Abstract

ABSTRACT Hadith learning is an important aspect of Islamic education, where hadith is the second source of law after the Qur'an. Hadith students need a deep understanding of hadith to form a solid scientific foundation. In the era of information technology, hadith learning methods have undergone a transformation, with digital applications such as جامع الكتب التسعة providing easy access to the compilation of the nine main hadith books. This application makes it easier for students to find, study, and study hadiths. STDI Imam Syafi'i Jember has a Hadith Science Study Program which aims to produce professional scholars in Islamic turats. The purpose of this study is to analyze the procedure for use, advantages, disadvantages, and application of جامع الكتب التسعة in learning hadith among students of the Hadith Science Study Program STDIIS Jember. This study uses a qualitative method approach with the type of case study research. The results of this study show that: (1) The use of the جامع الكتب التسعة application by following the procedure will facilitate access to hadith searches. (2) The application of جامع الكتب التسعة in learning hadith includes several advantages and disadvantages. (3) Overall, this application is useful in improving the understanding of hadith of female students of the Hadith Science Study Program of STDI Imam Syafi'i Jember, and this research provides recommendations for the development of more effective and efficient learning methods in the future. Keywords: جامع الكتب التسعة application; hadith learning. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran hadis merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan Islam, di mana hadis menjadi sumber hukum kedua setelah Al-Qur'an. Mahasiswa ilmu hadis membutuhkan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap hadis untuk membentuk landasan keilmuan yang kokoh. Dalam era teknologi informasi, metode pembelajaran hadis telah mengalami transformasi, dengan aplikasi digital seperti جامع الكتب التسعة yang menyediakan akses mudah ke kompilasi sembilan kitab hadis utama. Aplikasi ini memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mencari, menelaah, dan mempelajari hadis. STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember mempunyai Program Studi Ilmu Hadits yang bertujuan menghasilkan sarjana profesional dalam turats Islami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis prosedur penggunaan, kelebihan, kekurangan, dan penerapan aplikasi جامع الكتب التسعة dalam pembelajaran hadis di kalangan mahasiswi Prodi Ilmu Hadits STDIIS Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penggunaan aplikasi جامع الكتب التسعة dengan mengikuti prosedur akan mempermudah akses pencarian hadis. (2) Penerapan aplikasi جامع الكتب التسعة dalam pembelajaran hadis mencakup beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan. (3) Aplikasi ini bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman hadis mahasiswi Prodi Ilmu Hadits STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember, serta penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien pada masa depan. Abstract

This study explores the development of Hadith studies in Egypt, an essential center of Islamic scholarship since the early Islamic period. It focuses on Egypt’s strategic position as a bridge connecting three continents and begins with the arrival of Islam in the 7th century under Amr bin Ash. The primary focus is the evolution of Hadith traditions in Egypt, including contributions from scholars such as Imam At-Tahawi, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, and Laits bin Sa’ad. Secondary aspects cover the influence of educational institutions like Al-Azhar and other figures who advanced Hadith studies. The research aims to highlight Egypt’s role as a key center for Hadith studies and analyze the factors sustaining its scholarly traditions. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered from historical literature, biographies of scholars, and influential Hadith works. The findings show that Egypt has been a crucial center for Hadith development, supported by scholarly contributions and lasting academic traditions, with Al-Azhar and the Amr bin Ash Mosque playing significant roles. Abstract

  This research article presents a structured, comprehensive, and detailed explanation of the features available in the Jawami' al-Kalim software and how it can be used for the takhrīj (verification and referencing) of both rijāl (narrators) and matn (text) of hadith. In addition, for more in-depth information, this article also includes a preliminary explanation of the concepts of takhrij of matn and rijal. The method used in this research is library research in which the author collects data from relevant literature such as books, journal articles, notes, and other supporting documents. The results showed that Jawami' al-Kalim software is exceptionally comprehensive. It offers a wide range of features to support takhrīj needs, including tools for al-jarḥ wa al-ta‘dīl (narrator evaluation), matn authentication, and access to primary hadith sources and reference works essential for hadith researchers. The author also provides a complete description of the and step-by-step guidance for performing takhrīj of narrators and hadith texts. The article also concludes that takhrīj of matn and rijāl is no longer limited to traditional manual methods using classical texts, but can now be effectively done digitally using software—among which Jawāmi‘ al-Kalim stands out as one of the most complete software solutions for hadith verification. Abstract

يُعَدّ الحديث النبوي مرجعًا رئيسًا في اللغة العربية، خصوصًا في علم النحو. وعلى الرغم من أهميته، لم تزل الدراسات التي تناولت المصاحبة اللغوية في نصوص الحديث النبوي قليلة. هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة المصاحبة اللغوية في كتاب الأربعين النووية مع التركيز على النمطين الاسمي والفعلي، من حيث تحديد أنواع المصاحبات اللغوية وتكرارها في هذا الكتاب. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستقرائي، حيث تم تحليل البيانات وتصنيف المصاحبات إلى أنماط اسمية وفعلية لتحديد مدى انتشارها. وتوصل البحث إلى وجود 800 تكرار للمصاحبات اللغوية؛ هيمن المركب الفعلي بـ(442) تكرارًا ونسبتها (55.25)، بينما بلغ المركب الاسمي (358) تكرارًا ونسبتها (44.75). وأكثر المصاحبات اللغوية للمركب الفعلي شيوعًا هي الفعل والمفعول بـ(186) تكرارًا والنسبة المئوية (23.25)، بينما الأكثر شيوعًا للمركب الاسمي هي المضاف والمضاف إليه بـ(200) تكرار والنسبة المئوية (25.00). وأكّد البحث توافر المصاحبات اللغوية في كتاب الأربعين النووية ودورها الكبير في إبراز الفصاحة والوضوح النحوي والدلالي، مما يُبرز أهمية دراسة الحديث النبوي من منظور لغوي. الكلمات المفتاحية: المصاحبة اللغوية، الأربعين النووية، النحو، الدلالة، اللغة العربية.

Abstract

  Conflicting hadiths are those that seemingly contradict one another in meaning or content. This presents a hurdle in hadith scholarship. This research emphasizes the significance of comprehending competing hadiths to uphold the legitimacy of Islamic teachings and avert misunderstandings within the society. This research aims to investigate and elucidate the diverse methodologies employed by scholars in addressing conflicts among hadiths. The employed research method is a library study, utilizing data gathered from literature, hadith texts, and pertinent scholarly papers. The research findings suggest that the criterion for the existence of conflicting hadiths entails the presence of two or more acceptable hadiths that seem to contradict one another. The solution of conflicting hadiths encompasses: 1) Compromise (al-jam’u wa al-tawfiq), 2) An ushul fiqh approach, 3) Correlational understanding, 4) Contextual understanding (considering asbabul wurud), 5) Abrogation (naskh), 6) A Tarjih approach, and 7) A Tawwaqquf fi al-ibadah approach. In conclusion, a profound comprehension of the context, sanad, and matan of hadith is essential for attaining a thorough knowledge of the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This research hopes to significantly improve the study of hadith and act as a reference for the community in resolving discrepancies stemming from hadith texts.
