Abstract

Abstract, This research was conducted at PT. Alam Permata Riau Sub-district Siak Hulu District Kampar, which aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity. In analyzing the data obtained from the object of research using descriptive and quantitative methods with the number of respondents 47 people, comparing the actual reality with theories that have a relationship with the problem in order to draw conclusions and tabulated in tabular form then analyzed according to research objectives. The results of the discussion can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity, this can be seen from the effect of work motivation indicators with employee work productivity indicators. It is known that the value of t count> t table (5.875> 2.014) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.050) so Ho is rejected, which means that work motivation has a significant effect on work productivity. It is also known that the R square (𝑅2) of 43.4% or 0.434 is used to determine the percentage of the influence of the independent variable (Work Motivation) on the dependent variable (Work Productivity). The R square means that work motivation contributes to changes in employee work productivity variables by 43.4% and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study. Therefore, it is expected that PT. Alam Permata Riau Sub- district Siak Hulu District Kampar to further increase employee motivation to achieve the work productivity expected by the company.

Abstract

Abstract : Humans are one of the important resources owned by an organization or company. Resources owned by an organization, especially human beings, are an asset that must be maintained and empowered in order to be able to provide maximum contribution to the development and growth of the company. Increasingly complex performance demands. It takes good management in managing existing human resources. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on employee work discipline at PT. Joey Sasmita Badge Pekanbaru Branch. The number of samples in this study were 49 people. From the results of the validity test, the whole statement items between the supervisory variable and the work discipline variable were declared valid because the rcount > rtable (0.281) was obtained. The results of simple linear regression obtained the value of Y = 7,296 + 0.720X. From the results of the partial test or t test, it is obtained that the value of tcount (12.833) > from the value of ttable (2.011) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the monitoring variable has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline variable. And the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.778 means the contribution or magnitude of the influence of supervision on work discipline is 0.778 or 77.8 % while the remaining 22.2 % is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstract : The research was conducted on the PT. Wahana Tata Griya project, namely residential Griya Savana Sukajadi 2 on Sukajadi Street Kampar district. This research study tostudy the Effect of Location on Decisions the purchase of Perumahan type 36 in PT. WahanaTata Griya Pekanbaru City. In analysing data obtained from research objects usingquantitative analysis and 45 respondents., using the SPSS program using simple linearregressons analysis method. From the regression results in this study, the following regressionequation can be know : Y = 11,358 + 0,657X, estimated value of 11,358, this value refers towhen the location variable ( variable X) is zero, then decision the purchase (variable Y) is11,358 while the value of b is 0,657, meaning that the compilation increase the value of the location variable ( variable X) by 1 (one) unit, then decision the purchase on (variable Y) will increase by 0,657 units. T value of 8,664. While the critical value according to the table with significance level 5% using the formula t table (α / 2; n-k) k=2 and n= 45-2 = 43 is 2,01669, because t count > t table then Ho is rejected. The importance of the influence of location variables on decisions the purchase variable. With the meaning of the word Hypothesis (Ha)accepted. Positive t value indicates variables require a direct relationship with decision the purchase at PT. Wahana Tata Griya Pekanbaru. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of63,6 or 63,6%. So it can be concluded that location variables by 63,6%. While the remaining36,4% (100%-63,6%).

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to analyze the implementation of the relationship betweendiscipline and teacher performance in SMA Negeri 01 Koto Kampar Hulu. By using a totalsample of 32 people. In this research, the writer used quantitative research method usingSPSS data processing system. From the results obtained, the r count variable of workdiscipline is 0.641 and the value of r table is 0.338. so that r count> r table (0.641> 0.338)and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it means that there is a positive and significantrelationship between the discipline variable and the performance variable. Finally, from thisstudy it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship betweendiscipline and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 01 Koto Kampar Hulu.

Abstract

Abstract : The development of small industries in Pekanbaru City has received enough attention from the government, remembering its very important role in achieving national development in the long term. This research took place in Pasar Bawah Kota Pekanbaru. This location was chosen because Pasar Bawah is a central market that sells used goods, especially used tires. In this study, sampling for respondents was carried out using the census method, from the used tire processing business unit in the down market of Pekanbaru city which was running well as many as 31 business units. In this study, the authors generally use data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Descriptive analysis is a research method that aims to collect and analyze data, both primary and secondary, which have a close relationship with the problem under study, to be interpreted descriptively in order to obtain a description of the problem under study, then compare it with theoretical knowledge to proceed with problems and possibilities. the solution. The results showed that this used tire business has prospects because, in terms of its feasibility aspect, using the three calculations, namely NPV, Net B / C, and IRR are declared feasible and profitable. Ownership of used tire business is generally private, the obstacles are still low management or good business processing, it still depends on the seasonality. The capital structure is not strong and access to banks is still minimal.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by employee performance from time to time that needs to be improved, so employees must be able to improve their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Supervision on the performance of the employees of the Technician Division of PT Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru Branch. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire of 34 employees. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing through t tests and analysis of coefficient of determination (R2) tests. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, which serves to prove the research hypothesis. Hypothesis testing using the Coefficients test obtained t count of 5.300 and also t table of 2.036 which means t arithmetic 5.300> t table 2.036 and also the level of significance is 0.00 <0.05 so that the results of this study are supervision has a significant effect on employee performance in the Division PT Trakindo Utama Technician Pekanbaru Branch. The influence of supervisory variable (X) on performance (Y) is positive as evidenced from the result of b = 0.726 which means that every increase in one unit of monitoring variables will be able to increase the performance variable of the PT Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru Branch Technician Division by 0.726 units. The value of the determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.467. This means that supervision contributes influence to the performance of the employees of the Technician Division of PT Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru Branch amounting to 46.70% while the remaining 53.30% is influenced by other variables outside the supervision variable.

