Abstract

This research aims to 1) analyze the implementation of leadership management by female school principals at the LHI Banguntapan Integrated Islamic Elementary School, 2)analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing leadership management of female principals at the LHI Banguntapan Integrated Islamic Elementary School, 3)analyze the expected development needs to support the leadership management of female principals at LHI Banguntapan Integrated Islamic Elementary School. This research uses qualitative methods with interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. There were six research subjects including the principal, deputy principal, teachers and school committee. Data analysis for this research is the Miles and Hubberman data model which consists of data reduction, data display and conclusions. The validity of this research uses triangulation techniques and member checks. The results of this research show that the implementation of leadership management by female principals at the LHI Banguntapan Integrated Islamic Elementary School is very good. The school principal has good leadership skills and uses a facilitative leadership pattern. Supporting factors for school principals are the high enthusiasm for learning possessed by the principal, young employee teachers so that they are enthusiastic about increasing their own capacity, financial support, support for infrastructure and support from parents. Inhibiting factors are limited time and the conditions of parents who have various backgrounds. The development need that is expected to support the leadership management of female principals at LHI Banguntapan Integrated Islamic Elementary School is increasing personal capacity in the area of English language skills. The principal of the LHI Banguntapan Integrated Islamic Elementary School has various abilities that support the principal's leadership management.

Abstract

The perception of health cadres towards cadre schools significantly impacts the satisfaction level of health cadres. Training and maintenance of health cadres are important factors in improving their performance and satisfaction. Cadre training can also enhance communication skills and satisfaction with their role as cadres. This study aims to explore and understand the relationship between health cadres' perception of cadre schools and the level of satisfaction among health cadres in Dusun Soka Seloharjo Pundong Bantul. This study utilizes a Cross-Sectional design, and for bivariate analysis, Pearson Correlation is employed to determine the relationship between health cadres' perception of cadre schools and the level of satisfaction among health cadres. The research was conducted from January to February 2024. The results indicate a significant relationship between health cadres' perception of cadre schools and the level of satisfaction among health cadres. Data analysis reveals a strong positive relationship between health cadres' perception of cadre schools and their satisfaction level. Health cadres with positive perceptions of cadre schools tend to have higher satisfaction levels with the training programs they receive. Several factors from health cadres' perceptions of cadre schools that significantly impact their satisfaction levels have been identified. Positive perceptions of health cadres towards cadre schools are closely related to their satisfaction level with the training programs received. Health cadres with positive perceptions tend to be more satisfied with these programs.

Abstract

Zakat in Indonesia is a huge potential that still needs to be optimized. Moreover, the fact that Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. The strategic position of zakat as a function of a Muslim's social responsibility, if put into practice, can be an alternative for empowering the people. In its development, zakat has been given a regulation through the formation of BAZNAS and its derivatives up to the district level. This research tries to discuss the practice of utilizing zakat in the Kapanewon Sewon, mainly focusing on the relationship between BAZNAS Bantul Regency, UPZ Sewon, Kapanewon Sewon as a regional working unit and mustahik. The data collection method in this research is through observation, interviews and supported by secondary data in the form of supporting documents and documentation. The findings from this research are that there has been a flow of cooperation between zakat managers and the government in distributing productive zakat funds whose presence has been felt by the beneficiaries. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, namely related to administration, personnel and the role of implementers in the field. Also no less important are business assistance efforts for mustahik which are still limited.

Abstract

The competence of Posyandu cadres plays a crucial role in supporting the success of Posyandu activities, including community education. Posyandu cadres act as primary service providers and support for the community, enhancing knowledge and skills. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement of Posyandu cadre competence and the key influencing factors. The research design utilizes a one-group pretest-posttest research design. Data collection methods include skills surveys and interviews with cadres, as well as testing. Cadre training is conducted over 10 months with a total of 20 face-to-face meetings and practical sessions at Posyandu.The study was conducted in the Soka hamlet, Seloharjo, Pundong, Bantul, involving 24 respondents. This research employs univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using Spearman rank. The results of the bivariate analysis show that the social environment contributes 0.846 to cadre competence, organizational support contributes 0.682 to cadre competence, and supervision contributes 0.835 to the improvement of cadre competence. Posyandu cadre training positively influences knowledge and skills, leading to improved performance in Posyandu activities. Supervision, organizational support, and the social environment factor into the effectiveness of improving Posyandu cadre competence.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the process of implementing the learning model, student responses, skills and student learning outcomes after implementing the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), which was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Pandak in the 2023/2024 academic year, on learning outcomes for hatching eggs, the sub-material of artificial insemination in poultry. The research subjects were 32 students in class XII Poultry Agribusiness (ATU). Data collection methods use observation methods, questionnaires and practice assessment rubrics. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results prove that the Project Based Learning learning model has the ability to increase students' interest in learning which can influence learning outcomes, individually or in groups. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning learning model can be applied to the independent curriculum, in subjects, poultry breeding, production management elements in egg hatching learning outcomes, sub-material on artificial insemination in poultry.
