Abstract

Abstrak Pembangunan Dinding penahan tanah pada proyek preservasi jalan Cirebon – Palimanan – Sumedang merupakan suatu pekerjaan penanganan longsoran yang terjadi pada titik lokasi KM 68+500. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksananaan pekerjaan pembangunan dinding penahan tanah, serta mengetahui alat dan bahan apa saja yang digunakan pada pembangunan dinding penahan tanah pada proyek preservasi jalan Cirebon - Palimanan – Sumedang. Dalam metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah terdapat lima tahapan pekerjaan diantaranya yaitu Pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan bored pile, pekerjaan pembesian, pemasangan bekisting, pengecoran dinding penahan tanah, dan pekerjaan akhir. Adapun untuk bahan-bahan yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah (retaining wall) yaitu menggunakan beton fc’30 Mpa slump 12+2, multiplex plywod dengan ketebalan 18 mm, besi/baja tulangan sirip D25 BjTS 420A dan besi/baja tulangan polos D19 BjTP 280. Sedangkan alat-alat yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah (retaining wall) yaitu meliputi : drilling rig machine, excavator, dump truck, truck mixer, tandem roller, truk pengangkut, bar bender, bar cutter, alat alat ukur, mesin las, dan lain-lain Abstract The construction of a retaining wall on the Cirebon – Palimanan – Sumedang road preservation project is an avalanche handling work that occurred at the location point KM 68+500. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of carrying out the construction of retaining walls, and find out what tools and materials were used in the construction of retaining walls on the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang road preservation project. In the method of carrying out retaining wall work, there are five stages of work including preparatory work, bored pile work, ironing work, formwork installation, retaining wall casting, and final work.As for the materials used in carrying out the retaining wall work, namely using fc'30 Mpa slump 12+2 concrete, multiplex plywod with a thickness of 18 mm, iron/steel reinforcing fins D25 BjTS 420A and plain iron/steel reinforcement D19 BjTP 280. While the tools used in carrying out the retaining wall work include: drilling rig machine, excavator, dump truck, mixer truck, tandem roller, transport truck, bar bender, bar cutter, measuring tools , welding machine, and others. Abstract

Pemilihan bahan struktur rangka atap sangat diperlukan Untuk mendapatkan rangka struktur atap yang dapat menahan beban penutup atap yang akan dibawanya Dan mudah dalam perawatannya, belakangan ini banyak bermunculan bahan bangunan yang sangat bervariasi. Diantara material bangunan tersebut termasuk untuk rangka struktur atap karena bahan rangka atap dari kayu saat ini untuk mendapatkan kayu berkualitas sangat jarang, banyak material bangunan baru yang lebih hemat menggunakan baja ringan saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbandingan dan perbedaan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan pembuatan rangka atap menggunakan bahan kayu dan baja ringan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis harga satuan pekerjaan berpedoman pada AHSP Permen PUPR Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 yaitu dengan melakukan bantuan dengan menganalisis gambar teknik untuk mendapatkan volume pekerjaan, dan menganalisis biaya satuan untuk setiap item pekerjaan, dan membuat rencana anggaran biaya , untuk mendapatkan biaya yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh harga tiap rangka atap antara rangka atap baja ringan dan kayu memiliki harga yang berbeda diantaranya : Biaya rangka atap rangka konstruksi dengan baja ringan sebesar Rp. 148.529.768,- dan biaya pembuatan rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 113.775.328,-. Perhitungan biaya pemesanan atap ini tidak memperhitungkan biaya penutupan atap.Sedangkan selisih biaya dari kedua bahan tersebut dibandingkan biaya konstruksi rangka atap dengan baja ringan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan biaya konstruksi rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 34.754.440,-. - dan biaya pembuatan rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 113.775.328,-. Perhitungan biaya pemesanan atap ini tidak memperhitungkan biaya penutupan atap. Sedangkan selisih biaya dari kedua bahan tersebut dibandingkan biaya konstruksi rangka atap dengan baja ringan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan biaya konstruksi rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 34.754.440,-. - dan biaya pembuatan rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 113.775.328,-. Abstract

