Abstract

This research was conducted in the research conducted at the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources in 2020. The purpose of research is know whether Work-Disipline  significant of the performance of an employee in the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources. Because motivation of the creation was make civil servants that they employ zealous in perform his her job so that have sent down blessed sheer terror of being conscious to obey regulation to achieve organizational goals .Population in this research is population in research it is a whole an employee of the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources of 126 employees in 2019 with a sample of 56 employees with a sampling method based on Insidental sampling. Based on the values t obtained t count of  6,589 while value t table was in 2,00488 which means t count = 6,589 > 2,00488,  then H0 turned down and Ha received is the Work-Motivation of the discipline of employees of the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources. The Work-Motivation of the discipline of employees of the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources of 44,6 % and 55,4 % influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research .The research showed that motivation work have had a positive impact and significant impact on the awareness of discipline of the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources. With the regression equation is linear simple as follows: Y = 13,038 + 0,712 X.  So this research to strengthen previous studies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of price discount on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, (2) the effect of the bonus pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community case study, (3) the effect of price discount and bonuses. pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, (4) the magnitude of the influence of price discount and bonus pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community case study. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the people of Padang City with a total sample of 96 people. Sample selection was done randomly using a questionnaire method which was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS which included t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.             The results showed that; (1) the price discount has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, it is shown from the value of t count = 4.234 > t table = 1.661 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05, ( 2) the bonus pack has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community Case study, it is shown from the t count = 4.621 > t table = 1.661 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05, (3 ) price discount and bonus pack have a joint effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, it is shown from the calculated F value = 62,063 > F table = 3.09 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05.    The magnitude of the influence of price discounts and bonus packs on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand in the case study of the Padang City Community is 57.2%, it is shown from the analysis value of the coefficient of determination, which is 0.572 or 57.2%.

Abstract

Abstract : Dividend policy is an important thing for the company, because it is a decision whether the profit or profit earned by the company at the end of the year will be distributed to shareholders in the form of dividends or held to increase capital for investment financing in the future, an important thing for the company. because the good or bad capital structure will directly affect the company's operations, including its funding. This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Assets on Dividend Policy in Food and Beverages companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. The sample obtained is 10 companies by using purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data and the research method used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that DER had no significant effect. This is shown from the t-test with the results of t-count 1.183 <1.697 and significant 0.247> 0.05. While ROA has no significant effect on t test results, t count -0.423 < 1.697 and significant 0.975 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination in this study is 0.52, meaning that 52% of the DER and ROA variables explain the Dividend Policy variable and the rest is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation towards employee performance at one of concrete company industry in Riau; PT. Semangat Hasrat Jaya Rimbo Panjang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Hasrat Jaya spirit of 32 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research used quantitative method and analyzed by simple linear regression. The result showed that the compensation has positive effect on employee performance. Based on  the results of research analysis found tcount is  7,633 while ttable is 2,042(7,633>2,042). Thus it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X) influences employee performance. Simple regression results showed Y = 34,902 + 0,173X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bX is positive. This shows that the independent variable if the equation is increased will cause an increase in the dependent variable. R Square results of 0.563 explain that employee performance is influenced by compensation of 56.3%.

Abstract

To attract consumers to make purchases, the company must be able to implement an appropriate marketing strategy in accordance with the market conditions faced. The success of a marketing strategy is influenced by several factors, namely market research and analysis, product decisions, pricing, sales promotion and distribution. This study examines how the influence of sales promotion on consumer decisions of Honda motorcycle credit service users at PT. Capela Multidana Pekanbaru Branch. Promotion is considered important because promotion is a form of communication and information between producers or product providers and the public or those who will consume the products they needFrom this research, the value of R2 or R Square is 0.310 or 31%. This value can be interpreted that changes in the value of Consumer Decisions are influenced by changes in the value of the Sales Promotion independent variable by 31% while 69% is determined by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru Asean Hotel located at Jl. Sudirman Pekanbaru. The research objective is to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of employees at Asean Hotel Pekanbaru. To know and analyze job satisfaction and organizational culture partial effect on the performance of employees at the Hotel Asean Pekanbaru and to identify and analyze which variables are the dominant influence on the performance of employees at Asean Hotel Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the research conducted by using the sample of 75 people, using Census. Data analysis method using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 20). Results of this study resulted in the simultaneous known that job satisfaction and organizational culture influence on the performance of employees at Hotel Asean. Partially known that job satisfaction and organizational culture influence on the performance of employees at Asean Hotel Pekanbaru. The result showed that the most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees at Asean Hotel Pekanbaru is the factor of quality of service. Recommendations can be the authors propose is Asean Hotel Pekanbaru should pay attention to employee satisfaction which is part of the demands of life, the sense of satisfaction to the task or job, satisfied with the boss and satisfied with co-workers will affect the feelings of employees and will further affect the implementation of the activity.

Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit this country, the public was again shocked by the fever of ornamental plants that began to become epidemic. This time it was not only women who were infected with flower fever or ornamental plants but also Adam. People are getting tired of staying at home or working from home. Day by day the demand for ornamental plants is increasing. In addition to the old traders who were busy fulfilling market demand, impromptu ornamental plant traders began to appear. Many people are starting to switch to the ornamental plant business. As time goes by, the number of traders continues to grow. But lately the group of ornamental plant hunters began to appear less. Both in parks that sell ornamental plants and in markets in Pekanbaru. Turnover of farmers or ornamental plant traders began to decline. However, the number of ornamental plant traders who enter the market is not decreasing but even increasing. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out what the future prospects of this ornamental plant business will be during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The formulation of the problem from this research is how the business prospects of ornamental plants are seen from the perception of "Alhuda Business Community". The population in this study were all members of the "Alhuda Business Community" which amounted to 73 people and all of them were used as samples or respondents with census techniques. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Abstract

This research was conducted at the civil servant in the field of school superviors at the Riau Provincial Education Office. The population in this study amounted to 35 people. The sample in this research was taken based on the cencus method. The sample in this study amounted to 35 people. In analyzing the data obtained from this study the authors used descriptive analysis methods and quantitative analysis using SPSS version 23.0. From the results of research with descriptive analysis it is stated that the respondent's response to the work stress variable is agree and the performance variable of civil servants is agree. Based on the results of research with quantitative analysis, it is known that job stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 22.529 + 0.556 X and the t test results obtained by the t-value for the work stress variable of 5, 009(more greater than t table 2.03452.) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. From the determination test, it is known that (R2) is 0.432. Which means that the job stress variable has an effect of 43.2% on the performance of civil servants in the civil service police unit of Pekanbaru City, the remaining 56.8% is influenced by variable faktors that are not examined

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of organizational commitment and supervision on the work discipline of employees of CV. Bintang Terang Pekanbaru with a total population and research sample of 41 respondents. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods as well as multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The average score for the overall organizational commitment variable statement was 3.87 and the Supervision variable was 3.90, meaning that both variables are in the GOOD class interval. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the value of t_count for organizational commitment and supervision was greater than t_table with a significance < 0.05 and an F arithmetic value > F table. Thus, Ha was accepted, meaning that organizational commitment and supervision on partially or simultaneously have a positive effect on Work Discipline of  employees CV Bintang Terang Pekanbaru . The magnitude of the influence of the two variables on work discipline is obtained from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.584 or 58.4% and the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for women's shoes with the Rohde brand at PT. Mahkota Jaya Sentosa Matahari Mall SKA Branch. By using a sample of 98 people. In this research, the writer uses incidental sampling research method using the SPSS method.  From  the  results  obtained,  the  variable tcount  of  brand  image is 5.484 and the value of ttable is 1.66088. so that tcount>ttable (5.484 > 1.66088) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said that the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In testing the coefficient of determination (R2), the value of R =0.582 means that the relationship between the independent variables on the purchasing decision variable is 23.9%, meaning a close relationship. The value of R square = 0.239 means that the influence of the independent variable (brand image) on the specified variable (purchase decision) is  23.9% and the remaining 76.1% is influenced by other variables that are not careful. Finallyfrom this study it can be said that the image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, so it is suggested to PT. Mahkota Jaya Sentosa Matahari Mall SKA Branch can improve brand image so that consumer purchasing decisions are even better to achieve company goals
