Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work conflict on employees' performance at CV Citra Pratama branch office in Tasikmalaya. A descriptive method with a quantitative approach was utilized for the study. The sample size consisted of 30 employees from CV Citra Pratama branch office located in Tasikmalaya. Questionnaires and literature review were employed as data collection techniques for this study. Correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and simple linear regression analysis were applied to analyze the collected data. The analysis results showed that the correlation coefficient was 78.5%; the coefficient of determination was 61.6%; and the regression equation was Y = -9.818 + 1.155X. According to the hypothesis testing using a t-test, it was revealed that the t-arithmetic is greater than the t-table, thus we accept the null hypothesis with a significance of 0.000 < 0.04. The finding of this study is that work conflict has an impact on employee performance in CV. Citra Pratama Cabang Tasikmalaya, meaning that the higher the work conflict, the lower the employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study, conducted within the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia, is to examine the impact of Compensation and Competence on employee performance. The research method employed for this study included both descriptive and explanatory surveys. The analysis focused specifically on employees within the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia, with a sample size of 50 individuals. The purpose of this investigation was to establish a causal relationship, while the time horizon considered was cross-sectional. Upon analyzing the findings, it was revealed that employees within the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia received a satisfactory level of compensation. Additionally, their competence was deemed suitable and sufficient to meet the demands of their roles. Notably, the performance of these individuals within the Marketing Division was found to be exceptionally high. Furthermore, it was determined that both compensation and competence had a simultaneous impact on employee performance. It is important to highlight that the influence of compensation on performance outweighs that of competency. Enhancing employee performance is of utmost importance, as it is greatly influenced by the level of compensation they receive. Keeping this in mind, it is advisable to ensure that the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia receives compensation that adheres to regulations, including an augmentation of supplementary benefits. This will enable them to execute their responsibilities in a more proficient and polished manner

Abstract

The article determining employee engagement and employee performance in the hospitality sector: Discipline and competency analysis is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. The results of this article are: 1) Discipline influences the involvement of hotel sector employees; 2) Competence influences the involvement of hotel sector employees; 3) Discipline influences the performance of hotel sector employees; 4) Competency influences the performance of hotel sector employees; and 5) Employee involvement influences the performance of hotel sector employees.

In the ever-evolving landscape of contemporary business, successful strategy implementation remains a formidable challenge for organizations. Bridging the gap between strategy formulation and execution is vital for sustainable success, with communication, commitment, and consensus emerging as pivotal elements influencing this process. This journal article explores the intricate relationships between communication, commitment, and consensus in the context of strategy implementation. Employing the research library method, this article systematically reviews and analyzes literature from diverse sources, offering a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing strategy implementation. The research library method enables a thorough exploration of the nuanced relationships between communication, commitment, and consensus. The article concludes by formulating hypotheses for further research: (1) Communication affects Strategy Implementation; (2) Commitment affects Strategy Implementation; (3) Consensus affects Strategy Implementation. Acknowledging the importance of these factors is crucial for organizations aiming to achieve strategic goals and long-term success in a rapidly evolving business landscape

Abstract

The article on the influence of work-life balance, and employee engagement training on job satisfaction and employee performance is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to this research. Data was obtained from reputable academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The results of this research are as follows: 1) Work-life balance influences job satisfaction; 2) Employee engagement influences job satisfaction; 3) Training influences job satisfaction; 4) Work-life balance influences employee performance; 5) Employee engagement influences employee performance; 6) Training influences employee performance; and 7) Job satisfaction influences employee performance.
