Abstract

The Cooperative Building Design at the State Polytechnic of Bandung uses ETABS with composite steel construction. The earthquake analysis method used based on SNI-03-1726-2012 article 7.7.2 is static equivalent because the building is classified as category II and the height does not exceed three floors. Based on the value of SDS = 0.87 and SD1 = 0.777 with the results of type D, it is in accordance with article 7.2.2 earthquake force bearer frame system that is allowed to use a special moment bearer frame. Abstract

The problem of garbage is a problem that often occurs, both in the home environment, in the community, on a small scale and on a wider scale. There are many kinds of waste / waste that are around our environment, in general, such as organic waste and non-organic waste. Plastic is one of the materials that is widely used for the manufacture of household, automotive and so on. One of the alternatives for handling plastic waste is to recycle it. The extruder machine is a plastic change process (LDPE) that has been crushed and then extruded (changing from solid to liquid). This change process goes through various heat stages, the function of the extrusion machine is to treat plastic waste. Through several stages, namely the hopper, barrel, screw lip, cooling tub, dryer fan, cutting machine, filter 2, the calculation results of the heat transfer in a barrel with a temperature of 240-268 ℃ can be concluded, the heat rate in the barrel is 28100.8 h. / s and the amount of heat in the barrel of 218700 j. so as to produce a good and appropriate plastic seed product. Abstract

The retaining wall of the river cliff is an important part of the bridge's abutment defense and minimizes the avalanche around the river cliffs. The type of earth retaining wall mounted on the cideres bridge district is the type of gravity. Planning on this retaining wall using SRRP (SUMATERA REGION ROAD PROJECT) IBRD LOAD NO. 4307-IND which includes data in the form of dimensions, land heap data, basic soil data, earthquake load data, and security figures with output issued in the form of vertical, horizontal, rolling moments, anchoring and voltage moments. With a high dimension of 3,00m slope of 20 degrees of the ground resulting in a safety figure against the roll and slide greater than the requirement of 2.20, the maximum pressure turned out to be smaller than the carrying capacity of the permit so that it meets the requirements of 91.73 kN/m2 < 120 kN/m2 and the positive voltage value on the piece indicates the compressive voltage. The minimum voltage that occurs turns out to be greater than 0, which means that in piece 1 all the voltages that occur are pressed so that it meets the requirements.

Abstract

Job Training Report at the Cakra Buana HOME INDUSTRY. Majalengka: Process and Pressure Analysis of Clove Leaves Distillation Condenser. Mechanical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Majalengka University. Job Training is a student program in developing their abilities and qualities in the world of work. The practitioner chooses a placement in a clove oil refinery to determine the beginning of the refining process and the end of the process and performs an analysis of the pressure entering the condenser. The refining process is a method of separating water and steam from heating clove leaves. Abstract

Each educational unit continues to strive for the best learning methods for their students, including MA An Nawawiyah. There needs to be an application that supports communication between students and teachers in delivering learning materials and assignments. Through the e-learning application it is felt that it will make it easier for students and teachers to continue to carry out learning activities even though it is a distance (in a network. With the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system design method, this study was made with the aim of: (1) knowing the process of e -learning at MA An Nawawiyah web-based and (2) knowing the implementation of the e-learning system design in MA An Nawawiyah web-based.

Abstract

Perpustakaan adalah tempat menyimpan berbagai jenis bahan bacaan. dari kalangan masyarakat atau mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan bacaannya, Perpustakaan rawan kejahatan penyalahgunaan koleksi perpustakaan. Pencurian merupakan tindakan mengambil bahan pustaka tanpa melalui prosedur. Perpusda Majalengka merupakan perpustakaan umum yang berada ditingkat daerah ( kabupaten / kota ). Sistem yang diterapkan di PERPUSDA Majalengka masih bersifat konvensional diantaranya, pertama pelayanan pengunjung dan pelayanan peminjaman koleksi buku/cd yang masih di tulis secara manual di buku besar pengunjung atau peminjaman yang selanjutnya diinputkan ke Ms. Excell untuk dijadikan bahan database peminjam, sehingga dari sisi pelayanan akan terdapat berbagai masalah, seperti menghambat waktu, kerusakan pada buku/kertas. Kedua kurang efektifnya sistem keamanan yang digunakan, karena hanya menggunakan kamer pengawas CCTV yang masih menuntut keterlibatan manusia dalam proses pengawasan sehingga masih dianggap berpotensi kehilangan koleksi buku disetiap perrekapanya. Masalah kurang optimalnya sistem keamanan di Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Majalengka menuntut sebuah pembaharuan sistem keamanan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi modern, oleh karena itu penerapan teknologi seperti penggunaan chip dan pelayanan terkomputasi mejadi solusi alternatif. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah diatas, maka dalam penelitian ini diusulkan sebuah sistem keamanan perpustakaan menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification Rc-522 dan nodeMCU ESP8266.

Abstract

Student Real Work Lecture (KNM) is one form of devotion performed by students by giving lessons to the community in accordance with the knowledge that students have in their respective fields. During knm activities, students develop work programs that suit the needs and characteristics of the KNM implementation site accompanied by a report of work programs / KNM activities. The form of report that is still in the form of paper (manual) is considered ineffective because of limited storage space, limited availability of reports (report stock), and limited access to reports (which can only be accessed during business hours). This research was conducted with the aim to build an application that can provide convenience for students in processing KNM reports and reporting every activity during the KNM. This research study used the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and UML software development methodologies as software development models. Because the purpose in the beginning is to provide the availability of report access, the application that will be created is a web-based database application by utilizing Codeigniter Framework tools. From the research, a web-based application will be produced that can be accessed by each KNM participant.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the development of information technology and communication has become endemic among the general public. As it goes time, Augmented Reality is growing so rapidly that it is possible the development of this application in various fields including education. Use computers for educational purposes that are increasingly widespread, especially in developed countries, is a fact that shows that with this media indeed it is possible to carry out a more teaching and learning process effective. Augmented Reality is an amalgamation of two worlds, namely virtual world to the real world, in other words, objects in the virtual world can be us show it to the real world. This learning media is expected to be used effectively by junior high school students.

Abstract

Majalengka is one of the regencies located in West Java Province with various cultures and culinary. The use of traditional soy sauce is less attractive than the use of modern soy sauce, thus the authors designed a simulation game for making traditional soy sauce Majalengka using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. Games are currently in great demand by various groups, especially children, which are used as educational tools to improve children's abilities, for example in the culinary field, which aims to create a conservation medium in the form of android-based educational games. With the existence of the traditional Majalengka soy sauce simulation game, it can make it easier for the introduction of making traditional soy sauce, this traditional soy sauce making simulation game is expected to be able to introduce the traditional Majalengka soy sauce to the community, especially in the Majalengka area.

Abstract

Abstract The increasing use of metals in the industrial world, including in terms of technology, plays an important role in easing the task of humans in making or shaping something. For example, metal forming and metalworking techniques range from conventional to non-conventional, such as in the process of making organic plate molds. Practitioner choose placement in the Organic Plate Mold Making Process because they want to know the cutting conditions of the pressing / bottom plate mold and the G-code used in making the cross-section / top plate mold. The plate mold making process uses conventional and CNC lathes. Conventional lathes are used to make top molds whereas CNC is used to make bottom molds. With the mold using a circular ST 37 steel with a thickness of 45 mm and a diameter of 260 mm. Then the undergoes a surface leveling process, then it is followed by a flat turning process, tapering until finishing. Then proceed with the blocking process so that the prints are smoother and more even. Keywords: Organic Plate Mold, Conventional Lathes, CNC.
