Abstract

Integrasi perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi (PPC) sebagai strategi utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses produksi. PPC memungkinkan optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya, pengurangan pemborosan, dan peningkatan kualitas produk. Pendekatan seperti lean manufacturing, Just-In-Time (JIT), dan teknologi modern seperti Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Internet of Things (IoT), serta Artificial Intelligence (AI) terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi tantangan produksi di era Industri 4.0. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi PPC dapat mengurangi biaya produksi hingga 25%, meningkatkan efisiensi waktu hingga 20%, dan menurunkan waktu idle mesin secara signifikan. Faktor keberhasilan meliputi adopsi teknologi, budaya organisasi kolaboratif, dan alokasi sumber daya yang optimal. Di sektor UMKM, pendekatan berbasis kemitraan mendukung peningkatan produktivitas melalui otomasi dan pengembangan SOP. PPC terintegrasi menjadi kunci keberhasilan operasional dan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of experiential marketing and service quality on purchase intentions through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for users of The Angle Sport photographer services. The quantitative explanatory method is the research method used in this research by searching for data using a survey, namely distributing questionnaires to a predetermined sample of 170 respondents. The respondents of this research are football or futsal fans in Malangraya who have used the services of sports photographer The Angle Sport. The data analysis method uses the Partial Least Aquare approach assisted by the SmartPLS application. From the research results it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, service quality on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction with repurchase intention and service quality has a significant positive influence on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. However, there is an insignificant positive influence between experiential marketing on customer satisfaction, experiential marketing on repurchase Intention, and experiential marketing on repurchase decisions through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financing on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) in BMT (Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil) financial institutions in Bandung. Understanding this relationship is crucial, as the LDR serves as a key indicator of liquidity management and financial stability within Islamic microfinance institutions like BMT. The research population includes all financial reports, particularly balance sheet reports, from BMT financial institutions operating in Bandung City. A sample was taken from financial reports covering the period from 2015 to 2023. The collected data was processed using the LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) formula and analyzed through various statistical methods using SPSS 24, including simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and the t-test, to assess the significance and strength of the relationship between financing and LDR. The findings of the study indicate that financing does not have a significant effect on the LDR of BMT institutions in Bandung City. This suggests that LDR is influenced by multiple factors beyond financing alone. Other key determinants include third-party funds, the level of deposits, and the equity owned by BMT institutions, which play a crucial role in shaping liquidity ratios. These findings highlight the complexity of liquidity management in Islamic financial institutions and suggest that a more comprehensive approach is needed to evaluate the factors affecting LDR.

Abstract

Efforts to continuously improve the quality of education and its professionalism continue. One of them is the existence of a managerial model style from the principal and supervisor in the form of supervision. This can be an indicator of the effectiveness of the implementation of education and its performance. And the purpose of this study is to describe related to Improving the Quality of Education Through Effective Educational Supervision. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that educational supervision is a process of guidance from the principal or supervisor to teachers and school personnel to improve learning situations effectively with the aim that teachers become more professional in carrying out their duties to serve their students. In addition, it plays a role in professional development, motivation, and monitoring the quality of education. And must adhere to scientific principles, democratic principles, principles of cooperation, and constructive and creative principles. There are several steps that must be taken, including choosing a supervision model, whether conventional or traditional, clinical model, scientific model, or artistic model, then carrying out the stages of supervision consisting of: planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up.

Abstract

Slow living financial behavior represents a lifestyle approach grounded in mindfulness, planned financial management, and resistance to consumerist culture that dominates modern society. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and social media content analysis. Informants consist of individuals who are part of the slow living trend on social media typically aged 35-40, with more than seven years of corporate experience, who chose to resign. This transition marks the second behavioral life-cycle, where individuals monetize their professional skills and experience by shifting to small businesses based on personal passion. This decision often stems from dissatisfaction, career stagnation, workplace pressure, and a mismatch between effort and compensation. Slow living also emerges as an alternative to the exhausting corporate work culture, promoting a more meaningful and sustainable way of life. However, the transition phase is financially demanding and challenging due to a lack of entrepreneurial behavior readiness. Therefore, financial wellbeing becomes a critical foundation before one can fully adopt the slow living lifestyle. The role of cross-subsidization the mobilization of large-scale funding by socially driven investors to support micro-enterprises is crucial for the sustainability and growth of businesses run by slow living practitioners. The study concludes that a balance between conscious consumption, financial stability, and structural support is essential for slow living financial behavior to become a sustainable lifestyle choice rather than a passing trend lifestyle.

