Abstract

This Acivity aims to design and develop a computerized cash sales accounting information system using Microsoft Access at CV Jung Jaya Palembang to make it easier to manage sales transactions. Its main features include automatic recording of cash receipts journals, general ledgers, and generation of sales reports. The method used was secondary data collection and direct interviews at CV Jung Jaya Palembang. This system is designed using tables, queries, forms, and reports. The development process includes system design into tables, queries and forms that produce output in the form of Sales Reports. With a sales accounting information system, companies can optimize financial management, especially in cash receipts from cash sales transactions.

Abstract

This final report is entitled "Design of Cash Sales Accounting Information System at UMKM Dedi Tani". UMKM Dedi Tani is a type of business that operates in the field of fertilizer and pesticide trading. This report aims to design and implement a computerized cash sales accounting information system based on Microsoft Access at UMKM Dedi Tani, in order to make it easier for UMKM to find out the amount of revenue based on the type of product and the amount of cash received from these cash sales. The author collects primary data obtained from interviews with employees regarding the sales accounting system that has been implemented at this time. The Dedi Tani UMKM cash accounting information system has several weaknesses such as manual recording which is no longer effective as many buyers, difficulty in making sales recaps, difficulty knowing exactly which types of goods have increased sales and provide high profits and which goods have decreased and provide low profits. Finally, the author concludes that the design of the Dedi Tani UMKM cash sales accounting information system application goes through the stages of analyzing the old system with designing a new computerized system, designing applications, and testing application results that have outputs in the form of a new system.Keywords: Accounting Information System, and Microsoft Access

Abstract

This activity aims to increase the capability and capacity of village government officials in solving problems is the participatory method. The location of the activity was in South Tempirai Village, North Penukal District, Pali Regency. This activity involves the village head and his apparatus. Efforts to utilize village funds are carried out by reviving the formation of BUMDesa However, in its implementation there are several obstacles, including differences in paradigms from stakeholders regarding the management of village funds, lack of community participation in implementing the BUMDesa work program. The solution provided is counseling about increasing the competency of BUMDes managers, starting from strategic planning, programming, budgeting, implementation and the importance of BUMDesa financial management. It is hoped that from the results of the activity, the South Tempirai village government, especially village officials, can develop BUMDesa and accommodate the fulfillment of community needs through the potential of local wisdom.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dibuat bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam memberikan pengetahuan dibidang akuntansi dan pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi generasi Z ditengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat khususnya bagi generasi Z yang saat ini mulai memasuki dunia bisnis. Pelaksanaan PKM terdiri dari pemaparan materi terkait dengan peran dari Akuntan di era AI dan digitalisasi serta peluang dan tantangan bagi generasi Z dalam menghadapi dunia bisnis di era kompetitif yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. PKM ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tanggal 31 Juli – 01 Agustus 2025 dan diikuti oleh 572 peserta yang terdiri dari Kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa/i SMK Provinsi se-DK Jakarta. Hasil evaluasi PKM menunjukkan bidang akuntansi di era digitalisasi ini juga mengalami perubahan signifikan, dengan meningkatnya penggunaan perangkat lunak akuntansi otomatis serta pentingnya literasi digital dalam pengelolaan laporan keuangan. Materi yang disampaikan juga mendapat respon positif, generasi Z dinilai memiliki keunggulan dalam hal adaptasi teknologi dan kreativitas, namun tantangan terbesar yang mereka hadapi adalah kurangnya pengalaman serta perlunya peningkatan soft skills, seperti komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya kolaborasi antara kompetensi digital dan etika profesional untuk menghadapi era bisnis yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

