Abstract

The study was conducted at islamic boarding school Al Uswah of Pekanbaru. In analyzing data obtained from research objects using descriptive and quantitative methods, descriptive is to compare between actual facts with theories that have to do with problems in order to draw conclusions and tabulated in the form of tables and then analyzed according to research and quantitative objectives using statistical tools simple linear regression method to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (Y) with one independent variable (X).Then based on the test results on the work environment variable (X), using SPSS assistance obtained thitung of 6,830-. then compared to the table at a significant level a = 5%, which is equal to 2,036 can be seen that the t-count is greater than the table (6,830> 2,036). Thus it can be concluded that the variable X (work environment) significantly influences the performance of the teachers islamic boarding school Al Uswah of Pekanbaru. While the value of R. Square (R2) of 0.593 (59.30%) explains that the work environment influences the performance of islamic boarding school Al Uswah Pekanbaru amounted to 59.30%. While the remaining 40.70% depicts other independent variables not observed in this study

Abstract

The cornerstone of this study is that principals are also responsible for improving the quality of education, as set forth in the Basic Education Act No. 28 of 1990. This study aimed to determine whether the principal's oversight Does the principal influence teacher discipline at Dayun State Vocational High School 1 Dayun, Dayun County, Siak Regency. In this study, data was collected through questionnaires from 35 teachers. Quantitative analysis includes verification, reliability testing, and normality testing. Data analysis technique using a simple linear test, which is used to test hypothesis using t-test and deterministic test. From the results of data processing via SPSS, the number of t is 5,511, and from the percent distribution of t, the table t is 2,03 . While the table t count > t, and the significance level is also 0.000 andlt; 0.05. Therefore, the results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the principal's supervision has an influence on the work discipline of teachers at Bang 1 Dayun Vocational High School, Dayun District, Siak Regency. The relationship between the supervisor variable (X) and work discipline (Y) is positive, as evidenced by a regression coefficient of 0.532, which means that every 1% increase in the monitored variable will increase the work discipline variable. of teachers at Vocational School 1 Dayun School by 0,532. The value of the coefficient of determination (R squared) is 0. 79. Principal supervision had a 7.90% influence on teacher work discipline at State 1 Dayun Vocational High School, Dayun District, Siak Regency

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the most basic problem in determining the achievement of the goals of an organization in accordance with what has been set, but sometimes it can also be one of the obstacles in the development and development of an organization. Organizational commitment is an attitude of respect, respect, obedience, and obedience to the applicable regulations, both written and unwritten and being able to carry out them and not evading receiving sanctions if he violates the duties and authorities given to him. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch. The number of samples in this study were 34 employees. From the results of the overall validity test of the statement items between the organizational commitment variable and the performance variable, it is declared valid because the value of rcount > rtable (0.3388). The results of simple linear regression obtained the value of Y = 5.548 + 0.896X. From the results of the t-test, the tcount (7.982)> from the ttable value (2.03693) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 means that the organizational commitment variable has an effect on the performance variable. And the value of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.666, meaning that the contribution or the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on performance is 0.666 or 66.6% while the remaining 33.4% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to see the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction in a company. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, using a sample of the entire number of employees in the company as many as 35 people, and the analysis technique used is linear regression. It was found that the compensation variable prevailing in the company had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. While the magnitude of the effect given by compensation on job satisfaction is 33.7 percent, which is at the level of moderate influence. In conclusion, more attention is needed by the company on employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee satisfaction which will ultimately lead to the achievement of results or company performance.

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted at CV. XYZ Pekanbaru, having its address at Jl. Cipta Karya – Sialang munggu Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. Riau Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at CV. XYZ Pekanbaru. In addition, this study aims to complete the requirements for completing lectures at the Riau School of Economics (STIE-Riau). To achieve these objectives, research was conducted using a sample of 50 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results obtained t-count is greater than t-table (10.128 > 2.011). It can be concluded that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. XYZ Pekanbaru. The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.681 (68.1%) explains that the motivation variable contributes to employee performance at CV. XYZ Pekanbaru is 68.1%. While the remaining 31.9% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted are expected that the company pays attention to CV XYZ Pekanbaru to quickly adjust to the work environment because this gets the lowest response from respondents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on consumer decisions in buying a house type 42 Villa Arima Garden at PT Arima Karya Property Pekanbaru. From the results of the SPSS test, the t-count is 3.481 and also based  on the significance test table, the t-table is 2.022. From the two tests, it can be concludedthattcount(3.481) > t table (2.022). And also the significance level obtained is 0.01 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the price has a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying a house type 42 Villa Arima Garden at PT Arima Karya Property Pekanbaru. The value of R-square (Coefficient of Determinants) is 0.237.It can be concluded that the amount of price on consumer decisions in buying a house type 42 Villa Arima Garden at PT Arima Karya Property Pekanbaru is 23.70%. The relationship of price to consumer decisions in buying a house type 42 Villa Arima Garden at PT. Arima Karya Property Pekanbaru is negative as evidenced by the regression coefficient (b) of -0.34

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the morale of teachers at MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, normality tests, hypothesis testing through t-test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The results of data processing obtained that hypothesis testing with t test there is a t count of 3.989 and t table of 2.036 so that the hypothesis test in this study is t arithmetic 3.989 > t table 2.036 and also a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05 which means organizational culture significant effect on the morale of teachers MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru. The form of the relationship between organizational culture and the morale of the teachers at MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru is positive, as evidenced by the regression coefficient (b) of 0.517, which means that each increase in organizational culture by one unit will increase the morale of the teachers at MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru by 0.517 units. The value of R Square is 0.332. It means that the contribution of organizational culture to the morale of the teachers at MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru is 33.20%. While the remaining 66.80% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

: This research was conducted at SMK X in Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMK X in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all 36 teachers. The sampling technique in this study used the census method. The data analysis used in this study used quantitative methods. Based on the results of data processing carried out from the results of hypothesis testing with the t test, the t-count value (8.755) is greater than the t-table value (2.032), with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, which means leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMK X in Pekanbaru. For the coefficient of determination (R2) the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.693 means that the contribution or contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 0.693 or 69.3% while the remaining 30.7% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT “X” (Persero) Head Unit for Riau and Riau Islands, having its address at Jalan Musyawarah, Labuh Baru Barat, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on the work discipline of employees of PT “X” (Persero) Head Unit for Riau and Riau Islands Regions. The population in this study found 122 people with a sample of 56 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that the supervisory variable had a positive direction on work discipline, it can be seen in the simple linear regression equation, namely Y = 8.930 + 0.716X. And the supervisory variable has a significant effect on work discipline, namely the value of t_count 8.894 > from t_table 2.00488 or the value of Sig. < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment on performance is 59.4 percent while the remaining 41.6 percent describes other variables not observed in this study.
