Abstract

Law has a very important position in the effort to achieve provide conditions that can spur the growth of economic development and to maintain relations between various elements and economic actors. The role of law in the economic development of a country is basically inseparable from discussion of the economic approach to law or vice versa, legal approach to economics, commonly known as economic analysis law. The economic approach to law means the use of economic considerations to solve problems, and the use of tools or concepts of analytical techniques commonly used by economist. The economic legal approach is of a nature and uses an approach transnational and interdisciplinary approach, specializing in the relationships between national economic and social problems and regional and international in an integral manner. There are at least five legal qualities which is conducive to development planning and implementation, namely: stability (stability, predictability, fairness, education, the special development abilities of the lawyer. We have prepared this scientific thesis proposal to the best of our ability and have received assistance from various parties so that it can facilitate the preparation of the Proposal This thesis. For that we express our many thanks to all parties who have contributed to the making of this Thesis Proposal. Apart from all that, We are fully aware that there are still shortcomings in terms of structure. sentences and grammar. Therefore, with open arms we accept all suggestions and criticisms from readers so that we can improve This scientific thesis proposal. Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is an acute inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tract caused by bacteria and viruses without or accompanied by inflammation of the lung parenchyma. One effort to overcome ineffective airway clearance is warm water steam therapy and eucalyptus oil. Inhaling eucalyptus oil can relieve respiratory problems, because eucalyptus oil vapor acts as a decongestant which, when inhaled, can reduce nasal congestion and facilitate breathing. Objective: To see the effectiveness of providing steam therapy using eucalyptus oil for ineffective airway clearance in ISPA patients at the Namo Terasi Community Health Center. Method: The research method used is Quantitative Pre-Experimental design and uses One Group Pretest – Posttest. The sampling technique uses Random Sampling. Results: The results of the research show the effectiveness of giving steam therapy using eucalyptus oil for ineffective airway clearance in ISPA patients at the Namo Terasi Community Health Center with the result of p-value = 0.000 which is said to be influential if the p-value < α (0.005). Conclusion: The effectiveness of steam therapy using eucalyptus oil on airway clearance is not effective in ISPA patients at the Namo Terasi Community Health Center. Suggestion: It is hoped that future researchers can continue this research with the same or different interventions.

Abstract

Backgound : Gastritis is an inflammation that occurs in the gastric mucosa which can be acute, chronic, diffuse or local caused by the presence of Helicobacter pylori bacterial infection or the destruction of the protective mucosa of the stomach. Diet is the arrangement and amount of food consumed by an individual or group at a certain time consisting of the frequency of meals, types of food, and portions of meals. Often students usually have a messy meal schedule, often eat late, skip breakfast so that the stomach is empty during long meals, the instant lifestyle is also not good, making students really like to consume fast food and drinks. Objective : To determine the relationship between eating patterns and signs and symptoms of ulcers in for nursing students Murni Teguh university. Method : This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling as many as 151 respondents. Data analysis used the Spearman rho correlation test. Results : The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between diet and signs and symptoms of gastritis with a p-value of 0.010 < 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of 0.210. Conclution : There is a relationship between eating patterns and signs and symptoms of gastritis in nursing students in Murni Teguh University. Suggestion: It is recommended to conduct follow-up research with more samples and add stress management variables, intestinal metaplasia in patients with acute and chronic gastritis with the selection of different research methods.