The development of technology can affect many aspects, including the economy, politics, government, and many others. These influences have brought about many changes in lifestyle and the way people perceive things, particularly for those accustomed to and living within a technological environment. One of the most well-known information technologies in society is the internet, and websites are not only used to display information. The development of websites has greatly helped companies to support their activities, such as online ordering. In addition to the ordering process, data processing activities must also be computerized, starting from the processing of product data that can later be used to select pre-wedding photo packages according to customer preferences while maximizing the budget they have. This includes processing customer data from registration to ordering on the website. With the website, it is hoped that company information can spread widely and directly maximize performance. Generally, pre-wedding photo orders are still manually processed. Some common weaknesses found in companies that offer pre-wedding photo services include having a website, but the ordering process is still done manually. It would be better if the company processes orders directly through their website, making it more effective and efficient. In addition to the ordering process, data processing activities must also be computerized, starting from the processing of product data that can later be used to select pre-wedding photo packages according to customer preferences while maximizing their budget. This includes processing customer data from registration to ordering on the website. With a website, it is expected that company information can spread widely and directly maximize performance.

Abstract

A polishing and sanding machine is a tool that works using electrical energy, to determine the particle elements of a material there are several tests that must be carried out, one of which is metallography testing. The metallographies process aims to see the microstructure of a material. Metals is a science that studies metal materials, this science develops not only on the basis of theory but on the basis of observation, testing and measurement. The process begins with the installation, grinding, polishing, etching, and continues with observation under a microscope. The working principle of the tool is to polish the test object using coarse, medium, fine and very fine sandpaper. The mechanical properties of a metal or alloy can be observed, one of which is by analyzing the microstructure of the material. The metallographies test carried out aims to observe the microstructure. In the process of working on metallographies testing samples involving polishing and sanding machines. The formulation of the problem in designing this polishing and sanding machine is "How to design the construction of the polishing and sanding machine provided that the frame can withstand the loads from the forces that occur when the polishing and sanding machine operates, How to design the construction of an appropriate polishing and sanding machine, efficient & ergonomics”. The design of this polishing machine begins with designing a polishing machine using the FEM method, then selecting components, making components. Component assembly, and polishing machine testing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT City transportation as part of public transportation plays an important role in supporting the mobility of residents of the City of Ciamis. City transportation has the most number of fleets compared to other types of public transportation. The population itself continues to increase over time. This condition causes an increase in population mobility so that the existence of city transportation can help people's activities and mobility in their daily lives. In this study, an analysis of the performance of urban transport operations in the city of Ciamis was carried out, the aim was to determine the success of procuring urban transportation for the benefit of operators and users. Performance measurement is carried out using indicators of passenger waiting time, vehicle speed, density, headway and passenger load factor. The standard time between or headway is 1-12 minutes and the waiting time for passengers is an average of 5-10 minutes and a maximum time of 10-20 minutes refers to the standard determined by the Directorate General of Land Transportation. Based on the results of research on the headway value used in city transportation from each route, the average time interval between the first vehicle and the next vehicle is currently quite effective because it is still within the tolerance limits of the Department of Transportation regulations, which is 1-12 minutes, while the average headway City transportation is 3 minutes. The performance of city transportation when viewed in terms of efficiency and effectiveness from the survey results, city transportation at the Ciamis Terminal is quite good

