Abstract

Abstract: The Use of Think Talk Write Using Picture Media in Improving Writing Skills of Descriptive Text for the Fourth Grade Students of SDN 6 Panjer in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objectives of this collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) is to improve writing skills of descriptive text in using Think Talk Write using picture media. This research was conducted within three cycles in six meetings. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection.Subjects of the research were 28 students. The results of this research showed thatthe use of Think Talk Write using picture media can improve writing skills of descriptive text. The conclusion of this research is the use of Think Talk Write using picture media can improve writing skills of descriptive text for the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Panjer in the academic year of 2015/2016. Keywords: Think Talk Write, picture media, writing skills Abstrak: Penggunaan Model Think Talk Write dengan Media Gambar dalam Peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Karangan Deskripsi pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 6 Panjer Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi melalui penggunaan model Think Talk Write dengan media gambar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 28 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan model Think Talk Write dengan media gambar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan deksripsi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model Think Talk Write dengan media gambar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan deksripsi pada siswa kelas IV SDN 6 Panjer tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Kata Kunci: model Think Talk Write, media gambar, keterampilan menulis

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Metode Problem Solving Dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Operasi  Hitung Pecahan Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Banyumudal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penerapan metode Problem Solving, (2) meningkatkan pembelajaran operasi hitung pecahan dan (3) mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN 2 Banyumudal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) langkah-langkah metode Problem Solving adalah (a) memahami masalah, (b) merencanakan pemecahan masalah, (c) melaksanakan pemecahan masalah, (d) memeriksa jawaban, (2) Penerapan metode Problem Solving dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran operasi hitung pecahan, (3) Kendalanya adalah membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan solusinya adalah peneliti lebih membagi waktu supaya sesuai dengan alokasi waktunya. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode Problem Solving dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran Operasi Hitung Pecahan siswa kelas V.Kata Kunci: problem solving,  pembelajaran, operasi hitung pecahan Abstract:  The Application Problem Solving Method To Improve Arithmetic Operation Learning V SDN 2 Banyumudal. The purpose of this research are (1) to describe  the appropriate steps in the implementation Problem Solving method, (2) to improve Arithmetic Operation learning, (3) to describe the obstacles and solution. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research are  conducted in three cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of  this research are of all students V SDN 2 Banyumudal. The result show that: (1) the steps Problem Solving method is (a) problem understanding, (b) planning problem solving, (c) implementation Problem Solving, (d) controling of answer, (2) Problem Solving method known application Arithmetic Operation learning can improve learning outcomes, (3) the problem is that it need too time allocation. The solution is researchers should divide the time efficiently as the time allocation.  The conclusion of this research is the application Problem Solving method can  improve Fraction Arithmetic Operation learning for fifth grade students. Abstract

Abstract: The Application of Guided Inquiry Models with Concrete Media in Improving Natural Science Learning about Force for the Fifth Grade Students of SDN 6 Panjer in Academic Year 2015/2016. The objective of this research is to  improve learning process and natural science learning outcomes about force in the fifth grade students of SDN 6 Panjer. This collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were the fifth grade students of SDN 6 Panjer totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques used in this research are in the form of test and non-test. The validity of the data in this research applied triangulation of data sources and triangulation techniques. Techniques of analyzing data used descriptive qualitative data consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The research was stopped after learning process and students' learning outcomes reached minimum completeness criteria of 75 for 85% of students. The result showed that the application of guided inquiry models with concrete media can improve learning process and natural science learning outcomes about force for the fifth grade students in SDN 6 Panjer.Keywords: guided inquiry, concrete media, learning, natural science Abstrak: Diah Kumala Izza. Penerapan Model Inkuiri Terbimbing dengan Media Konkret dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran IPA tentang Gaya pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 6 Panjer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar IPA tentang gaya pada siswa kelas V SDN 6 Panjer. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Setiap pertemuan terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 6 Panjer yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik tes dan nontes. Validitas data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif deskriptif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian dihentikan setelah proses dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai KKM = 75 sebanyak 85% siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model inkuiri terbimbing dengan media konkret dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar IPA tentang gaya pada siswa kelas V SDN 6 Panjer.Kata Kunci: inkuiri terbimbing, media konkret, pembelajaran, IPA

