<![CDATA[The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has caused various efforts to prevent this Covid-19 such as public education, which is still necessary to be carried out. The purpose of this service activity is to provide information to the public about Covid-19 as well as to increase public knowledge about Covid-19. The method used in this activity is giving education to the public about Covid-19 using posters and distributing questionnaires to get the data of public knowledge regarding Covid-19 such as its symptoms, spread, prevention, and treatment. These posters and questionnaires were distributed to 3 target villages in Lamongan with 30 residents as respondents. Evaluation of this activity is carried out by considering the result of public knowledge after distributing posters. The result of the implementation of this activity showed that the average public knowledge about Covid-19 has increased by 29%. Thus, it can be said that this activity was successfully conducted and can help the public to get information about Covid-19 as an effort to prevent Covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[Kampus Mengajar is a program of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka held by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Activities in the Kampus Mengajar provide opportunities for students to knowledge insight and gain experience in helping the teaching and learning process in elementary schools. This activity was carried out for five months with the method of mentoring and training activities. Assistance is carried out through teaching and learning activities, adapting technology, developing literacy and numeracy skills for students, as well as activities for teachers at SDN 45 Gresik in the form of developing online-based learning materials.]]>

<![CDATA[Basically, tutoring is directed to help students develop understanding and learning skills and solve learning problems. The presence of tutoring can also be an alternative solution for schools to assist students in preparation for the Joint Selection to Enter State Universities (SBMPTN). The purpose of this service is to carry out a series of work programs in the field of let's study the blank paper community, provide learning opportunities for students who want to enter college through the SBMPTN or similar entrance exams and increase the motivation and competence of students participating in guidance to meet the competencies tested at the SBMPTN. The method used is a direct approach, namely by lecture and practice. The results in this service are in the form of increasing the self-confidence and motivation of guidance students to compete in the SBMPTN and increasing student competence. This can be seen from the increased enthusiasm of students to continue studying and the results of student try outs are quite high.]]>

<![CDATA[This service aims to provide training and accounting assistance based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) for Fish Traders in Depok Market, Surakarta. Training and mentoring activities for the accounting process based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) are carried out by means of presentations, discussions and simulations. The target of this Community Service activity is for Fish Traders at Pasar Depok Surakarta. The solution offered is that fish traders at Pasar Depok Surakarta as entrepreneurs will be able to compile simple financial reports based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This activity begins by assisting in making proof of transactions, the process of recording transactions to the preparation of financial statements. The expected results of this activity include fish traders in the Depok Surakarta market being able to record each transaction into transaction receipts, being able to carry out manual books related to the accounting cycle and compiling financial reports from their business results on the basis of SAK EMKM. The follow-up to this activity is that continuous guidance and mentoring will be carried out, so that mentoring participants can actually prepare simple financial reports based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) as well as training in the use of simple excel-based accounting software that makes it easier for fish traders. in the Depok-Surakarta market in preparing financial statements.]]>

The activities include providing learning assistance and recitation guidance for children in Sinduadi Village, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The hope of realizing a better future for children is realized through education. Harapan School currently has one learning location, namely Sinduadi Village. The mentoring and guidance for children in Sinduadi Village with full glory and sincerity carried out by Harapan School succeeded in moving the hearts of this Activity Team and wanting to introduce Harapan School to a broader scope. <![CDATA[Scientific journals are one of the means of formal communication in various knowledge and research results by both researchers and academics. The management of scientific journals towards accredited journals requires several strategies to improve, one of which is at the University of 17 August 1945 Samarinda which currently has 11 journals with an existing open journal system (OJS). This service activity aims to find out and implement the journal publishing process through OJS in accordance with journal accreditation requirements and understand electronic journal management standards based on national journal accreditation regulations and international journal rules. The target of this activity is journal editors as journal managers in the campus environment and able to cooperate in improving accredited journals. The method of this service activity is situation analysis and improvement which is then carried out in four stages, namely the planning stage, activity implementation, activity observation (observation) and mentoring stage. The benchmark for the respondents of the training participants was analyzed in the participant's question and answer session with the journal trainer. In addition, the participants' respondents from the increased understanding of the participants became increased due to their curiosity about the journal management process. Therefore, it can be concluded that the mentoring activities and training provided on the management of scientific journals are effective in increasing participants' understanding in terms of managing scientific journals.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community based is to increase the interest in reading by MI students using the community-based "ABACALAH" method. The method in community based is partnership-based. The location of this community service is carried out at MI Hayatul Ulum Pangean Maduran lamongan East Java. This form of community service activity is in the form of mentoring, providing motivation, lectures, and discussions. The result of this community service is that students are motivated and increasingly active in reading because this service also provides books collectively, as well as adding books in the school library. During the service activity, students were very enthusiastic in solving several questions provided. <![CDATA[This socialization departed from concerns about the lack of information for children regarding Covid-19. In addition, this socialization was held because it saw the importance of health protocols, one of which was washing hands as a measure to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Information related to health protocols has only been targeted for adult audiences. However, health protocol information for children is very limited. Parents often find it difficult to explain health protocols during a pandemic. This socialization is a collaboration with Taman Paud (Early Childhood Education) Roemah Kita in Yogyakarta as a partner. Dissemination focuses on information and knowledge related to hand washing as an important health protocol for early childhood, especially during a pandemic. Socialization was given to parents through a children's book entitled "Wash Your Hands" because of a suggestion from the government not to carry out gathering activities during the pandemic. The books are given to the parents of students. Parents then read it to the children while they are at home during the quarantine]]>

<![CDATA[Vaccination or immunization aims to make a person's immune system able to recognize and quickly fight bacteria or viruses that cause infection. The goal to be achieved by giving the COVID-19 vaccine is to reduce morbidity and mortality due to this virus. Although not 100% able to protect a person from Corona virus infection, this vaccine can reduce the possibility of severe symptoms and complications due to COVID-19. Efforts to prevent Covid-19 are to comply with health protocols. The purpose of this activity is to help Sukorejo Village in tackling the prevention of COVID-19. The method used is to educate the public on the importance of complying with health protocols and following vaccinations. The strategy used is to go directly to the community. The difficulty experienced is the community's disobedience to the importance of maintaining 5M. The result of the activity is that there are students in the midst of the community, little by little the community is starting to become aware of the existence of Covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[Obstacles that often arise in the presentation of written and scientific works are not being careful in including quotations and finding it difficult to manage reference sources. If the references listed have enough sources, the citation must also be clear according to what he quoted from the original source. The purpose of writing citation sources and bibliography is so that we avoid plagiarism. One of the functions of quotations is to support or reinforce our writing. The method used in the implementation of this service is an intensive mentoring method with direct practice on the Mendeley desktop application. The results of the mentoring in the form of Mendeley training were obtained in the pre-test session, the test participants only got an average of 62.75. Meanwhile, after the assistance, the score increased significantly, the average score was 96.25. This shows that what they know in making references to scientific papers is still inadequate before the training is carried out. After the implementation of the training, it was seen that their knowledge increased significantly.]]>
