t stat value = 0.007474 < critical t = 2.262157 then H0 was accepted which means there is no significant difference between the insitu noise value (Y) and the results of linear regression calculations. p value = 0.9 > ? = 0.05 then H0 is accepted which means that there is no significant difference between the insitu noise value (Y) and the results of linear regression calculations. In the lagrange polynomial method = stat t value = 2.303102485 > critical t = 2.262157163 then Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant difference between the insitu noise value (Y) and the results of the lagrange polynomial calculation. p value = 0.046 < ? = 0.05 then Ha is accepted which means there is no significant difference between the insitu noise value (Y) and the results of the lagrange polynomial calculation. So it can be concluded that the linear regression method is more feasible to use because there is no significant difference between the noise value and the calculation results.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the use of the Dapodik application and educational service facilities on the effectiveness of administrative services and to analyze the factors for the success of using the Dapodik application and the quality of educational services on the effectiveness of administrative services at SD Saraswati 1 Denpasar, Bali - Indonesia. The results of the research show that the weaknesses of using the Dapodik application-based education management information system are that some students are still not punctual in completing administrative documents, the limited number of operators in operating the application and processing data, the consistency of the application of the Dapodik application system often changes causing school operators to have to re-input in each school year. Factors that influence the effectiveness of the use and implementation of the Dapodik application (1) support from a good information system, (2) support from an excellent internet network, (3) participation and coordination of school principals, teachers and parents, (4) administrative staff educational services are competent, professional, responsible and able to coordinate well. (5) Facilities and infrastructure are good and of good quality.
