Abstract

An Irrigated Area is a unit of land that gets water from an irrigation network. Irrigation Networks are channels, buildings, and their complementary buildings that are a single entity necessary for the provision, division, administration, use and disposal of irrigation. The Range Irrigation Area is located in the lowlands of the lower reaches of the Cimanuk river in the northern part of Majalengka Regency from West Java Province. Irrigation Modernization This range is carried out because the irrigation system has not been modernized for decades, causing the performance of water services to be less than optimal. The use of materials for construction that is in the ground or groundwater level, namely by using Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP), Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP) is a concrete used for foundation structures or irrigation canals that function as soil retaining walls. Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP) is one of the products owned by a well-known concrete company, namely WIKA concrete. The type of CCSP used in this project is CCSP W325 B with a length of 9 meters. There are 3 stages of work regarding the Method of Implementing Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile Pairs, starting from the Preparation, Erection of Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile, Capping Beam Work.

Abstract

The Range Irrigation Area is a national strategic project located in the lowlands of the lower reaches of the Cimanuk River in the Northeastern part of West Java Province. Modernization of Span Irrigation is carried out because the age of the irrigation system is decades old, causing the performance of water services to decrease. The use of materials for construction that are in the ground or the groundwater table is by using a Steel Sheet Pile (SSP) which is driven to form a cofferdam (kisdam), this aims to provide a dry work area, and so that the river channel continues to flow from upstream to downstream, while the objective of the Irrigation Modernization is the coating/installation of concrete block lining in river channels so as to reduce the water loss factor. Concrete block lining is a precast concrete specially designed for irrigation canals which functions as a retaining wall. There are 9 stages of work regarding the Concrete Block Lining Installation Implementation Method, starting from Preparation, Coffering, Dewatering, Cut And Fill, Subgrade, Concrete Block Lining, Caping Beam, Joint Sealent/Filler and Tool Shifting. Abstract

Building is a physical form of work that functions as a place to live, for religious, social, cultural activities, as well as special activities. In building construction the types of structures that can be used steel construction and reinforced concrete structures. The two structures differ in terms of nature, material, method of implementation and most importantly in terms of strength and cost. The purpose of this research is to plan reinforced concrete structures using the Etabs program to determine the dimensions of columns and beams, as well as to analyze the cost of reinforced concrete columns and beams. As a comparison to the structure and cost of elements columns and beams steel construction, is this alternative more efficient and economical or vice versa. Research using comparative method. The comparative method is research that is intended to determine the level of difference a variable from two different groups.The results of the research show that a comparison of structures based on the strength to carry the same load on column and beam elements is obtained for existing steel construction K1-H400, K2-H300, B1-WF500, B2-WF450, B3-WF350, B4-WF300, B5-WF200, B6-WF250, B7-WF150, B8-WF400. while for reinforced concrete the planning results using the Etabs program obtained K1 50x50cm, K2 40x40cm, B1 30x60cm, B2 25x50cm, BA 20x40cm. Cost comparison between steel construction and reinforced concrete for column and beam elements with the existing price of steel construction Rp. 2,491,416,316. while the price of reinforced concrete structures is Rp. 789,569,564. the cost of reinforced concrete structures is cheaper than steel construction with a difference in costs of Rp. 1,701,846,752 or a percentage of 68.3 %

Abstract

Road maintenance is an effort to improve road conditions that are functionally feasible and structurally feasible, so the handling of roads must be in accordance with the type of damage experienced by the road. Inappropriate handling will only throw away the budget spent because its function will not be optimal and will definitely break again quickly.A road requires maintenance and maintenance on road construction and parts of the road construction. With road maintenance, it can maintain the condition of the road when the road is completed until the planned age is reached on the road.Damage to the road will cause a lot of losses that can be felt by users directly, because it will certainly hamper the speed and comfort of road users and cause many victims due to road damage that is not immediately handled by the agency that handles it. Basically planning the life of the road pavement is adjusted to the conditions and needs of the existing traffic, generally designed within a time limit of 10-20 years, which means that the road is expected not to suffer damage in the first 5 years. However, if in reality the road is damaged before the first 5 years, then it is certain that the road will experience major problems in the future (Hardiyatmo, 2007).In order to maintain road conditions at a proper performance in serving various modes of transportation, it is necessary to evaluate the road surface to find out whether the road is still in good condition or there is a need for an improvement program for routine maintenance or periodic maintenance. The form of road maintenance depends on the results of the damage condition assessment.road surface that has been determined visually, while several methods that are often used are the Bina Marga method (1990) and the PCI (pavement condition index) method (Hardiyatmo, 2007).

