Abstract

Keputihan merupakan cairan atau lendir yang dikeluarkan secara alami oleh tubuh untuk menjaga vagina tetap bersih dan lembab, serta melindunginya dari infeksi.  Keputihan pada wanita merupakan hal fisiologis, salah satu penyebab keputihan ialah personal hygiene yang kurang baik, faktor kelelahan dan stress serta efek dari hormon progesterone yang dapat memperberat keputihan. Untuk itu adanya terapi untuk mengurangi keputihan pada wanita usia subur. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian puding lidah buaya dan jus nanas terhadap keputihan pada wanita usia subur di TPMB S tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada wanita usia subur yang mengalami keputihan. Pada penelitian ini sampel sebanyak 4 orang dimana 2 sampel menggunakan intervensi pemberian puding lidah buaya dan 2 sampel dengan jus nanas. Penelitian dilakukan di TPMB S dan dilakukan pada bulan Januari Tahun 2025. Penelitian menggunakan analisis univariat untuk mendeskripsikan asuhan kebidanan dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian puding lidah buaya dengan jus nanas terhadap keputihan pada wanita usia subur di TPMB S tahun 2025.  Hasil Perbandingan jumlah keputihan sebelum dan sesudah di berikan puding lidah buaya dan jus nanas, terhadap 4 responden didapatkan hasil bahwa jumlah keputihan pada kunjungan pertama, kelima dan kunjungan kesepuluh bahwa responden yang mengkonsumsi jus nanas cepat mengalami pengurangan keputihan dibandingkan dengan ibu yang mengkonsumsi puding lidah buaya. Kesimpulan : Wanita usia subur yang mengalami keputihan yang diberikan puding lidah buaya dan Jus Nanas sama-sama mengalami pengurangan keputihan, namun wanita usia subur yang diberikan Jus Nanas lebih cepat mengalami pengurangan keputihan dibanding Puding Lidah Buaya. Saran : Diharapkan kepada wanita usia subur dapat menambahkan pengetahuan tantang cara pencegahan keputihan tidak hanya dengan obat oral melainkan dengan cara teradisional seperti Puding Lidah Buaya dan Jus Nanas.

Abstract

Snake bite cases are one of the global public health problems, especially in tropical countries such as Indonesia. Snake bites can cause local and systemic symptoms such as redness, swelling, pain, hypotension, difficulty breathing and even death. In this case report, a 60-year-old male patient came to the Emergency Room of Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo Hospital with complaints of right leg pain due to snake bites since 5 hours before entering the hospital. Complaints were accompanied by bluish swelling, heat, and numbness in the leg area after being bitten by a black snake in the garden. The patient had vomited 2 times. On physical examination, compos mentis consciousness was found (GCS E4V5M6), no shortness of breath. Blood pressure 174/80 mmHg, pulse rate 67 times per minute, respiratory rate 20 times per minute, axillary temperature 36o C. Normal geralis status. Local status showed vulnus morsum, bluish swelling in the right leg. There was tenderness. The patient received ATS injection treatment, 1 vial of anti-snake venom (ABU) in RL 500mg infusion, 30mg Ketorolac, 1gr ampicillin and ondansetron (iv).

Abstract

Hospitals are non-profit organizations whose main task is to provide medical services, care, and health services. In providing health services, hospitals generate revenue from the services and facilities offered to patients, one of which is inpatient services, where the revenue from this service is obtained from the rates that must be paid by inpatient service users. Determining the inpatient service rates is a very important decision because it will affect the hospital's profitability. This research was conducted at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Padangsidimpuan City. The objective of this study is to determine the inpatient service rate when applied using the activity-based costing method at RSUD Padangsidimpuan City. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the inpatient service rate calculation using the activity-based costing method show a lower rate compared to the rate previously set by RSUD Padangsidimpuan City.

