Abstract

Sugar production in the country is increasingly unable to meet consumption needs, so sugar imports since the beginning of 1990 continue to increase from year to year. PG Jatitujuh is one of the activity units under the management of PT. RNI (Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia). PG Jatitujuh has a production capacity of ± 4000 TCD and has a land status of HGU is quite extensive, so that where sugar mills with the application of cultivation and milling management patterns in the same management is very potential in improving its efficiency. Evaporation is a process that aims to attach a solution consisting of volatile solvents and non-volatile solutes (Widjaja, 2010). So evaporation is the process of attachment or thickening of liquid solution by eliminating or reducing the moisture content so that a concentrated liquid solution obtained a higher concentration (Fadly, 2021). The research method conducted directly by interviewing field supervisors, foreman and workers at the sugar factory evaporation station, data analysis obtained by measuring the variable evaporation process at the station includes temperature, pressure, and evaporation process.

Abstract

Pipe dies roll is one of the important parts of a pipe roll bending machine that works as a bender or produces a radius of a metal pipe. The lost foam casting method or also called the Evaporative method is a casting method that uses Styrofoam as a more profitable pattern in small and medium industries because of the low initial capital costs with the same production capacity in other casting methods. so that this method is suitable to be implemented in the manufacture of small quantities of products and is able to form flexible and complex cast objects, one of which is in the manufacture of pipe roll dies. Abstract

Building and maintaining infrastructure, can be said to be the same as building the future and civilization of a country. Referring to the 2018 World Bank Group, in 2018 Indonesia's infrastructure competitiveness was ranked 52nd, this achievement can be said to be good when compared to 2010-2013 which was in the 70s. Then based on a study conducted by Tusk Advisory in 2018, the long-term benefits generated by infrastructure development, especially the development of PSN (National Strategic Projects), are predicted to have an impact on an increase in GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of 7.2% in 2023 and 9, 3% in 2030. In realizing an effective and efficient production process and producing products in accordance with predetermined standards, a company must implement a policy, especially in terms of planning and controlling raw material inventory and production activities. The inventory management is aims to reduce a material fluctuation risk and production cost. The availability of raw materials is crucial in determining whether a production activity can run well or not. Delays or unavailability of raw materials can disrupt the company's production process. In order to avoid and minimize this, the company is expected to form a proactive management that is not only taking the initiative, but is responsible and brings good change, so that it can achieve the company's goals.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In general, roads are built as infrastructure to facilitate mobility and accessibility of socio-economic activities in the community. The existence of highways is increasing to support economic growth, agriculture and other sectors. Consider the very important benefits of sector development and road maintenance in the interests and development of planning, implementation and maintenance. Leuweunghapit - Kedungkencana road that connects several villages in Ligung District and the border of Cirebon Regency, Kedungkencana, Kedungsari and Ampel villages. Ligung District is repairing damage to some of these roads. This study discusses to determine the type and level of damage on the road surface and determine the value of damage to road damage, as well as providing evaluation of repairs. In the planning of road pavement the methods used are the 1987 Bina Marga Method and the 1986 ASSHTO (Association of Road Traffic Officials of the United States) with plans for the next 20 years, materials and road life plans. From the two methods ASSHTO and Bina Marga can be broken down higher than the surface of each layer, for compacting the upper foundation layer (base layer) and lower foundation layer (base layer). weak and suboptimal compaction in the foundation layer. Abstract

Labor is an important resource besides raw materials, capital, methods and machines. The quality and quantity of labor must be in accordance with the needs of the company, effective and efficient efforts to support the achievement of goals. PT XYZ, the Twister division, still uses human assistance. If one of the operators is not working properly, such as playing on the cellphone while working, sitting around for too long while working, it will affect the target of completing production. PT XYZ requires measurement of working time to determine the standard time and the level of productivity produced by the Twister operator. To solve the problems faced, a work sampling method will be used. The work sampling method is a work measurement with observations to assess the work activities of machines or labor. From visiting hours for 5 working hours per day, 3 days of visits or a total of 900 minutes are carried out, with observations of worker productivity and worker activities. obtained an average percentage of productive activities of 0.77. the number of productive minutes is 693 minutes, the number of units completed during the observation is 156 kg of yarn, the cycle time is 4.44 minutes, the normal time with the adjustment factor is 1.51 with a result of 6.7 minutes, and the standard time with a factor The allowance is 1.47 with a result of 9.85 minutes.

Abstract

Kazastore is a company that sells plain t-shirts in the city of Bandung. Sales and marketing systems that are used today are still using the manual system. With that it is very necessary to have services to make it easier for customers to order products online. For this reason, the authors designed an online sales system at the Kazastore Company based on the web with the programming languages ​​PHP and MySQL, known as E-Commerce. This application is designed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. With the hope that this application is of course to make it easier for customers to buy from Kazastore online only and where, customers can also see what product information and how the product details are available in Kazastore.

Abstract

XYZ Majalengka is a company engaged in the printing services industry. In simple terms, maklon can be interpreted as product processing services carried out by other parties. In the process of printing, the printing company will usually make a sample of the product before the product is mass-produced. Production activities at PT. XYZ Majalengka is carried out based on the respond demand make to order strategy, namely the company carries out production activities when there is an order from the consumer. In order to maintain customer satisfaction with company performance, a quality control is needed that involves everyone, both from the company itself. Defective product problems are a major concern for the company. Apart from that, it does not rule out the possibility that the TFO (Two For One) machine will always have or defects occur during the yarn twisting production process. Therefore it is necessary to have quality control in the production process in this TFO (Two For One). Its function is clear to minimize the number of defects and improve the quality of the products produced. For this reason, quality control is carried out using the SPC (Statistical Process Control) method, which is a statistical analysis used for quality control, starting from monitoring activities, analyzing, predicting, controlling, and improving the production process and product quality through control charts. Statistical quality control using SPC (Statistical Process Control) has seven statistical tools that can be used as a tool to control quality, namely, check sheets, histograms, P control charts, Pareto diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, Scatter diagrams, and diagrams. process.

Rehabilitation of Cibutul Irrigation Area, located in Sukahaji Village, Sukahaji District, Majalengka Regency is a package of work for the Rehabilitation of Irrigation Networks / DAK. It is one of the efforts to restore the function of the irrigation because the malfunction or damage of one of the irrigation structures will affect the performance of the existing irrigation system, resulting in decreased irrigation efficiency and effectiveness. Implementation of rehabilitation work for Cibutul Irrigation Area with scattered work points. The work carried out included making gabions, repairing sabodam wings and repairing linging pairs in the main and secondary channels.
