Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Budong-Budong, studi kasus Di Desa Babana, Desa Kire, Desa Lumu, Desa Salumanurung, Desa Pontanakayyang, Desa Salugatta, Desa Tinali, dan Desa Barakkang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 7 informan yaitu 9 informan kunci, 6 informan utama, dan 12 informan pendukung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung Badan Usaha Milik Desa dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Badan Usaha Milik Desa Pada dasarnya sangat penting dalam peningkatan perekonomian sebagaimana fungsi dan tujuan Badan Usaha Milik Desa yaitu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan menambah pendapatan asli desa. Namun dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Kecamatan Budong-Budong terdapat kesenjangan sumber daya manusia dan pengelolaannya. Di tiap-tiap desa masih banyak pengurus Badan usaha milik desa yang belum paham fungsi dan tugasnya dan masyarakat yang mendapat bantuan modal tidak bertanggungjawab seperti modal yang dipinjam tidak dikembalikan.

Abstract

Restaurant is a physical component of tourism, which functions as one of the supporting tourism facilities for services, so that tourists who come to Badung Regency can easily find the various types of restaurants they want. One of the tourist destinations in Badung Regency which is always crowded with domestic tourists. This study aims to determine the influence of Instagram social media on purchasing decisions. The population uses Royal Orchind Resto consumers and a sample of 95 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and t test. From the results of the study, the results obtained were Instagram social media having a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, where a t-count value of 11.191 was obtained and a sig value of 0.000. The influence of Instagram social media on purchasing decisions is 57.4%. The advice that can be given by researchers is that Royal Orchid Resto should create more interesting content and work with celebrities to become brand ambassadors in promoting at Royal Orchid Resto, so that later there will be more likes from Instagram media users and make a price policy that is in accordance with the quality offered.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the readiness of BPKAD employees in the implementation of the Balance Scorecard seen through multidimensional readiness, secondly knowing the factors that affect the readiness of BPKAD employees to accept changes in the application of the Balance Scorecard, and knowing the difference in employee readiness to accept changes to the application of the Balance Scorecard in the work unit and the length of work at BPKAD. This research uses 2 (two) methods, namely qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative methods are used to identify and provide indepth knowledge on the problems of applying the Balance Scorecard. The qualitative method conducted in this study used primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with the Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Gianyar regency and several employees from the implementation team of the Balance Scorecard implementation. quantitative methods are used to provide information on employee readiness for the implementation of the Balance Scorecard. The result of this study is that readiness to change is a multidimensional construct that is influenced by trust among employees by conducting descriptive analysis, the results show that BPKAD employees are only ready for the dimensions of Appropriateness and Personal Valence. The stages in the change process have not been fully carried out by BPKAD, so BPKAD needs to improve it. The above conditions affect the overall dimension of employee readiness for the implementation of the Balance Scorecard. Hypothesis testing that has been carried out there is no significant difference in employee readiness to change on the dimensions of appropriateness, management support, and change-specific efficacy between work units and on the length of work. This means that employees' perceptions of these dimensions are not influenced by factors such as work units and length of work

Abstract

Company managers are responsible for managing the company owner's resources entrusted to them. But on the other hand, managers also have an interest in improving their welfare. So there is a possibility that company management does not always act in the best interests of investors. To avoid these differences in interests, a concept is needed, namely the concept of Corporate Governance which aims to make the company healthier. This research aims to explain and analyze the determination of Good Corporate Governance on Profit Management. The research subjects were 6 health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2018-2022 period. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 statistical program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership have a positive and significant effect on Profit Management, while the Audit Committee has a negative and significant effect on Management. The Independent Board of Commissioners doesn't influence earnings management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of competency on employee performance at PT. PLN-T Tolitoli Unit. This research uses a quantitative research design. The type and source of data is primary data. Data collection methods were obtained through observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are simple linear regression analysis, determination test, and t test. The sampling method is saturated sampling. The results of this research prove that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN-T Tolitoli Unit. This can be seen from the SPSS 26 output results with regression analysis of variables which show a positive correlation coefficient (R) (0.562) and the t-count value of the competency variable (7.404) > t table is appropriate at the 5% significance level (1.682). This is means the higher the competence of employees at PT. PLN Tolitol Unit, the higher the employee performance will be

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik berdampak signifikan terhadap kelangsungan usaha mikro dan kecil seperti usaha coffee shop di Kota Palu. Namun masih banyak usaha coffee shop di Kota Palu yang belum memiliki sistem pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah usaha coffee shop di Kota Palu sudah menerapkan akuntansi berbasis SAK EMKM.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui wawancara dengan pemilik coffee shop dan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari responden adalah catatan harian pemilik usaha coffee shop di Kota Palu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha coffee shop di Kota Palu. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulan bahwa penerapan akuntansi (SAK EMKM) pada usaha coffee shop di Kota Palu tidak sesuai dengan SAK EMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Pendapatan Usaha dan Biaya Operasional Terhadap Laba Bersih Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Sumber data berupa data primer yang di peroleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan aplikasi pengolah data SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 1) pendapatan usaha nilai t hitung 3,054 > t tabel 2,026 dan nilai signifikan < 0,05 yaitu 0,005. Sehingga variabel pendapatan usaha secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel laba usaha secara positif dan signifikan yang artinya H1 diterima 2) biaya operasional nilai t hitung -0,179 < t tabel 2,026 dan nilai signifikan > 0,05 yaitu 0,170. Sehingga variabel biaya operasional secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba usaha dan tidak signifikan yang artinya H2 ditolak. 3) pendapatan usaha dan biaya operasional diperoleh F hitung sebesar 26.599 > 3,252 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga variabel pendapatan usaha dan biaya operasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap laba bersih sehingga H3 diterima.
