TADHKIRAH: Jurnal Terapan Hukum Islam dan Kajian Filsafat Syariah, Jurnal ini ditujukan untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang. Jurnal ini menggabungkan terapan hukum Islam dengan kajian filsafat syariah. Melalui artikel-artikelnya, jurnal membahas aplikasi praktis hukum Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta aspek teoritis dan filosofisnya. Isu-isu yang dibahas mencakup terapan hukum islam dan kajian filsafat syariah. Dengan pendekatan multidisiplin, jurnal ini relevan bagi praktisi hukum Islam, akademisi, dan pembuat kebijakan yang tertarik dalam memahami implikasi hukum dan filsafat syariah dalam konteks kontemporer. Jurnal ini terbit 1 tahun 4 kali (Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember).

<![CDATA[Education in the modern era requires innovative approaches to address challenges such as ensuring equal comprehension among students. The Moving Class Mastery Learning (MCML) system implemented by MA Al Irsyad Berbasis Pesantren combines moving class and mastery learning approaches. MCML ensures students deeply understand concepts before progressing to new material, supported by digital technology and specialized teacher training. Initial results show significant improvements in learning motivation and student achievement, with 85% achieving optimal mastery levels. As a pesantren-based institution, MA Al Irsyad integrates the national curriculum with religious studies, emphasizing character education, entrepreneurship, bilingual programs, and local cultural arts training. Comprehensive evaluations ensure academic and character development. This approach reflects MA Al Irsyad's commitment to nurturing religious, competent individuals ready to meet global challenges.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the understanding of religion in Muhammadiyah, the largest Islamic organization in Indonesia, with a focus on the methodology of thought grounded in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The research identifies the critical approach Muhammadiyah uses in understanding and practicing religious teachings, as well as how the organization responds to the challenges of the times through ijtihad and tajdid. The main concepts discussed include tawhid, worship, and sabilillah, as well as efforts to balance worldly and ukhrawi life. Through literature analysis, it was found that Muhammadiyah prioritizes rational and contextual understanding, encourages active participation in society, and rejects dogmatism. The results show that Muhammadiyah's approach contributes to social and educational development, and invites Muslims to integrate religious values with science. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into the dynamics of Muhammadiyah thought and its relevance in the modern context.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages on the spiritual transformation of pilgrims. This research aims to analyze the influence of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages on the spiritual transformation of the congregation. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were used to collect and analyze data from 20 respondents from Hajj and Umrah pilgrims in the Al Fatwa Hajj & Umrah Guidance group. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were used to collect and analyze data from 20 respondents from Hajj and Umrah pilgrims who took part in guidance in the Al Fatwa Hajj & Umrah group. The research results showed that 90% of respondents experienced increased spiritual awareness, while 85% experienced positive behavioral changes, such as increased patience and honesty. As many as 80% of respondents reported deep spiritual experiences during worship, and 75% increased their involvement in religious activities after following guidance. Factors that influence this spiritual transformation include the quality of spiritual guidance, self-awareness, spiritual environment, and deep worship experiences. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the role of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages in forming the character and spirituality of the people, as well as the importance of effective guidance in this process.]]>

Increasing student activity is highly dependent on the teacher's ability to plan effective teaching and learning activities to achieve learning objectives. In the learning process at school, teachers need to encourage students to make optimal observations in order to obtain maximum learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers should provide students with the widest possible opportunity to observe in depth. <![CDATA[Da’wah management is a discipline that discusses how da’wah activities can be carried out systematically, effectively, and sustainably. One of the most influential figures in da’wah thought is Sayyid Qutb, known for his revolutionary and activist approach. His ideas, mostly articulated in Fi Zhilal al-Qur’an, emphasize that da’wah is an effort toward social transformation, requiring the total implementation of Islam in life. This article explores how Sayyid Qutb’s da’wah concepts impact Islamic da’wah management. <![CDATA[Nikah siri is a marriage conducted without official state registration, resulting in significant legal implications for women and children. Religiously, this type of marriage is considered valid; however, from the perspective of state law, the lack of official registration causes women to lose their rights as wives, such as financial support, inheritance rights, and legal protection within the household. Additionally, women in nikah siri marriages do not have a strong legal basis to file for divorce or claim their rights in court. Meanwhile, children born from nikah siri marriages only