Abstract

The mangrove ecosystem of Benoa Bay is an estuarine area that plays a significant role in providing food sources for various types of biota, both aquatic and terrestrial. In addition, mangrove ecosystems are also greatly influenced by human activities such as development in mangrove areas and environmental pollution, which indirectly affect the presence of biota in those mangrove ecosystems. The purpose of this research is to understand the fish community structure and water conditions in the mangrove ecosystem of Benoa Bay. This research was conducted in October – November 2023 at 4 stations with 2 repetitions at each station. Fish sampling using gill nets with a mesh size of 2 inches.  The fish catch results in the Teluk Benoa mangrove ecosystem consist of 8 families and 10 species. Station II has the highest fish abundance among the other stations, with 8 species, while the lowest fish abundance is found at Station III, with 5 species. The fish species most commonly found in Benoa Bay is Leiognathus equulus or Cotek Fish, with a total of 188 individuals. Meanwhile, the fish species with the least number are Tripoddichthys blochii and Lobotes surinamensis, with only 1 individual each.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between Body Image and Social Comparison with Social Anxiety among female students at SMK Putra Bangsa. This research is a multivariate correlation study using data collection techniques in the form of Body Image Scale, Social Comparison Scale, and Social Anxiety Scale. The population in this study consists of individuals aged 15-16 years who are active students of SMK Putra Bangsa in class X. The sample of this study consists of 128 respondents, selected using the Saturated Sampling technique. The Body Image variable scale is the MBSRQ_AS or Multidimensional Body Self Relations Questionnaire Appearance Scale. The Social Comparison Scale is the Upward and Downward Appearance Comparison Scale (UDACS), while the Social Anxiety Scale is the SAS-A scale. The analysis results show that the correlation coefficient of the product moment Pearson between Body Image and social anxiety is r = 0.327, Social Comparison and Social Anxiety is r = 0.388, and the relationship between Body Image and Social Comparison with Social Anxiety among female students at SMK Putra Bangsa has a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.442. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between Body Image and Social Comparison with Social Anxiety among female students at SMK Putra Bangsa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of palm oil price and productivity on the income of palm oil farmers in Pir Trans Sosa II Village, Hutaraja Tinggi District, Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra. The sample in this study was taken using the slovin formula, namely 75 observed samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of a computer program, namely SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) 25. The results of this study can be seen that the price of oil palm partially has a significant effect on farmers' income, productivity partially has no significant effect on farmers' income, price and productivity together have a significant effect on Farmer income.

Abstract

Mooi Park is one of the tourist attractions that is developing in Saoka, Sorong City, Southwest Papua, and has great potential to improve the economy of the local community. This research aims to analyze the role of the Mooi Park tourist attraction in increasing the income of the surrounding community.The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the existence of Moooi Park has a positive impact on the economy of the community around the Mooi Park tourist attraction through various sectors, such as increasing business opportunities in the fields of tourism services and trade. Apart from that, the existence of this tourist attraction also creates new jobs that support improving the welfare of the surrounding community. With support from the government and tourism managers, Mooi Park has the potential to become a leading destination.

Abstract

Archiving letters and administrative documents plays an important role in the operational activities of an educational institution. However, many educational institutions, including At-Tajdid Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya, face challenges in manual archiving, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. This study aims to address these issues by developing a Web-Based Letter Archiving Information System using the CodeIgniter framework at At-Tajdid Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. This research adopts the Extreme Programming (XP) approach in the system development process. The main objective is to create a solution to overcome the problems of manual letter archiving. By designing and implementing a web-based information system, it is expected to simplify the archiving process, reduce human errors, and improve efficiency and accuracy in data retrieval. The expected outcome of this research is the design and implementation of a Web-Based Letter Archiving Information System at At-Tajdid Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. This system will replace the conventional archiving process with a digital method that utilizes the latest information technology. By using the CodeIgniter framework, the system will provide better accessibility.

Abstract

This study is a study that aims to understand the influence of Viral Marketing and celebrity endorsers on the interest in buying Azarine make-up products. This study is a quantitative type that uses a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 (one hundred) respondents. In the process of collecting respondent data, it was designed by creating an online questionnaire via Google Form with the intermediary of the message column on the TikTok application for 100 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique and combined with the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used in the study that has been carried out using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. With the results obtained from this study, it is explained as follows: (1) Viral Marketing (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest: (2) celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest: (3) Viral Marketing and celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic values on the financial management strategies of Generation Z in the digital era. As a generation born in the digital age, Generation Z has unique characteristics in managing finances, often influenced by a consumerist lifestyle and technological advancements. This research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, focusing on individuals' subjective experiences in understanding financial management based on Islamic values. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving Generation Z in Cellu Village, Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The findings indicate that Islamic values, such as the principles of justice, the prohibition of usury (riba), transparency, and the importance of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah, play a significant role in shaping Generation Z's financial management strategies. However, challenges such as limited Islamic financial literacy and the temptation of a consumerist lifestyle often hinder effective implementation. Additionally, the digital era presents both opportunities and challenges in financial management, offering easy access to technology and Islamic finance applications. This study is expected to provide new insights into the importance of Islamic financial literacy for Generation Z and encourage the application of Islamic values in effective and beneficial financial management, particularly in the digital era, which is filled with both challenges and opportunities.
