Abstract

Background: In the era of knowledge-based economy and business model 4.0, the involvement of a company in a business community is important to improve business sustainability. The business community is a group consisting of a number of people who have the same business values ​​in each individual. They can interpret these values ​​into business groups where they can interact with each other for the progress of their business and especially for sustainable business. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop two main concepts that are believed to support the sustainability of a business. The two concepts are Community Agreeableness and Inter Organizational Knowledge Sharing. This concept is derived from one of the big five personalities 'agreeableness' and 'knowledge sharing' which is applied in a business community. Methods: The research method used is a literature survey to define concepts and develop measurements. Results: The results of the study have found a construct in an effort to increase business sustainability, namely the new concept of community agreeableness and inter organizational knowledge sharing Conclusion: Community agreeableness will make it easier for an organization to be willing to share knowledge and vice versa regarding its business activities to community members. Abstract

Background: HR maintenance aims to maintain the stamina of HR in doing work within the company. Human resources that do not get the attention and maintenance of the company will lead to anxiety, decreased enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work, decreased loyalty and achievement. So organizations need to create strategies to retain employees. Purpose: This study aims to provide a reference in organizational practices related to strategies for retaining millennial employees in the digitalization era by improving collaboration skills and good compensation practices from the organization. Methods: This study uses a content analysis method which is based on secondary data that has been collected from books, journals, and the internet on relevant themes and comes from reputable sources. Conclusion: In this study, we prioritize the elements of integration and harmony from each generation which differs in terms of their respective advantages. Because every advantage possessed by HR is a company asset that must be maintained. Abstract

Background: Corporate governance plays an important role in the company because it can reflect how the performance in the company, especially financial performance. Financial performance is one proof of how the results or profits obtained by the company. To show optimal financial performance, it is influenced by Management Efficiency and Corporate Capital Structure, both of which are also important components in improving financial performance. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to find out more about the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance. Methods: The sampling in this study is approximately 30 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2018. The number of samples was obtained based on the type of simple experimental research. Conclusion: This research produces a conceptual framework which focuses on improving financial performance through good corporate governance which is also influenced by management efficiency and corporate capital structure.   Keywords: GCG, Financial Performance, Management Efficiency, dan Corporate Capital Structure

Abstract

Background: Profitability ratio analysis is a ratio used to measure the company's ability to generate profits from sales. Therefore, Karuna Cell pulsa agents are required to be able to assess the condition and development of the store through ratio analysis of financial statements in order to maintain the existence of the store and be able to increase business growth amid increasingly rapid economic growth and increasingly fierce business competition. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the gross profit margin ratio at Karuna Cell credit agents. This is analyzed in terms of profitability and analysis in terms of financial statements. Financial statement ratio analysis commonly used is liquidity ratio analysis or working capital ratio, solvency ratio analysis, and profitability ratio analysis. Methods: The research method used is collecting data from primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from existing data in the field through interviews and observations at the Karuna Cell pulsa agent, while secondary data sources were obtained from literature studies. Results: Gross Profit Margin at Karuna Cell credit agents is 8%, Net Profit Margin at Karuna Cell credit agents is 7.33%, Return on assets at Karuna Cell credit agents is 24%. Conclusion: It can be concluded that, if gross profit margin is high, so it would increase the net profit margin ratio.   Keywords: Profitability Analysis, Karuna Cell

Abstract

Background: This study aims to determine the amount of profit earned, entrepreneurs must first know the level of Break Even Point (BEP) that is achieved, namely a situation where the company does not experience losses or profits. Methods: The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, the data source used is secondary data with the technique of collecting financial data from Rengginan Istimewa Cap Bawang in Pringsurat District, Magelang Regency. Results: From the calculation above, the number of goods sold for the May 2021 period so that the Rengginan Cap Bawang home industry reaches the Break Even Point is 19.46 units or when making sales of Rp. 388,568.00. If it exceeds the Break Even Point, it means a profit, but if it is less than the Break Even Point, it means a loss. Conclusion: Taking into account the results of the break even point analysis as a tool in planning sales in order to achieve the desired profit, it is better that the level or sales volume that must be achieved by the home industry of Rengginan Istimewa Cap Bawang should not fall from the results of the Break Even Point.   Keywords: Break Even Point, Cost, Margin of Safety, Sales
