Abstract

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a wireless communication consisting of 2 (two) tag components and a reader or reader to uniquely identify an object. A reader or reader is a device that has one or more antennas that transmit radio waves and receive signals back from the tag. RFID. In the application of RFID, most use a serial number to store an object’s identity on a microchip and are usually equipped with an antenna, where the antenna and chip are RFID tags. The antenna used and the chip communicate information for identification to the reader or what is known as the reader, then the reader or reader converts the reflected radio waves of the RFID tag into digital information. The application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is intended to assist the process of testing the quality of Honda motorbikes or PDI (pre-delivery inspection) where this is part of the SOP (standard operating procedure) before the motorbike is distributed to consumers to ensure the quality of the motorbike is maintained. The inspections carried out include the outside of the motor and then the inside, below, then testing when the motor is running, the availability of equipment or tools, and equipment documents such as service books and maintenance instructions. Whereas the previous process still uses paper cards which will be discarded when a consumer receives the motor. Applications made using the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in the form of a card will replace the use of paper when conducting a motor quality inspection.

Abstract

Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi pengolahan data alat kesehatan ini untuk dapat digunakan oleh bagian gudang instalasi farmasi Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah, dalam mengendalikan kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan alat kesehatan habis pakai. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan basis data MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta menggunakan pendekatan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam basis website yang bertujuan menentukan jumlah pesanan yang dapat meminimumkan biaya penyimpanan dan biaya pemesanan persediaan. Penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity pada aplikasi yang dimulai dari memasukkan variabel-variabel perhitungan seperti jumlah kebutuhan barang tiap waktu tertentu, biaya setiap kali melakukan pemesanan barang dan biaya penyimpanan tiap barang. Sistem ini menghasikan perhitungan sebagai pendukung keputusan dalam melakukan pembelian alat kesehatan habis pakai yang ekonomis di gudang instalasi farmasi Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah.

Abstract

With the number of requests for new pairs with an average number of 90 new pairs orders per month, there is a need for continuous evaluation of employee performance and performance related to Time To Delivery orders to ensure the achievement of the goals that have been set. Managers and Leaders have been supervising the performance of Time to Delivery orders and employee performance by asking the DSS (Decision Support System) section which handles BGES order performance data. Then the DSS (Decision Support System) performs a data search to present it in the form of a report to the manager and his staff. This makes Managers and Leaders unable to see employee performance and monitor the handling of new network installations directly. The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based order monitoring information system at PT. Telkom Access Magelang on the BGES Provisioning division. The system development method used is the Waterfall model. The modeling in the system design used is DFD and ERD modeling while making the website using the PHP programming language, Laravel Framework, and MySQL as database manager. The result of this research is a Monitoring and Evaluation Information System that can provide information about the daily order performance to Managers and Leaders at PT Telkom Access the BGES Provisioning Division.

Abstract

Superior product are one of the things that concern an area in the local revenues, therefore, in determining the superior product herewith the goal is to build a decision support system by applying simple multi attribute rating technique. SMART is a multi- criteria decision making method. This multi-criteria decision-making technique is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important the criterion is compared to other criteria. This weighting is used to assess each alternative in order to obtain the best alternative. In this study, sensitivity testing was also used to measure the level of weight sensitivity of the criteria for business units, labor, investment value and production value. From the results of sensitivity testing using 62 superior product data on each tested weighting criterion whose weights are increased by 0.5 and 1, the criterion that has the highest sensitivity level or in other words has experienced more changes in ranking is the criteria for investment value with a percentage. Amounting to 95.16% for the addition of the initial weight with 0.5 and 96.77% for the addition of the initial weight by 1.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion of the Sambas Regency is a Vertical Agency of the Ministry of Religion domiciled in the Regency. One of the tasks of the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency is to provide services, guidance and guidance in the field of Hajj and Umrah. For services at the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency to prospective pilgrims, it is still not effective and efficient. The method used is Prototype with the stages of collecting requirements, building prototyping, evaluating prototyping, coding the system, testing the system, evaluating the system, and using the system. The Web-Based Information Portal for Prospective Hajj Pilgrims Services at the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency is built with functionalities according to user needs, namely: information on the schedule of Hajj rituals, information on Hajj travel schedules, information on estimated Hajj departures, information on material for Hajj rituals, information on data for prospective pilgrims, information health data of prospective pilgrims, message information and report information.