In order to prepare the initial balance sheet, the village government must attach a report on village-owned assets to the LRAPBDesa. This report of village-owned assets is similar to a balance sheet. The purpose of this PKM activity means that the Tegowanu Kulon Village Government, Tegowanu Sub-district, Grobogan Regency will prepare the Tegowanu Kulon Village Government Balance Sheet for the first time. So that the preparation of the initial balance sheet can be carried out smoothly and fulfils the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. To determine the success of the training activities for the preparation of the initial Village Government Balance Sheet for the Tegowanu Kulon Village Government apparatus, Tegowanu Subdistrict, Grobogan Regency, an evaluation was carried out, namely using a pre-test and post-test for training participants. The training is called successful if the post test score is higher than the pre test score with a minimum score of 80. The results of the discussion in this PKM activity are the presentation of material regarding the preparation of the Initial Village Government Balance Sheet, participants are given an understanding of the village asset inventory, historical cost-based recognition method, fair value-based valuation method, form and accounts of the Village Government Balance Sheet. The presentation also explained the practice of accounting for village assets. The presentation of the material confirmed that the practice of village financial reporting applies the accrual basis. During the activity, participants followed the activity until it was completed. Participants also actively asked questions related to the material presented by the resource person.

Abstract

Information technology can be used optimally to build a reliable accounting system, especially for trading companies with high sales volumes. A computerized stock control system is very beneficial in managing recurring sales transactions. In addition, this system simplifies the generation of accurate stock level reports, which are very important for monitoring inventory balances over a certain period. This research aims to assist PBSA Pharmacy in providing relevant stock information that is effective and efficient in terms of time and effort. Primary and secondary data were collected through documentation and interviews and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on interviews, PBSA pharmacies still face difficulties in obtaining accurate and efficient stock information. However, with the implementation of the designed accounting information system, PBSA pharmacy has faster and more accurate access to the information needed, switching from manual recording to a computer-based system.

Abstract

CV Istana is a business entity engaged in the sale of computer goods, printers, and computer accessories. Inventory recording is still done manually in this business. The problem that may arise in the business entity is having difficulty when recapitulating, resulting in the physical amount not being in accordance with the amount on the transaction evidence. System development using the warterfall method to produce purchase journals, sales, general journals, ledgers, inventory cards, and profit and loss reports. With this application, it can be presented effectively, efficiently, and accurately so as to help companies in knowing sales data, purchases, and available stock of goods and improving internal control.

Abstract

CV Hapri Jaya Perkasa merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa layanan konstruksi rental alat berat serta pengaspalan jalan dan menjual material aspal. Banyaknya permasalahan yang sering muncul pada sistem pencatatan penggajian pada CV Hapri Jaya Perkasa yang kurang efektif dan efisien disebabkan karena pencatatannya masih menggunakan cara manual, sehingga sistem pengendalian internal perusahaan dapat terpengaruhi. Seharusnya perusahaan ini menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian terkomputerisasi agar mempermudah proses pencatatan data, serta mengurangi risiko terjadinya kesalahan dalam perhitungan pencatatan penggajian. Tujuan laporan akhir ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam melakukan perhitungan pencatatan penggajian agar lebih efektif dan efisien di masa yang akan datang, sedangkan laporan akhir ini bermanfaat sebagai solusi untuk perusahaan dalam memproses perhitungan pencatatan penggajian secara otomatis. Pengumpulan data pada laporan akhir ini menggunakan metode primer dan sekunder, data primer diperoleh dari teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data sekunder yang diperoleh berupa sejarah singkat CV Hapri Jaya Perkasa, struktur organisasi, dan laporan penggajian CV Hapri Jaya Perkasa. Aplikasi ini menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic.

Abstract

Laporan akhir ini membahas perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan berbasis VBA Microsoft Excel pada CV. Luthfi Auto Service Palembang. Sistem persediaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti keterlambatan pencatatan, kesalahan data, dan kurangnya efisiensi dalam pelaporan. Melalui pendekatan berbasis teknologi, dirancang sistem terkomputerisasi menggunakan VBA yang mencakup fitur-fitur seperti login, input data pemasok dan produk, pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, serta pelaporan otomatis. Metode pencatatan persediaan yang digunakan adalah metode perpetual dengan penilaian FIFO, sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam SAK EMKM. Sistem yang disajikan ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses pencatatan, serta menghasilkan laporan yang lebih akurat dan dapat diandalkan. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat menjadi solusi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola persediaan secara efektif dan efisien.