have a civil relationship with their mother, making it difficult for them to obtain a birth certificate that includes their father's name, inheritances, and rights to care and education from their father. This study aims to analyze the impact of nikah siri on women's and children's rights from a legal perspective and examine the role of itsbat nikah as a legal instrument in providing certainty and protection for affected women and children. This research employs a literature study method with content analysis of various legal texts and related regulations. The findings indicate that the absence of official registration for nikah siri leads to legal uncertainty, resulting in the loss of various rights for women and children. Itsbat nikah serves as a crucial solution to provide legal recognition and protection for those affected. Therefore, official marriage registration is essential to prevent various legal issues that could harm women and children within Indonesia’s legal system.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the contextual learning model "Gratitude in Action" in enhancing the gratitude attitude of fifth-grade students at SD Islam Excellent Plus Bukittinggi. The research was motivated by observations indicating that students' gratitude practices were limited to formal rituals without deeper internalization. A quasi-experimental method with a single-group pretest-posttest design was employed, involving 32 students. Quantitative data were collected through pre- and post-intervention surveys, while qualitative data were derived from teacher observations, student journals, and interviews. The results showed a statistically significant increase in students' gratitude scores (from 2.4 to 3.5 on a 4-point scale, p < 0.05). Behavioral observations revealed improved spontaneous expressions of gratitude, increased peer collaboration, and proactive acts of kindness. The model’s four stages—contextualization, experience, reflection, and transfer—proved effective in linking gratitude concepts to real-life actions. The study concludes that contextual learning grounded in Islamic values strengthens gratitude attitudes holistically. Recommendations include expanding teacher training, integrating family involvement, and replicating the model in other Islamic elementary schools with adjustments for local contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the effectiveness of storytelling strategies in enhancing the understanding of Islamic creed (akidah) among fourth-grade students at SDIT Masyithah Bukittinggi. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and documentation of learning activities. The findings reveal that systematically designed storytelling sessions significantly improved students' engagement, conceptual grasp of akidah, and positive behavioral changes, such as honesty and obedience. Challenges included time constraints and variability in student responses. Key recommendations emphasize teacher training in narrative techniques, integration of multisensory media, and collaborative partnerships with parents to sustain learning outcomes. The study underscores storytelling as an innovative pedagogical tool that bridges abstract creed concepts with students' daily experiences, fostering both cognitive and spiritual development. These results advocate for structured storytelling models in Islamic elementary education to enrich moral and religious pedagogy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effectiveness of daily muhasabah (self-reflection) through reflective journals in enhancing self-awareness among fourth-grade students at SDIT Insan Kamil. The research was motivated by the need to integrate Islamic values with pedagogical strategies to foster holistic character development. A descriptive qualitative case study approach was employed, involving classroom observations, student journals, and interviews with teachers. Data were collected over one month and analyzed through thematic analysis. Results indicated significant improvements in students' self-awareness, evidenced by their ability to identify emotions, evaluate behaviors, and articulate personal reflections. Students demonstrated increased responsibility, empathy, and proactive self-improvement. Teachers observed enhanced emotional openness and critical thinking skills among participants. The reflective journal also served as a communication tool, enabling teachers to address individual student needs effectively. The study concludes that daily muhasabah through reflective journals is a practical and impactful method for nurturing self-awareness in Islamic elementary education. Recommendations include teacher training, parental involvement, and broader implementation of reflective practices in Islamic schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the integration of cleanliness-related hadiths into classroom picket activities to foster environmental care character among students at SDIT Syahiral 'Ilmi Bukittinggi. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving fourth-grade students and teachers. The integration process included reciting hadiths, reflective discussions, and teacher role modeling. Results indicated that students developed a stronger awareness of cleanliness as a religious obligation, leading to proactive participation in maintaining classroom hygiene. Behavioral improvements, such as spontaneous cleanliness initiatives and peer collaboration, were observed. The study concludes that embedding Islamic teachings into routine school activities effectively cultivates environmental consciousness rooted in faith. Recommendations include expanding this model to other Islamic schools and enhancing teacher training for holistic character education.]]>
