Abstract

Recruitment of employees within an organization is important because it has a function to gather the human resources in an organization, the growing technological advances have been demanding the company to apply the name of e-recruitment is the recruitment system that utilizes the Internet. There are some differences in this system than if the company applying traditional recruitment system, but the difference is not a problem because the company can obtain many benefits from this online system, the cost savings, ease of use for the candidate, the ease of use for the organization, increasing the speed of the recruitment process and success in finding a potential job candidates. Abstract

Penggunaan sistem informasi merupakan sebuah investasi yang pada umumnya tidaklah murah, oleh sebab itu guna mengetahui keberhasilan dari sistem informasi yang telah diimplementasikan maka sebuah evaluasi perlulah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian tesis ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi yang telah diimplementasikan. Salah satu bentuk evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi adalah dengan mengukur kepuasan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan dan Partisipasi Pengguna terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dalam memperoleh data dan informasi untuk dianalisis, dengan sampel sebanyak 38 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan Uji F untuk menguji kelayakan model dan Uji t digunakan untuk mengetahui signifikasi dari pengaruh variabel independen secara parsial terhadap  variabel dependen. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan dan Partisipasi pengguna berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini di bantu dengan software SPSS versi 21. Kata kunci :     Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas layanan, Partisipasi User, Kepuasan Pengguna, Sistem Informasi Operasional VSAT IP.

Abstract

The study focuses on some important things, namely to know the steps that must be implemented in building the Business Intelligence System is good and right on target, examine the right approach in building a Business Intelligence System in an organization, and understand the important aspects that must be considered in order Business Intelligence Systems development investment in the future successfully. The Business Intelligence System Development should be based on conditions and the real needs of the organization in achieving the desired performance level. If this condition occurs, then the decision-making process will be better and more accurate. The purpose of this study to determine the important aspects that must be understood and prepared to implement a Business Intelligence System in an organization. Abstract

Referring to the results of the World Summit on the Information Society council (WSIS), is a forum meeting / summit the leaders of these countries in the world in order to build the information society centered on the human, inclusive and development-oriented. That is said to realize a shared vision of the Information Society for ourselves and for future generations, that young people are the future workforce and the primary creators and early adopters of information and communication technology (ICT). Therefore they must be empowered as learners, developers, contributors, work, employers, and policy makers. This research aims to test whether the implementation of media-based learning e-learning can provide influence on student motivation and learning outcomes. The concept of the method used in this study is descriptive survey method. While the method of determination of respondents using structured random sampling method (stratified random sampling) with the number of respondents is 80 students. The variables used were learning motivation and learning outcomes as the dependent variable, while e-learning as an independent variable. While testing the hypothesis proposed in this paper by using data analysis techniques, namely SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated by using the AMOS program ver. 16. Keywords : E-learning, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes, SEM (Structural Equation Modelling)

Abstract

Sistem Komputerisasi Merupakan Salah satu elemen yang sangat penting di dalam suatu perusahaan, karena system komputerisasi dapat meningkatkan atau mempermudah proses kerja serta pelayanan.Pada saat ini proses yang terjadi di klinik medika siliwangi umumnya masih menggunakan system secara manual, sehingga di butuhkan suatu system yang dapat memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi seperti lambatnya pengecekan data dan pembuatan laporan. Maka penulis membuat suatu rancangan system yang terkomputerisasi mulai dari pendaftaran pasien baru, pembuatan kartu pasien dan transaksi dengan menggunakan program Visual Basic sebagai media untuk merancang system tersebut.Dengan sistem yang penulis buat diharapkan bisa diterapkan di Klinik Siliwangi sebagai alat untuk memecahkan kendala dari system yang masih manual. Kata kunci : Sistem Komputerisasi

Abstract

The use of information technology at this time is needed to support the company's business. PT. Tripakarta insurance is one of the companies that had implemented knowledge management systems on the IT helpdesk application online. This application’s function is to handle information need around insurance business or user’s complaint in related to questions, service, techincal support or complain about any  product  and service by system to make easier the searching of solving problem by team. By implementing knowledge management system in IT application Helpdesk, it should be measured priority scale measurement to understand the work of that application. In this research, the used method is descriptive analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Meanwhile, the collection data method is done by observation, library study and interview to the chosen sample by using purposive sampling method. This research wished can help company in choosing the best strategy in making decision  for developing IT helpdesk application and to increase human resource quality regarding to the related job with job performance.  Keywords: Information Technology, Knowledge Management System, IT Helpdesk Application, Priority Scale Measurement, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).
