Abstract

Education management plays an important role in determining the direction of development of a nation. To achieve this, character education must be implemented in every world of a child's life, from the family to the school system. Cooperation between character education and educational curricula is needed to ensure that all children develop positive attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, this study aims to describe and understand education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior at SMP Quran Darul Fattah Lampung Selatan. This qualitative research method uses three different data collection techniques to obtain a more complete picture of the situation. The research location is in the Tanjung Sari sub-district, Natar sub-district, South Lampung. The results showed that the implementation of character education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior was based on planning objectively with clear and specific goals, having regular education programs, developing activities in the form of intra-curricular, extracurricular, guidance and counseling program activities with the aim of as the formation of student character education, improving student skills in humanizing practices and other skills. Determination of character education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior in the form of long-term and short-term programs carried out by example, direction, assignments, habituation, and the creation of an environment. This affects the character of students in the form of leadership, discipline, trustworthiness, sincerity and decency. These conditions support the creation of an environment that is a healthy and conducive learning environment, everything that is heard, seen, and suggested by students is an element of education.

Abstract

When doing a job, a person's style and motivation will show whether he works seriously or just pretends to. If you are responsible or not, etc. The views, expectations, and habits of the work group shape how a person lives and does their job. So, a person's work ethic can be changed by the work ethic of the group. The goal of this study was to find out how hard the principal of the Quran Darul Fattah High School in Bandar Lampung City's Rajabasa District works. This type of research is called "qualitative descriptive research." It is a method of research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and actors observed, directed from the background of the individual as a whole (holistic) without isolating individuals and their organizations in variables but looking at them as part of a whole. This study used different ways to collect data, such as interviews, observations, and written records. In this research, qualitative analysis is the method used to look at the data. Based on what was found in the analysis and discussion, the results of this study show that the work ethic of the Principal of SMA Quran Darul Fattah in the Rajabasa District of Bandar Lampung City is still getting better. It's clear from the improvements that have been made that the principal has worked hard, both in his own job and in trying to get his subordinates to improve. His discipline can be used as a model for improving the work ethic of the principal of Quran Darul Fattah High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City. The work ethic of the principal of the Darul Fattah Quran High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City keeps getting better, as shown by the indicators in the concept of a good work ethic. As a result, the principal's innovations at the Darul Fattah Quran High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City have become a breakthrough that helps schools get better at competing globally. Because schools should be a good example of how to teach good character, especially if everyone in the school, especially the principal, has a good work ethic.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to ascertain 1) The leadership style of the Principal of SD Negeri 006 Terpadu Kubang Jaya, and 2) How the Madrasa Head has implemented situational leadership to raise the professionalism of the teachers at SD Negeri 006 Terpadu Kubang Jaya. In this study, a qualitative approach is used to describe any research information that was gleaned from interviews, field observations, and documentation review. These methods are all aimed at elucidating the research's topic, and the data collected is then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This aims to address the issue with the principal's managerial style. The outcomes demonstrated that the leadership of the SD Negeri 006 Terpadu Kubang Jaya principal included leadership positions as educators, managers, administrators, and leaders in the field of education. In order to increase the professionalism of the teachers at SD Negeri 006 Terpadu Kubang Jaya, the madrasa head's situational leadership style is being put into practice. Part of this process involves organizing and formulating each teacher's role, specifically by deciding on that role based on the results of a meeting decision to do so. Additionally, building connections with teachers involves allowing for open dialogue with them and giving them opportunity to employ their full ability in assisting with student learning.

Abstract

Pembiayaan merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat menentukan terlaksananya, kegiatan di Lembaga Pendidikan yang selayaknya harus dikelola secara efektif, teratur dan terencana agar dapat dipergunakan secara benar, tepat sasaran, dan sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, serta solusi dalam manajemen pembiayaan Pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pengelolaan pembiayaan di sekolah ini melalui tahap pennganggaran, penggunaan anggaran, pencatatan, pelaporan serta audit keuangan. Kendala yang dihadapi ialah keterlambatan pencairan dana BOS. Dan solusinya ialah menggunakan uang spp siswa yang dibayarkan tiap bulannya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of an effective evaluation and monitoring system in improving the quality of teaching Islamic education in schools. The research method used was qualitative research with a case study approach, involving the participation of Islamic education teachers from several schools as respondents. The results of the study show that the implementation of an effective evaluation and monitoring system has an important role in improving the quality of teaching Islamic education in schools. The research findings highlight the importance of setting indicators for achieving clear and measurable goals, which include aspects of religious knowledge, understanding of Islamic concepts, application in daily life, Islamic attitudes and values, and practical skills. In addition, the development of a comprehensive evaluation tool is a key factor in the implementation of this system. Written tests, oral tests, projects, class observations, and student portfolios are used as evaluation tools that cover various types of assessments. Technology utilization also plays an important role, with the use of software and applications that support the efficient collection, analysis and reporting of evaluation data. Furthermore, the involvement of teachers in the evaluation and monitoring process has proven to make a positive contribution. Teachers can provide valuable input and feedback to improve teaching methods, as well as identify areas that need improvement in the teaching of Islamic education. By implementing an effective evaluation and monitoring system, it is hoped that schools can continuously improve the quality of teaching Islamic education. This research contributes to an understanding of the importance of holistic and sustainable evaluation in supporting the development of quality Islamic education that is relevant to the times.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the development of learning strategies that are in accordance with the learning paradigm in the digital era in the context of Islamic education. The focus of this research is to integrate the use of technology with Islamic values in Islamic education. The research method used is qualitative research involving students, teachers, and related human resources. The results of the study show that the integration of technology in Islamic education can increase interactivity, student involvement, and accessibility to learning resources. The use of online learning platforms, educational applications, and other digital resources provides opportunities to enrich student learning experiences. However, it is also important to ensure that the use of this technology remains in line with Islamic values. Therefore, learning strategies that integrate Islamic values with the use of technology are very important to maintain conformity with religious teachings. In addition, this research shows that the learning paradigm in the digital era encourages collaboration and independent learning. Learning strategies that involve group work, online discussions, and collaborative projects can increase student engagement and build their social competence. Providing opportunities for independent learning by utilizing digital resources can also strengthen students' independence in acquiring knowledge. Formative evaluation and effective feedback are also an important part of developing learning strategies in the digital era. Through online learning platforms, teachers can provide real-time feedback and identify student needs in a more timely manner. This helps improve student understanding and performance. Finally, this study emphasizes the importance of developing human resource professionalism in education management. Human resources need to attend relevant training and development to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to integrate technology with Islamic education. In order to maximize the benefits of using technology in Islamic education, there is a need for continuous efforts to develop relevant learning strategies, ensure the integration of Islamic values, and strengthen HR competencies in education management. Thus, Islamic education can develop according to technological developments and prepare students well to face challenges in the digital era

Abstract

This is because it will later become a bond of politeness in dealing with diversity within the Muslim body itself as well as the diversity of other parties. PTKIS as an educational institution as well as an institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion must contribute to spreading the value of moderation to its students through learning. Fiqh learning can be a forum for instilling the value of religious moderation by presenting the concept of problem-based learning which requires students to broaden their horizons widely and openly regarding the differences in Islamic law applied in society so that they are able to position themselves to be in the middle and act moderately in responding to the differences that arise.