Abstract : This research was conducted at Pekanbaru Photo Supply Terminal. This research was conducted proposal seminar. The population of this research is a customer in 2019 amounting to 68 people. Because the population is small, all populations are sampled or called total sampling techniques. So the sample in this study was 68 customers of Pekanbaru Photo Supply Terminal. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive quantitative method. Based on the results of data processing obtained that hypothesis testingwith t test there is a t count of 8.134meanst calculate = 8.134 >ttable= 1.66827 which means there is a significant influence between relationshipmarketing variableson Costumer Loyalty Terminal Photo Supply Pekanbaru. And based on linear regression equation there is a significant influence between RelationshipMarketing variableson Costumer Loyalty Terminal Photo Supply Pekanbaru. indicated by the determinant coefficient (R Square) value of 0.501 this means that relationshipmarketing's influenceon Costumer Loyalty is 50.1% while the rest is (100% - 50.1 = 49.9 %) influenced by other variables outside of this RelationshipMarketing variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was carried out in The Unit Pelaksana Teknis Latihan Kerja (UPT-LK) Region 1 of Riau Province. Does Education and training have a positive and significant effect on the competence of instructors in The Unit Pelaksana Teknis Latihan Kerja (UPT-LK) Region 1 of Riau Province? The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of education and training on instructor competence in The Unit Pelaksana Teknis Latihan Kerja (UPT-LK) Region 1 of Riau Province. The research methods are descriptive and quantitative. The population in this research are Instructors in the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Latihan Kerja (UPT-LK) Region 1 of Riau Province, which amounted to 42 people, while the total sample is the total population, so the number of samples is 42 people. Based on the Simple Linear Regression equations Y = 12,697 + 0,612X. Seen from the Constants of 12,697 means that if the value of independent variable X (education and training) is 0, so the value of dependent variable Y (competence) value is equal to 12,697. T value > t table (4.982 > 2.021) then Ho is rejected, it means there is a significant influence between education and training on competence. So it can be concluded that education and training affect the competence. It can be obtained the number of R Square (R2) of 0.383 or 38.3%. This shows that the percentage contribution, influence of the independent variable (education and training) to the dependent variable (competence) is 38.3%. While the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research.

Based on the background of the research presented above, the authors can formulate the problem in this study are the factors whether that affects sales Two rabbit tortilla snack products at PT. Grace Niaga Jaya Branch Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to knowing factors that affect sales product b circuit at PT. Victory Jayatama Abadi Pekanbaru. Data analysis in this research is done by using method descriptive and quantitative . Method descriptive that is data analysis with way decomposition theories contained in list library and connected with the data obtained from results research that will be collected, grouped and tabulated then taken conclusion. And methods quantitative with technique multiple linear regression. Samples taken in research this is numbered 55, h a sil research is seen from calculation obtained results from test_F from table above show Sig value. A total of 0,000 more small from 0.05%. Or value F hount amount 40.509 Meanwhile value F table could obtained ie N1 = k-1 (6-1 = 5) and N2 = n-k (55-6 = 49) then obtained value F table at N1 = 5 and N2 = 49 such that obtained value F table of 2.40. then could concluded that value F_hount (40.509)> F_table (2.40), so secara together variabel ability sales , conditions markets, capital, conditions organization and other factors have a significant effect to variabel sales biscuits value Adjusted R_Square of  0.785 means magnitude influence / contribution or contributions made variabel ability sales , conditions markets, capital, conditions organization and other factors amount 78.5 percent while the rest by 21.5 percent affected by other factors that are not sign in in research this.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  : This study aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the new tide division of PT. Telkom Access Pekanbaru. With a total of 34 respondents. In analyzing the data obtained from the object of this study using the Simple Linear Regression Analysis Method, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of leadership variables on employee performance in the new tide division of PT. Telkom Access Pekanbaru. This means that employee performance is strongly influenced by the leadership given. The results of the validation test, reliability test and normality test of all items were declared valid because Rhitung> Rtabel. The results of this study are the Simple Linear Regression Equation model Y = 3.031 + 0.923X. Based on the data in the t test where t count 13.534> t table 2.039 means that there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance in the new tide division. And the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.851 (85.1%) while the side (100% - 85.1% = 14.9%) is influenced by other variables outside the study.
