Abstract

Sistem absensi kepegawaian di PT. Kreasi Beton Nusapersada medan saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan tanda tangan pada buku absen. Dimana admin menggunakan buku dan pulpen dalam proses kegiatan absensi, sehingga akan berdampak terjadinya kecurangan yang mungkin dilakukan antar pegawai seperti titip absen. Program studi sistem informasi membutuhkan suatu sistem aplikasi yang disebut sistem absensi kepegawaian berbasis web sehingga dapat mengelola dan menyimpan data pegawai, kehadiran dan rekapitulasi laporan absensi yang baik dan realtime. Rancangan aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan pemograman sublime text dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL yang di integrasikan dengan QR CODE (QIUCK RESPONSE CODE). Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasi web, dan wajib mempunyai kartu tanda pengenal pegawai. Dengan demikian adanya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah kinerja admin dalam mengelola data pegawai, kehadiran dan rekapitulasi absensi

Abstract

Background: Arabica coffee leaves contain phenolic compounds and flavonoid compounds which act as antioxidants. Purpose: To find out whether arabica coffee leaf extract can be formulated in the form of an anti-aging pell-off gel mask. To find out at what concentration the arabica coffee leaf extract pell-off gel mask provides the best activity. Method: Arabica coffee leaf extract is made by maceration. Extract tested screening. Preparation of pell-off gel masks with concentrations of F0 (blanko), F1 (1%), F2 (3%), F3 (5%). Evaluation of the pell-off mask preparation included preparation stability, homogeneity, PH, irritation to volunteer skin, drying time, viscosity, spreadability, and anti-aging effectiveness using a skin analyzer. Results: Simplicia contains alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, phenols, steroids. The resulting pell-off mask preparation of ethanol extract of Arabica coffee leaves is homogeneous, PH 5.1-6.1 stable in 4 weeks storage, does not irritate the skin and takes 22- 30 minutes to dry, spreadability is 5-7.5 cm and viscosity 7500- 27050cp. Conclusion: Arabica coffee leaf ethanol extract pell-off gel mask provides better anti- aging effectiveness for 4 weeks. F3(5%) pell-off gelmask provides better anti-aging effects than other formulas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar bahasa Inggris yang dialami oleh siswa, dan faktor penyebab siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar bahasa Inggris siswa kelas V SD Negeri 060962 Belawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas lima dengan jumlah 9 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes bahasa Inggris dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 7 siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Jenis-jenis kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa terdiri dari kesulitan menulis kalimat bahasa inggris, sulit menterjemahkan kalimat bahasa Inggris ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, kesulitan pengerjaan kalimat acak. Permasalahannya adalah kurangnya kosa kata, kesulitan dalam menghafal kosa kata dan kurangnya penguasaan tata bahasa. Adapun faktor penyebab siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar bahasa Inggris ialah kurangnya ketertarikan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

In the world of mobile communication, current measurement is still done manually so it takes time and cost to process. Making this research aims to design automatic detection tools based on the social media used. This tool uses Arduino Mega2560 components and a current sensor as the main tool that functions as a sensor to measure power and energy. Based on the testing of the tool, the time used. It can be concluded that the designed tool can work optimally automatically displaying measurement results.