Abstract

This study provides an analytical overview of marketing management challenges and solutions within Indonesian higher education institutions (HEIs). Employing a qualitative, multiple case study approach guided by the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Relationship Marketing Theory, we analyzed data from interviews and institutional documents. Findings reveal significant challenges stemming from inadequate unique resources (RBV) and underdeveloped stakeholder relationships (Relationship Marketing). Effective solutions necessitate integrating resource development, such as enhancing brand reputation and digital capabilities, with strategies to build stronger connections with students, alumni, and industry partners.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of character and mindset in shaping entrepreneurial intention, which is an important factor in starting and managing a business. This literature review examines 20 articles published between 2005 and 2023, using article selection techniques based on inclusion and exclusion criteria involving research relevant to the topics of entrepreneurship, character, and mindset. The method used is a systematic literature review with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) procedure to ensure rigor in the selection and evaluation of appropriate articles. The results of the literature review show that strong character traits, such as perseverance, creativity, and the courage to take risks, provide a solid foundation for individuals to face entrepreneurial challenges. On the other hand, a growth mindset encourages individuals to view failure as an opportunity to learn, rather than as an obstacle. Previous research indicates that these two factors are interrelated, where good character strengthens the growth mindset, and the growth mindset reinforces character. This article also suggests that entrepreneurship education should place greater emphasis on developing positive character traits and mindsets to enhance entrepreneurial intention, as well as the importance of social support in shaping individuals who are ready to face business challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the persuasive communication strategies used by parents and children in carrying out religious activities in Dusun III, Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The type of research employed is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings from field research revealed that parents employed four types of persuasive devices: Acceptance, Rejection, Testimonial, and Bandwagon. First, in the Acceptance device, parents conveyed messages using pleasant words or symbols, associating religious activities with happiness and success. Second, the Rejection device utilized messages that evoke fear or concern, but were delivered gently. Third, the Testimonial device involved citing expert opinions or respected community figures as supporting evidence for the parents' religious encouragement. Fourth, the Bandwagon device relied on social influence, with parents offering incentives to children for participating in religious activities—such as praise, gifts, or social gatherings after attending religious events—to strengthen positive motivation for participation. This study shows that these various persuasive devices effectively influenced children to be more actively involved in religious activities. Parents successfully combined positive approaches with emphasis on spiritual, social, and personal values, thereby encouraging children's active participation in religious practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) strategy in enhancing students' critical thinking skills at MIS Nurul Huda, Larangan Barat, Kamondung, Omben, Sampang. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The sample consisted of students from a specific class chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected through critical thinking ability tests, observations, and interviews. The results show that the implementation of PBL significantly improved students' critical thinking skills. The average posttest score of students increased compared to the pretest, indicating that PBL can stimulate students to be more active in thinking, discussing, and finding solutions to the given problems. However, several factors such as students' prior knowledge and motivation also affect the effectiveness of PBL. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of learning strategies in similar schools.

Abstract

Effective educational leadership requires good communication and teamwork skills. Effective communication and solid teamwork can help improve the quality of education and achieve educational goals. This article aims to discuss the role of communication and teamwork in effective educational leadership. The research method used is a systematic literature study. From the literature study, it was found that; First, there are six characteristics of effective leader communication, namely; gentle attitude, not rude in speech, not hard-hearted, forgiving and asking for forgiveness, inviting deliberation, and committing to implementing joint decisions and trusting in God. Second, effective leader communication plays a role in; 1) increasing effectiveness in sharing vision and mission; 2) improving the performance of staff, especially teachers; 3) building  partnerships  with  the  school community; 4) building a conducive school climate; 5) improving student achievement. The results of the study show that effective communication and solid teamwork can help improve the quality of education and achieve educational goals.

Abstract

Legal development in Indonesia is a complex process involving various issues, interests, and expectations. Islamic law has an important role in the formation of the national legal system as one of the recognized sources of law. However, the challenges faced in the integration of Islamic law with national law include the diversity of interpretations, harmonization with constitutional principles, and practical obstacles in implementation. This study uses a library method with a normative approach. The results of the discussion explain, namely, 1) The existence of Islamic law in Indonesia in the formation of legislation through the integration of religious norms into the current and future Indonesian national legal system using the Anglo-Saxon legal system model because the law will be applied to certain places, people and cases. 2) Islamic law has a strong influence in forming legal norms and values ​​in the national legal system. Islamic law in the legal system functions in three forms, first, Islamic law plays a role in filling the legal vacuum in positive law. Second, Islamic law contributes to the preparation of national law as a source of values. Third, Islamic law aims for rahmatan lil alamin, namely implementing and supervising its implementation in society.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the transformation of family law in Yemen and the Family Law in Yemen. The research method used is library research. The transformation of family law in Yemen reflects a long journey influenced by social, political, and religious dynamics. As a country that adheres to Islamic law, Yemen adopts a family law system influenced by traditional Islamic schools of thought. Yemeni family law has undergone reforms, starting with the implementation of the Qanun al-Usrah in 1974 in South Yemen, leading to the enactment of Law No. 27 of 1998 after the unification of North and South Yemen. These reforms aim to adapt family law to modern social and political needs. However, despite progress in legal reforms, significant challenges remain in the implementation of family law, such as child marriage and child custody after divorce, which continue to face substantial barriers. This article examines the history, challenges, and transformation of family law in Yemen, as well as the need for further reforms to achieve justice and equality in family law.
