Abstract

This research examines the satisfaction and career development level of employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. The population in this study were all employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. Quantitative research produces data in various numbers and can generally be analyzed using descriptive or inferential statistics. Several of these variables were then translated into several indicators, which became the basis for statements in the questionnaire, which were later distributed and answered by 32 research respondents. The evaluation of career development programs has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of tourism education employees at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. Data analysis shows that the t-count value is 3.734, while the t- table is 1.69. Thus, there is a partial and significant positive influence between the evaluation of career development programs on the job satisfaction of employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. Career development programs and evaluation of career development programs have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. The results of the F test showed that the Fcount value is 13.787 while the Ftable is 3.33. Thus, there is a simultaneous influence between career development program design and career development program evaluation on the job satisfaction of employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan.

Abstract

The following research was conducted based on the issues occurring at the research site, specifically regarding the number of tourist visits to Hotel Puri Santrian Sanur, which has changed yearly. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance. With a total sample of 85 respondents processed using a saturated census technique, all data obtained from the distributed questionnaires were deemed suitable. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (F-test and t-test) processed with SPSS 26. The study results indicate that leadership style, job satisfaction, and work discipline positively and significantly affect employee performance at Hotel Puri Santrian Sanur. Leadership style, job satisfaction, and work discipline have a significant impact on employee performance at Hotel Puri Santrian Sanur. Leadership style positively and significantly affects employee performance at Hotel Puri Santrian Sanur. Job satisfaction positively and significantly influences employee performance at Hotel Puri Santrian Sanur. Work discipline positively and significantly affects employee performance at Hotel Puri Santrian Sanur.

Abstract

This study examines and analyses the influence of price, facilities, and location on tourists' decision-making. The research was conducted at Padang-Padang Beach Tourist Attraction in Pecatu Village, involving 100 respondents selected using Slovin's formula. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were deemed suitable for use and will be analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The study's findings indicate that: 1) Price, facilities, and location significantly impact tourists' decision-making at Padang- Padang Beach Tourist Attraction in Pecatu Village. 2) Price positively and significantly affects tourists' decision-making at Padang-Padang Beach Tourist Attraction in Pecatu Village. This means the more aligned the offered price is with the quality provided, the more tourists' decisions will improve. 3) Facilities positively and significantly affect tourists' decision-making at Padang-Padang Beach Tourist Attraction in Pecatu Village. This indicates that the better the facilities provided, the more tourists' decisions will increase. 4) Location positively and significantly affects tourists' decision-making at Padang-Padang Beach Tourist Attraction in Pecatu Village. This means that the more strategic the business location, the more tourists' decisions will improve.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at Bali Bistro at ITDC The Nusa Dua, Bali. Research data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The total sample was 32 respondents. The analysis tool uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of the significance test using the F test, it shows that funding, work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bali Bistro at ITDC The Nusa Dua, Bali. The coefficient of determination shows that changes in employee performance variables can be explained by the variable availability, work motivation and organizational culture by 83.6%. while 16.4% is explained by other variables outside of compensation, work motivation and organizational culture. Based on the significance test using the t test, it shows that individual interference has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, individual work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bali Bistro.

Abstract

The hotel industry is one of the sectors operating in the service industry. The increasing number of hotels year after year has resulted in tighter and more intense competition. This growing competition drives hotel management to find solutions to enhance their competitiveness. This study aims to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Management Accounting on the sustainable performance of hotels in Badung Regency. The sample used in this study consists of 130 hotels in Badung Regency, employing a saturated sampling technique. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were deemed suitable for use and were subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility partially affects sustainable performance variables. Environmental management also has a partial effect on sustainable performance variables. Both Corporate Social Responsibility and environmental management simultaneously affect sustainable performance.