Abstract

Reduced Beam Section (RBS) joints generally reduce the plastic section of column-beam joints or column faces by reducing the flange width in the plastic joint area. The research compares the behavior and internal forces in the column-beam joints in conventional and Reduced Beam Section column-beam joints. The method used is a method of numerical analysis of research variables by standards and regulations. A notch with a reduction of 45% can be used as a first step in designing an RBS connection. The reduced beam section connection with a notch depth of 35 mm produces a maximum moment on the face of the column (Mf = 37800.466 Kgm) less than the plastic moment on the beam (ϕd Mpe = 44807.117 Kgm), The reduced beam section connection produces a shear force that occurs Vu = VRBS is (Vu = VRBS = 180.73 Kn) less than the allowable shear resistance (Vn = 280.8 kN), and the Reduced Beam Section (RBS) connection in the structure is more efficient than using conventional joints

Abstract

Cirebon Regency is one of the cities in West Java that produces woven rattan furniture which is also capable of exporting abroad. There are not a few companies that exist in Cirebon district, there are several products such as chairs, tables, flower pots and so on. With the establishment of a rattan company in Cirebon Regency, it has opened up job vacancies for the people of Cirebon, and there are not even a few rattan woven workers who come from outside the city of Cirebon, such as from Majalengka, Kuningan, Indramayu Regencies and other cities around Cirebon Regency. But apart from that, more and more rattan companies in Cirebon have been established, resulting in less and less land in the rattan industrial area in Cirebon, land prices are increasingly expensive so that it can disrupt the production process that occurs in companies because market demand is increasing and booming and finally rattan companies in Cirebon district also have difficulties in developing their companies. Responding to the problems found, the company entered into work contract agreements with suppliers with the aim that the company does not need to prepare large areas of land to accommodate workers when they want to carry out the production process and prepare land for storage of rattan raw materials in the hope that they can export abroad but instead are able to produce more. many woven products produced by workers from suppliers. The company only needs to prepare the land for receiving semi-finished woven from suppliers, prepare a quality control team, as well as other processes such as finishing, packing and shipping to consumers. The existence of work contract agreements with suppliers makes the rattan production process very long, starting from giving SPK, purchasing raw materials, soaking raw materials, weaving processes, field quality control processes, shipping from suppliers to companies, the process of receiving goods from suppliers at the company, washing processes , the painting process, the final quality control process, the packing process, checking the temperature and humidity, up to the delivery process. The company hopes that by having a work contract agreement with suppliers it can fulfill market demand.

Abstract

Depot Air Syam is a service company that produces mineral water. However, often these targets cannot be met, so companies consider whether to revise for those company targets. In order for the company to continue to survive and win the increasingly fierce competition, it needs these advantages in addition to being obtained through increased productivity. One of the ways that companies do is by measuring standard time. The purpose of this study is to help companies to consider the need for revision of company targets. The observation method is the method used in this study, resulting in a standard time in the gallon water refilling process of 241.4 seconds. This time is obtained from the average cycle time of 164.4 seconds.

Abstract

During the 2022-2023 period, the number of internet users reached 215.63 million people,an increase of 2.67% from the previous year (210.03 million users). However, problems arise due tothe inability of bandwidth capacity to handle traffic loads, resulting in network overload. To overcomethis, it is necessary to have 2 uplinks that are managed using load balancing and failover techniquesto even out the traffic load and maintain connectivity. This study examines the Per ConnectionClassifier (PCC) load balancing technique and Routing with Failover, using the ETSI TIPHONstandard to measure efficiency and stability through parameters such as Throughput, Packet Loss,Delay, and Jitter. In network design using the Agile Kanban framework, starting from designing thetopology to comparing results. The experimental results show that PCC load balancing has betterefficiency and stability than Routing with Failover which refers to the ETSI TIPHON rules. Theresults of the PCC load balancing test on the throughput parameter are 3353.15 Kbps, the packet lossparameter is 8.91%, the delay parameter is 2.2 ms, the jitter parameter is 2.1 ms. Even though thedifference in the test results was not significant, PCC load balancing proved to be the most efficientand stable method for dealing with overloads. The use of the Agile Kanban method in designinginternet networks and implementing load balancing is effective in dealing with overload problems.Keywords: Agile Kanban, Load Balancing, QoS, Failover

Abstract

Lepit crackers are one of the types of crackers in Indonesia. Made from tapioca flour and a mixture of other ingredients, this food is very popular with all people, of course the taste is very unique. In Cipaku Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency, the place where the cracker cracker is made, precisely at the Sumber Usaha factory, is still manual by hand. This of course reduces the productivity of the production process. This research is targeted to produce a semi-automatic based cracker machine by utilizing steam heat from the boiler. By having a working principle of utilizing the rotation of an electric motor as a source of automatic propulsion of the tool. This study aims to increase the productivity of the cracker production process at the Sumber Usaha Cipaku factory. This research includes several stages including data collection, design analysis, preparation of tools and materials, the process of making tools, then testing whether the tools work successfully. The target of this research is the success of the manufacturing process for making crackers and can help increase the productivity of the Sumber Usaha factory. Abstract

Employee absenteeism is a very important factor in a company or agency. The punctuality and integrity of employees who are assessed will help the development of the institution/institution. An attendance system that has up-to-date software is very important, because it has positive benefits for the institution or agency, especially interms of effectiveness, efficiency and speed. Along with that attendance is also not only done manually, but can help by using information technology. Attendance carried out at the Office of the KB Sub-District of Pengingkiran is still done manually, namely employees fill in attendance with signatures as well as the time of arrival and departure time. So, there are still a lot of problems when using the manual attendance system, such as not entering without information, coming and going home from the office not according to regulations, leaving the office during working hours and not knowing the leadership and there are still many problems caused. So that the KB Office of the Pengingkiran District requires an attendance application. With the application of the Employee Attendance Data Processing Information System, the Panyingkiran District Family Planning Office was able to overcome the occurrence of absenteeism violations in employees.