Abstract

Komunikasi berkembang sejalan dengan teknologi yang semakin maju. Komunikasi yang dilakukan masyarakat hanya sekadar bercakap-cakap tanpa mementingkan apakah interaksi yang dilakukan sudah termasuk komunikasi yang efektif atau tidak. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang biasa dilakukan oleh masyarakat Medan Helvetia yang diwakilkan oleh 37 partisipan dengan enam belas diantaranya adalah mahasiswa Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Komunikasi Antar Budaya dan untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan kuesioner melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola komunikasi masyarakat Medan Helvetia memiliki kebiasaan untuk menggunakan metode verbal yang digabungkan dengan non verbal. Ini dilakukan karena mereka ingin pesan yang tersampaikan secara lisan maupun tulisan diterima dengan jelas sekaligus pesan secara perasaan atau emosional dari komunikator tersampaikan dengan baik juga. Sebanyak tiga puluh dua orang mengaku bahwa lebih sering berinteraksi dengan masyarakat yang berbeda budaya dengan lokasi interaksi yang beragam, yaitu sekolah, cafe, kampus, sosial media, gereja, bahkan saat sedang memainkan video game. Dalam komunikasi antarbudaya yang dilakukan oleh partisipan dengan presentase sebesar 90% dengan 30 orang mengaku lebih memilih menggunakan bahasa Indonesia karena memudahkan dalam berinteraksi, namun berbeda dengan partisipan yang lebih memilih untuk menyesuaikan bahasanya dengan lawan bicara. Ini dilakukan untuk memberi rasa nyaman kepada komunikan dalam melakukan interaksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aturan-aturan hukum tentang hukum lingkungan hidup agar menciptakan ketentraman didalam masyarakat dan membuat lingkungan hidup menjadi lebih berarti, asri, dan nyaman. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan lingkungan hidup tidak teratur adalah banyaknya subjek hukum yang tidak tunduk pada hukum yang berlaku. Disatu sisi, banyaknya belum memahami aturan-aturan hukum secara pidana, perdata, dan tentang lingkungan hidup itu sendiri. Aturan-aturan hukum diciptakan untuk membuat subjek hukum menjadi lebih patuh dan menciptakan keteraturan. Masalah yang timbul pada zaman sekarang ini adalah banyaknya merusak tanaman, tidak menjaga lingkungan (menjaga sungai, waduk, dan pekarangan dirumah), dan juga banyak efek rumah kaca yang mengakibatkan lapisan ozon yang berkurang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the Attitude of Responsibility of Children Aged 5 -6 Years at Kasih Filadelfia Kindergarden Nias through the Project Method. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research data was obtained through observations conducted in 2 cycles where each cycle contained 2 meetings. Research results in Cycle I obtained 1 (6.67%) children in the BB category (Not yet developed), 12 (86.67%) children in the MB category (Beginning to Develop) and the average value was 49.78%. In Cycle II there was an increase of 80% of the children reaching the BSB (Very Well Developed) category and 20% of the children were in the BSH (Developing According to Expectations) category with an average value of 93.73%. Based on the indicators of the level of achievement of an increased attitude of responsibility, if 76% of the total number of children has reached the BSB category, the research will stop in cycle II. So it can be concluded that Attitude of Responsibility of Children Aged 5 -6 Years at Kasih Filadelfia Kindergarden Nias Increasing through the Project Method.

Abstract

Citra Handbody Lotion is currently widely used for community needs. Citra Handbody users are increasing due to the very rapid development of technology today. Likewise, pricing strategies influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of marketing communications on purchasing decisions for Citra Handbody Lotion among management study program students at Sari Mutiara University, Indonesia in terms of consumer protection laws. Apart from maintaining product quality, marketing communications are maintained by the company so that people remain loyal to their products. A company needs to create a consumer protection system that contains elements of legal certainty and information disclosure as well as access to information. The approach used in this research is survey research because it takes samples from one population and takes a sample size of 73 respondents who are students of the management study program at Sari Mutiara Indonesia University using the Slovin formula. Data obtained using a questionnaire. The results of this research show that the marketing communication variable (X) has a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The data was processed statistically using SPSS 26 program tools.

Abstract

Soil Transmitted Helminthes (STH) is a group of intestinal nematodes that can cause infection in humans, either through eggs, larvae or worms which in their life cycle require soil for their maturation process so that there is a change from non-infective to infective stage. Several types of STH that are often found infecting humans include Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, Hookworm there are two species namely Necator americanus and Ancylostoma duodenale. STH is transmitted by contact with soil contaminated by infected human faeces. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were STH findings in the feces of children at Sijambur 9 Public Elementary School, Ronggur Nihuta District, Samosir Regency. This type of research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method using 0.9% physiological NaCl reagent. The results of the study from 54 samples found 7 positive stool samples of STH worm eggs including 2 people with Ascariasis who found worm eggs at codes A34 and A39, and 4 people with Tricuriasis who found worm eggs at codes A07, A08, A23, A29, then there were mixed infection in 1 child with findings of Ascaris lumbricoides and Trichuris trichiura worm eggs at code A18. The conclusion in this study was found 7 samples of stool positive for STH worm eggs from 54 stool samples of children at SD Negeri 9 Sijambur, Ronggur Nihuta District, Samosir Regency with a percentage of 12.9% which is a high result for worm prevalence after treatment. Suggestions for children are expected for children to wash their hands before eating, after defecation and after playing on the ground, get used to wearing footwear when playing or when leaving the house. It is also necessary to regularly take deworming medication to avoid re-infection

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the user education program at the Postgraduate Library of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, including user education materials, methods used, challenges and obstacles. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with interview techniques with 2 informants, namely librarians. The results showed that the user education program at the Postgraduate Library of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra was carried out online and ran quite well, there were several supporting and inhibiting factors. Factors that hinder the program are difficult schedule determination, network constraints at student locations, and there is no written policy or guidebook about the program
