Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and constraints of murabahah contracts on gold installment financing products at BSI KCP Selong. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The primary research data comes from the BSI bank and customers of gold installment financing products. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the inductive method by developing facts or facts that were obtained and could be developed from the results of the research conducted. The results of the study show that (1) The implementation of a murabaha contract occurs when the customer wants to buy gold from the bank in installments for a period agreed upon by the customer and the bank. BSI KCP Selong, in implementing this murabaha contract, uses a rahn system, or pawning system. Where in this product the customer guarantees in this installment, namely gold. So that the goods that the customer repays will be given after the customer has paid off the financing. (2) Obstacles in implementing gold installment financing occur during promotions and when gold prices rise. Therefore, BSI KCP Selong needs to do more promotion to market this gold installment product. In practice, this research is expected to help develop gold installment financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Selong by knowing what obstacles occur so that it is easier to find solutions to these obstacles.

Abstract

Human resources have a major role in every company activity. As the main key, human resources will determine the success of the company's activities. The purpose of this study is to determine whether work motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously affect employee perfomance at the office of manpower and transmigration in banten province. The research method used is a quantitative method. The populations in this study were 165 employees of the manpower and transmigration office of banten provinc. Based on the research, then researcher takes 20% of the existing population since the total population exceeds 100 i.e. 165 employees, means 165x20% = 33, therefore, the sample used in this study was 33 respondents. Therefore, researcher using questionnaire data that had been distributed to 20% of manpower and transmigration office of banten province employees, which were 33 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include classiacal assumption test, multiple linear regression test, T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid. The significance level of this study was 5% on the classical assumption test, the regression model was found to be normally distributed, free of multicollinearity and free of heteroscedasticity. Then the results of multiple regression obtained the equation Y= 6.426 + 0.582 X1 + 0.225 x2. The results of the study on the coefficients table obtained the results of the regression analysis of work motivation on employee performance, the tcount value was 3,946 and the ttable value was 2,045, so the tcount>ttable or 3,946>2,045, then Ho was rejected. While the work discipline obtained the results of regression analysis, the tcount value was 1,146,so the tcount < ttable or 1,146<2,045, then Ho be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine marketing strategies using social media Instagram at the Ciasem Sport16 Subang Store with regard to product, price, promotion and location. Method using qualitative research with this type of research descriptive approach used is a case study for this research using source triangulation techniques and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that using the Instagram marketing strategy prioritizes product quality in its product range so that it can produce high-quality sports equipment, the price combination (price) is carried out at the Ciasem Sport16 Subang Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction at Starbucks in Makassar. The experiential marketing dimension can be seen from sense, feel, think, act & relate. The research was conducted on Starbucks customers in Makassar using a non-probability sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires. As many as 100 respondents participated in the survey. Data were analysed using using the SPSS version 22.00 to identify respondents charactistic, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the research results it can be seen that simultaneously experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate had a significant influence on Starbucks customer satisfaction. The partial test results show that only three variables, namely sense, feel and relate, significantly influenced Starbucks customer satisfaction. It is suggested that Starbucks Management should innovate to provide more convenience.