Abstract

Training kit an important role as a equipment for creating effective teaching and learning process. Training kit of reciprocating compressor is expected to facilitate students in understanding the theory and practice subjects related to the compressor. Compressor is a machine to increase air pressure by compressing air from the atmosphere. In simple terms the working principle, pressure and volume changes in a reciprocating compressor can be described in the form of a P-V diagram. The purpose of this study is to generate instructional media so that it understood the working principle and tested on reciprocating compressor one stage and two stages. The research method begins with the design of tools that are simulated visually through solidwork software, component preparation, assembly of learning media and equipments testing. The resulting frame is 1100 mm long, 600 mm wide and 800 mm high. The v-belt type is used according to the v-belt length of 41 inches for the one-level and 53-inch compressors for the two-level compressor. The diameter of the driven pulley also affects the rotation of the compressor shaft (N), the greater the diameter of the pulley then the shaft rotation also decreases. In addition to the rotation difference of the compressor shaft (N) which affects the piston displacement value, the number of piston also affects the Qth value.

Abstract

UKM in Indonesia can be a breakthrough to improve the people's economy in order to achieve an affluent and equitable life. As well as UKM PD Kurnia which is engaged in snacks in the West Java area, precisely in Ciamis district, Cipaku district which is famous for its cassava chips (pikset) products. These UKM have several supply points to meet consumer demand, but this company has not paid much attention to the distribution system that has been implemented so that the current distribution is not carried out effectively and efficiently. Solving problems in this study include how the distribution route of snack products is currently being applied by UKM PD Kurnia and how to determine the optimal route using the Branch and bound method.Based on the results of the study, obtained 2 optimal routes including outlets (A-7-1-6-4-3-2-5-A) and (A-7-1-6-4-3-5-2-A) from the initial mileage of 107.4 km to 83.2 km resulted in a distance savings of 91.8 km. The distribution cost savings from fuel is Rp. 91,289 deducted from the optimal distance fee of Rp. 70,720. the cost savings achieved by the distribution route is Rp. 20,569 .

Abstract

Waste materials in construction projects are often found, one of which is light brick waste,This study aims to determine the differences in the shear strength of normal concrete and recycled concrete with lightweight brick crushed aggregate, lightweight brick coarse aggregate used in this study with a mixture of 0% 50% and 100% lightweight brick as a substitute for coarse aggregate, with test objects in the form of S with an immersion period of 28 days and a planned concrete quality of 10 MPa, 15 MPa and 19 MPa. Shear strength obtained in concrete quality 10 MPa 0% lightweight brick 2.00 Nmm, 50% lightweight brick 1.19 Nmm, 100% lightweight brick 0.89 Nmm in concrete quality 15 MPa 0% lightweight brick 3.04 Nmm, 50% lightweight brick 1.26 Nmm, 100% lightweight brick 1.19 Nmm and at 19 Mpa quality 0% lightweight brick 3.26 Nmm 50% lightweight brick 1.88 Nmm, 100% lightweight brick 1.13 Nmm, shear strength the mixture of 50% and 100% lightweight bricks experienced a decrease in shear strength due to the wear and tear of the lightweight brick aggregate which was high enough to affect the quality strength of the concrete.

When starting to do practical work at PT Persada Selaras Indonesia several problems were found, one of which was why the SPHC-PO material was used in the production of Plate Hook Fuel Lid and how the production process was used Stamping Sheet Metal Press in the production process using the Blanking and Bending processes Based on the process of making the Plate Hook Fuel Lid, this practical work has the goal of knowing the working process of the Stamping Press machine. The methods used in this practical work are the process of observing, summarizing and recording data from sources and hard copies from PT. Abstract

Security is something that is needed by every human being, because with security there will be an impression of comfort. Especially in a place of residence or a place to carry out economic transactions or even an agency. Artificial intelligence is a form of scientific discipline which is an artificial intelligence that functions to facilitate the process of human life technologically. Machine Learning is a machine that was developed to be able to learn by itself without direction from the user. Video tracking motion is a method that is used as a reference to capture movement in objects that change position which is translated on the process frame motion system. An application related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) which can control automatically regarding the video camera system in the form of IPCam and Analog UsbCam, with a database as a medium for storing the results of video capture images regarding process frames that exceed the limit, which functions for security in a place in the form of house or building.