Abstract

Abstract: Improving Reading Comprehension Skill by Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) at the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 2 Jlegiwinangun in the Academic Year of 2014/2015. This study aims to describe the procedure of the use of Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy in improving the reading comprehension skill at the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jlegiwinangun, improve reading comprehension skill at the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jlegiwinangun by implementing Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy. This study is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles, every cycles consisting of two meetings. In every meeting, the researcher consisting of four steps: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of the research was 24 students of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jlegiwinangun. Sources of data in this research were students, teachers, and classmates. Techniques of collecting data used in this research were test, observation, interview, and documentation. Validity of test applied data triangulation. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The conclusion of this study shows that after using Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy, there is an increase in reading comprehension skill at the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jlegiwinangun in the academic year of 2014/2015. Keywords: DRTA strategy, skill, reading comprehension Abstrak: Peningkatan Keterampilan Membaca Pemahaman Melalui Strategi Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Jlegiwinangun Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penggunaan strategi Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) dalam peningkatan keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada siswa kelas V SDN 2 Jlegiwinangun, meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada siswa kelas V SDN 2 Jlegiwinangun melalui penggunaan strategi Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) kolaborasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus yang tiap siklusnya terdiri atas 2 pertemuan. Tiap pertemuan terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Jlegiwinangun dengan jumlah 24 siswa. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu siswa, guru, dan teman sejawat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah setelah menggunakan strategi Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA), keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Jlegiwinangun tahun ajaran 2014/2015 mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: strategi DRTA, keterampilan, membaca pemahaman

Abstract

Abstract: The Use of Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) in Improving Reading Comprehension for the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 3 Tamanwinangun in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objectives of this research is to improve reading comprehension for the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Tamanwinangun in the academic year of 2015/2016. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). Procedures of this research are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The treatment was conducted within three cycles in two meetings. Subjects of the research were 37 second semester students of the fifth grade in SD Negeri 3 Tamanwinangun. The result of this research showed that the use of SQ3R method can improve students? reading comprehension skills. It was proved by the increase of reading comprehension score in every cycles. In the first cycle 62.83%, in the second cycle 79.11%, and in the third cycle 91.71%.Keywords: reading comprehension skills, SQ3R Abstrak: Penggunaan Metode Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Pemahaman bagi Siswa Kelas V SD N 3 Tamanwinangun Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman bagi siswa kelas V SD N 3 Tamanwinangun tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dengan teknik kolaboratif. Prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan tindakan dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, masing-masing siklus dua pertemuan. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas V SD N 3 Tamanwinangun semester 2 sejumlah 37 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penggunaan metode Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa. Berdasarkan nilai tes tertulis siswa diketahui persentase siswa yang tuntas mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari  kondisi awal 40,54% menjadi 62,83% pada siklus I, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 79,11%, dan pada siklus III menjadi 91,71%.Kata Kunci: keterampilan membaca pemahaman, SQ3R.

Abstract

Abstract: Application of Cooperative Model Talking Stick mode in Improved Learning Fractions in Class IV SD Negeri 4 Prembun Academic Year 2014/2015. The purpose of this research is to improve learning fractions. This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 4 Prembun. The data source of this research is the students, teachers, and observer. Data collection techniques used were documentation, observation, interview and test. The validity of the source data using triangulation techniques and triangulation of data collection techniques. Abstract: The Application of Survey-Question-Read-Recite-Review (SQ3R) Method Using Print Media in Improving Intensive Reading Skills for the Fourth Grade Students of SD Negeri Tanjungmeru in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objectives of this research is to improve intensive reading skills of students. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Subjects of the research were 22 students of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Tanjungmeru in the academic year of 2015/2016. Source of data were derived from students, fifth grade teachers, researcher, classmates, and documents. Techniques of collecting data were test and non-test. The results of this research showed that the application of Survey-Question-Read-Recite-Review (SQ3R) method using print media can improve intensive reading skills of students in the first cycle 62.88%, in the second cycle 75%, and in the third cycle 84.09%.Keywords: SQ3R, print media, intensive reading skills Abstrak: Penerapan Metode Survey-Question-Read-Recite-Review (SQ3R) Dengan Media Cetak Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Intensif Pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN Tanjungmeru Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk meningkatan keterampilan membaca intensif siswa. Abstract