Abstract

Wonosobo Regency is one of the areas with high stunting rates in Indonesia, with a prevalence reaching 20.22% in 2021. Based on the health service's work plan for accelerating and reducing stunting, it is carried out through several activities, including: Provision of Iron Tablets, Pregnancy Check-ups and Screening, Provision of Additional Food for Pregnant Women, Toddlers and Toddlers, Strengthening Exclusive Breastfeeding. However, although various efforts to accelerate stunting reduction have been carried out by the Wonosobo regional government, the success of this program is highly dependent on effective resource mobilization. This study will analyze how resource mobilization is carried out in the stunting reduction acceleration program in Wonosobo. The results of this study indicate that there are three main categories that are the focus of mobilization. First, government resource mobilization. Second, non-government resource mobilization. Third, academic participation.

Abstract

Significant changes in educational supervision and administration procedures have been brought about by changes in Indonesia's national curriculum, particularly with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The purpose of this study is to examine how curriculum modifications impact the functions and tactics of educational administration and supervision at the level of educational units. A literature review using a descriptive qualitative technique is the research methodology employed. The study's findings suggest that in order to facilitate the adoption of the new curriculum, which places a strong focus on adaptability, teamwork, and technology use, educational supervision and administration must be transformed. Supervisors and administrative personnel must develop their capacity in order to meet the needs of a changing curriculum.

Abstract

This research is a critical literature study that explores the collaborative supervision model as a strategy for teacher professional development. The study analyzes various aspects of the collaborative supervision model based on existing literature, including the concept of collaborative supervision, its impact on improving teachers' professional competence, implementation steps, and supporting arguments and criticisms of this model. The results of the analysis show that collaborative supervision has the potential to significantly improve teachers' competencies, but its implementation faces challenges such as teachers' resistance to new approaches, time constraints, and lack of training for supervisors. The study concludes that the successful implementation of this model depends on structural support and a strong collaborative culture in the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the transformation process in educational administration in the digital era, focusing on the challenges faced and the opportunities that can be leveraged by educational institutions. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis in schools that have implemented digital administrative systems. The findings reveal that digital transformation in educational administration faces several challenges, including technological infrastructure gaps, low digital literacy among educational personnel, institutional resistance to change, and data security issues. On the other hand, digitalization offers significant opportunities for improving work efficiency, governance transparency, inter-institutional collaboration, human resource capacity building, and data-driven decision-making. Therefore, the success of digital educational administration transformation is highly dependent on the synergy between technological readiness, policy support, and the strengthening of an adaptive culture within the educational environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of leadership styles of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) owners on business economic performance in the digital era, with a focus on MSME actors in Banyuwangi Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of adaptive leadership in managing small and medium enterprises affected by technological changes and digital consumption patterns. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods including literature review, direct observation, and in-depth interviews with ten MSME owners actively using digital platforms. The findings reveal that transformational leadership style significantly contributes to business economic growth through motivation, innovation, and technology adoption. Meanwhile, democratic leadership style encourages employee involvement and operational efficiency through participative decision-making and a collaborative work culture. In contrast, authoritarian leadership style hinders the digital adaptation process and negatively impacts business performance. In conclusion, open, participative, and transformative leadership styles are key to the success of MSMEs in facing the challenges and opportunities of the digital economy. These findings reinforce previous research emphasizing the vital role of leadership in the sustainability and competitiveness of small businesses in the digital transformation era.
