Abstract

Kesehatan ibu hamil merupakan salah satu isu penting di Provinsi Riau yang memerlukan perhatian khusus. Kurangnya dukungan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat menjadi salah satu kendala utama dalam memastikan kesehatan ibu hamil terpantau dengan baik. Sebagai langkah inovatif, sebuah prototipe aplikasi kesehatan berbasis mobile telah dirancang oleh peneliti untuk mendukung monitoring kesehatan ibu hamil. Prototipe ini dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan akses informasi kesehatan, pengingat jadwal kontrol kehamilan, serta komunikasi antara ibu hamil dan bidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas prototipe aplikasi tersebut melalui survei langsung kepada pengguna, yakni ibu hamil dan bidan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan baik dan secara efektif oleh pengguna. Kemampuan aplikasi dalam mendukung aktivitas pemantauan kehamilan dinilai positif, khususnya dalam hal kemudahan penggunaan dan penyediaan informasi yang relevan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini berpotensi mendukung program Gerakan Kesehatan Masyarakat (GERMAS) di Indonesia, terutama di Provinsi Riau, dengan menyediakan solusi digital yang mendekatkan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil dan menjadi model inovasi teknologi yang relevan bagi daerah lain di Indonesia.

Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Health has carried out health transformation through six pillars, one of which is the pillar of health financing system transformation which is the leading sector of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). The fourth pillar of health transformation is carried out to ensure adequate, fair, effective and efficient health financing. The program carried out for the allocation stage is the improvement of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) to ensure quality and cost control. The purpose of this study is to show that HTA is the most appropriate way to assess both in terms of management, technology, patients and economic losses and can be used by the hospital to make improvements in overcoming problems in the hospital. This study uses the Literature review method. Hospital-based Health Technology Assessment (HTA) developed to answer the needs of hospitals in decision making by not ignoring the hospital context, resulting in evidence-based policies. Hospital based HTA is also a guideline for decision making in the selection of health technology in Indonesia.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood. Lack of knowledge among adolescents about the prevention of free sexual behavior from an early age can increase free sexual behavior during their growth and development. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of peer group discussion on increasing knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about the prevention of free sexual behavior among adolescents aged 12-15 years at SMPN 2 Bangkinang Kota, class VIII. The sample of this study consisted of 22 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study included univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study on the effect of peer group discussion on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about the prevention of free sexual behavior before the intervention (Pv= 0.000; Pv= 0.002 ? 0.05). It is hoped that respondents will seek information about the prevention of free sexual behavior from various sources, one of which is by using the peer group discussion method.

Abstract

Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in world health statistics in 2021, it shows that the prevalence of anemia in women of reproductive age (15-49) ranges from 29.9%. The results of the Basic Health Research report (Riskesdas, 2018) show that the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls ranges from 27.2% in the age group of 15-24 years. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between diet and nutritional status with hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at the Babussalam Islamic boarding school in Pekanbaru. The method used in quantitative analytical research uses a crosssectional approach, where the research is carried out at the time of data collection between independent variables and dependent variables which are carried out together at the same time, with a large population of 78 adolescent female respondents in class XI and class XII of Babussalam High School Pekanbaru. Respondents were selected using the total sampling technique. The results of the statistical test showed that there was no significant average difference between diet and hemoglobin levels in the respondents because the p-value result was 0.4 >0.05. The conclusion was that there was no significant average difference between diet and nutritional status and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls of Babussalam High School Pekanbaru