Abstract: The Application of Discovery Methods with Flashcard Media in Improving Students' Cooperation and Learning Outcomes of Social Science Learning about Economic Activity at the Fourth Grade Students of SD Negeri Bumirejo 1 in Academic Year of 2015/2016. This research is motivated by the lack of students' cooperation in discussion activity, and low students' learning outcomes, especially in social science learning. The purpose of this research is to improve students' collaboration and students' learning outcomes of the fourth grade students in SDN Bumirejo through classroom action research related to the material of economic activity. This research is a collaborative research conducted in three cycles, and each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The result of this research is the application of discovery methods with flashcard media can improve students' collaboration when discussion and students' learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of research showing that the percentage of students who meet the target achievements of cooperation is 34.3% at first cylce, 74.2% at second cycle and 88% at third cycle. As for the results of students' learning outcomes, the percentage of students' completeness is 65.71% at first cycle, 62.86% at second cycle and 90.91% at third cycle.Keywords: discovery method, flashcard media, collaboration, learning outcomes Abstrak: Penerapan Metode Discovery dengan Media Kartu Bergambar dalam Peningkatan Kerjasama dan Hasil Belajar IPS tentang Aktivitas Ekonomi Kelas IV SDN 1 Bumirejo Tahun 2015/2016. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kerjasama siswa ketika berdiskusi, dan belum maksimalnya hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kerjasama siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Bumirejo, pada tindakan kelas yang berkaitan dengan materi aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus, dan setiap siklusnya melewati tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, serta refleksi. Hasil setelah penelitian yaitu penerapan metode discovery dengan media kartu bergambar dapat meningkatkan kerjasama  siswa ketika diskusi dan juga hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I persentase siswa yang memenuhi capaian target kerjasama yaitu 34,3%,  siklus II 74,2%, dan siklus III 88%. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajarnya, pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan siswa yaitu 65,71%, siklus II 62,86% dan siklus III 90,91%.Kata Kunci: Metode discovery, Media kartu bergambar, kerjasama, hasil belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: Improving Skills to Make Crafts Through Learning Model CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) Grade 3 Waluyo SDN Academic Year 2013/2014. The purpose of this study was to describe the CTL learning model, to improve the skills of handicraft especially meronce, to describe problems and solutions CTL learning model. This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class V SDN 3 Waluyo. The data source of this research is the students, teachers, and observer. Data collection techniques used were documentation, observation, interview and test. The validity of the source data using triangulation techniques and triangulation of data collection techniques. The conclusions of this study is the use of CTL learning model can improve the skills of handicraft meronce fifth grade students of SDN 3 Waluyo the academic year 2013/2014.Keywords: CTL, Skills, Handy Craft Abstrak: Upaya Peningkatan Keterampilan Membuat Kerajinan Tangan Melalui Model Pembelajaran CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) Siswa Kelas V SDN 3 Waluyo Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan model pembelajaran CTL, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerajinan tangan khususnya meronce, untuk mendiskripsikan kendala dan solusi model pembelajaran CTL. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 3 Waluyo. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru, dan observer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran CTL dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerajinan tangan meronce siswa kelas V SDN 3 Waluyo tahun ajaran 2013/2014.Kata kunci: CTL, Keterampilan, Kerajinan Tangan
