Abstract

Empowerment of UMKMs in the face of intense competition and globalization UMKMs must be able to face global challenges such as expanding marketing horizons, creating innovative products and services, and investing in the development of technology and human resources.  This research uses a qualitative approach to the Socialization of Financing Support in Efforts to Empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ("UMKM"). The location of this research was taken in Sidomulyo Village and was attended by all community members of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Sidomulyo Village.  Naturally, high HR competence in a company or organization will determine the quality of HR owned and will ultimately determine business competitiveness. Similarly, HR competencies are very important for the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( UMKM).

Abstract

This article discusses the understanding of MSMEs to implement E-Business to deal with declining sales due to the pandemic, The purpose of this training is to provide education and the level of awareness of MSMEs about the need for E-Business in implementing sales. The method used in this project is to use a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest group design, by providing material to participants who take part in the training, then providing questionnaires to participants regarding entrepreneurial knowledge before and after the provision of material.  In using E-Business, MSME training participants can utilize popular platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to promote their products with visual content such as attractive photos and videos. Meanwhile, in marketplaces such as Shopee and Tokopedia to sell products online and facilitate the transaction process for customers. In addition, by applying the concept of E-Business, MSME participants can keep up with the rapid development of technology and take advantage of the growing online business opportunities.

Abstract

Based on the religious life report from 2013, Indonesia is one of the world's largest Muslim countries, home to about 237,641,326 people.  Some of its food imports come from various non-Muslim nations.  As a result, the halal certification and labeling procedure for goods that are in use worries some Muslims. And this research  in this study explains how to see and distinguish how important the halal label is on product packaging. Abstract

Islamic banking is currently growing rapidly and this can be seen from the increasingly complete Islamic bank products. The presence of Islamic bank products can certainly be an option in order to prioritize Islamic principles. Basically, Islamic banks carry out the same three functions as conventional banks, it's just that Islamic bank products have very different principles from conventional banks. Islamic bank products generally apply a profit-sharing system that is mutually beneficial for customers and banks. In this article, we will discuss further about the products and services contained in Islamic banks.

Abstract

Saat ini teknologi berkembang sehingga mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat dalam berbelanja, ini dapat menjadi peluang bagi usaha mikro sebagai strategi pemasaran yaitu dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Namun masih banyak pelaku usaha mikro yang belum mengetahui cara untuk mengoptimalkan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk promosi dan pemasaran produknya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada masyarakat khususnya pelaku usaha mikro agar dapat mengembangkan usaha terutama dalam hal penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya mengoptimalkan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk promosi dan pemasaran bagi usaha mikro. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan promosi dan pemasaran melalui media sosial, masyarakat khuhusnya pelaku usaha mikro mengerti dan menambah pengetahuan tentang cara mengoptimalkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi dan pemasaran
