Abstract

Computerized system is one of the most important elements in a company, because a computerized system can improve or simplify the process of renting and servicing. At this time the room rental process that is happening at the Teras Solo Guest House, is still using a desktop-based application system. Where that can mean compiling a new system to replace the old system or improve the existing system of systems in a company, so we need a system that can solve problems faced such as checking data and making tenant data reports can not be done online. So the authors make a computerized system design ranging from renting and leasing room transaction processes and making reports, using the PHP web base program as a medium for designing the system. With this system, the author is expected to be implemented in the Teras Solo Guest House as a tool to solve the constraints of a desktop-based system which cannot yet be accessed on-line.Keywords: Computerized Systems, Online Rentals

Abstract

Detection of computer informatics student competence is indispensable for anticipating students who have a very poor performance in following the learning process in an educational institution for the purpose of all educational institutions are creating a qualified student. It can be seen in the results of the 5th and 6th semester students who have gained employment. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Depok one vocational education institution founded to create a human being who has the ability / skills required by the company so that the concept is to offer education that have Link and Match. Competitors who have the same goals is one of the challenges to be faced by the agency so we need a solution to overcome it. One solution is the detection of computer informatics student competence of students. This can be done by using data mining techniques. One data mining techniques used are support vector machines (SVM). Support vector machine method is able to overcome the problem of high-dimensional, addressing the problem of classification and regression with linear or nonlinear kernel that can be the ability of learning algorithms for classification and regression, but the support vector machine has a problem in the appropriate parameters. To overcome these problems required method of decision tree as a comparison, for the selection of appropriate parameters. Several experiments were conducted to obtain optimum accuracy. Experiments using support vector machine and decision tree which is used to optimize the parameters C, and ε population. Training data used computer informatics student data from 2012 to 2014 academic year. The experimental results show the decision tree method of data that is equal to 92.50% with a ratio of 60 training data were compared with data vector machine that is equal to an accuracy of 92.56% and the second T-Test metod done that method has a probability value of < 0.05 which algorithm C4.5.Keywords: Detection, Competence, Support Vector Machine, Decision Tree

Abstract

The incidence of allergic diseases end - the end is increased in line with the changing lifestyle of modern society. Symptoms are mild terihat trivial and sometimes make a person do not assume that allergic diseases should be dealt with immediately or serious, in fact if the allergy is not treated properly and it is not known early it will lead to more severe complications of the disease such as asthma and sinusitis. Along with the advancement of technology today, there are many problems that can be solved with technology. One of them by developing an expert system application to identify early types of allergies in children aged 3-6 years, with the specification of the type of allergic rhinitis and allergic interiten persistent allergic rhinitis with fuzzy inference system mamdani models. In this study used input variables such as amount of symptoms, long the sneezing, as well as variable frequency output is the result of the diagnosis. Results from this study is the establishment of an expert system application using MatLab 2008a to identify at an early stage of allergies in children aged 3 – 6 years.Keywords: type of respiratory allergies, Allergic Rhinitis, FIS Method Mandani

Abstract

Scanning printed documents in the form of digital documents has become a necessity for many institutions and companies, as well as in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta. One document that is often onover the media, i.e. diplomas and transcripts. With an average number of graduates reaching 1,900 per year, certainly many documents must be transferred to provide and be filed well, but there is no application that can manage documents over media that have already been given file names and unstructured filing, so the files are it will be difficult to search again. Generally, official documents include a unique number as an identity with a certain code structure, such as NIM, diploma number and transcript number. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of document scanning results by utilizing optical character recognition techniques known as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on the unique number. The method used in this optical character recognition process is to use template matching correlation, which is a technique to get the highest value in the comparison of characters in input images, which have been segmented into letters and processed in binary image formats, and characters in template images. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype application using Matlab that can detect unique numbers in documents as a reference in filing files in the form of naming new files and placing them in the desired folder.Key words: documents, digital, template matching correlation

Abstract

The success of learning in a classroom that uses supporting media demands lecturer activity.  The level of activity of lecturers in class and using learning media such as Smartlecturer can be measured using a fuzzy logic approach. This study aims to measure the level of active lecturers using the approach, namely: Mamdani and Sugeno method. Stages of lecturer activity measurement by forming a fuzzy set, composition rules as many as 24 rules and the defuzzification process using the centroid method that produces the level of activity of each is low, medium and high. Based on 173 lecturer activity data, the results of the mamdani method low 66%, medium 31%, and high 3%. While the Sugeno method produces a level of activity low 75%, moderate 17%, and high 8%. Therefore, Mamdani method is more suitable for the calculation because the spread of results is relatively evenly distributed at each level. Key words: Lecturer, Fuzzy, Activeness, Mamdani, Sugeno

Abstract

Arfa Barbershop Depok adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha pangkas rambut pria. Arfa barbershop Depok masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengembangan usahanya karena sistem yang mereka gunakan masih terdapat kendala, sehingga akan memerlukan lebih banyak waktu untuk memberikan pelayanan jasa. Aplikasi yang akan dibangun merupakan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mendukung kasir untuk meningkatkan proses transaksi agar lebih baik dan cepat dengan menerapkan sistem baru. Dan Memudahkan admin  dalam mengelola laporan, Sehingga waktu dan kinerja menjadi lebih terkontrol dan teratasi. Tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui sistem barbershop di arfa barbershop depok dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan ini adalah melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan observasi langsung ke tempat yang menjadi objek penulisan. Hasil pengamatan yang diperoleh penulis dalam sistem barbershop di Arfa Barbershop Depok meliputi pengolahan data master service, kategori service, kasir, dan transaksi serta menginput data servis, sekaligus mengelola data servis. Kata Kunci : Perancangan, Sistem, informasi, Pembayaran, Barbershop

Abstract

Perusahaan merupakan suatu bentuk organisasi yang terdiri dari kumpulan orang pada masing-masing fungsi tugas dan tanggung jawab. Karyawan adalah komponen penting bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan karyawan dengan kemampuan kinerja yang sesuai untuk mewujudkan tujuan dari perusahaan. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sistem yang memudahkan bagian SDM untuk mencari calon tenaga kerja yang akan bergabung pada perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis berinisiatif untuk membuat suatu sistem pendaftaran calon tenaga kerja berbasis web. Dengan adanya pendaftaran karyawan secara online berbasis web diharapkan dapat mempermudah suatu perusahaan dalam mencari karyawan Kata Kunci : Perancangan, Sistem, Tenaga Kerja, Bumiputera
