INKLUSIF: Jurnal Pengkajian Penelitian Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that publishes scholarly research in Islamic law and legal science through interdisciplinary, contextual, and contemporary approaches. The journal provides an academic forum for the development of legal thought, legal reform, and practical legal analysis within Indonesian Muslim society and global contexts. The journal bridges classical and contemporary legal studies by welcoming normative, doctrinal, empirical, comparative, and socio-legal research. Its focus encompasses Islamic law, national legal systems, and contemporary legal issues arising from social, political, economic, technological, and environmental developments. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: Islamic Law and Its Contemporary Application Studies on Islamic criminal law, civil law, family law, economic law, Islamic constitutional thought, fatwas, religious courts, legal pluralism, and the application of Islamic law in Indonesia and other Muslim societies. Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Reform Research on criminal policy, law enforcement, corruption, restorative justice, victim protection, sentencing, penal reform, cybercrime, and contemporary challenges in criminal justice. Civil, Economic, and Business Law Studies on contracts, property, commercial transactions, consumer protection, Islamic finance, halal industry, waqf, zakat governance, MSMEs, corporate responsibility, and economic legal development. Constitutional, Administrative, International, and Human Rights Law Research on constitutionalism, governance, public administration, judicial review, state institutions, international legal norms, human rights, and the relationship between national and global legal orders. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe birth of a Village-Owned Enterprise has a connection with efforts to improve the social welfare of the community, namely the increase of all living conditions and the occurrence of a social balance of society both physically and spiritually.The results showed that, the legal basis for the establishment of a Village-Owned Business Entity in Indramayu Regency refers to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages supported by the Village Minister Regulation Number 4 of 2015 regarding BUM Desa and later revealed in the Regional Regulation of Indramayu Regency Number 4 2016 concerning the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises; The concept of empowerment in order to improve people's welfare, BUM Desa plays an essential role in it. The protection of society in the view of Islamic economics is not only measured only on matter but also non-material; Until 2017, in Indramayu Regency there were 299 Village-Owned Enterprises engaged in the trade, production and service sectors. Supported by available resources, including support from local governments, such as policies, funds, and operations; In the implementation of Village Owned Enterprises in Indramayu district, there were no significant problems. Nevertheless, several factors that hinder the management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Indramayu Regency include: inadequate village government policies, village social and political conditions and less effective coordination between commissioners and directors; Village-owned enterprises in Indramayu Regency make a positive contribution to improving the welfare of the Indramayu community, with the increase of income and purchasing power of the community both in the service sector, production and trade. Keywords: BUM Desa; Economy; Welfare, Society; Village ABSTRAK Lahirnya Badan Usaha Milik Desa memiliki keterkaitan dengan upaya meningkatkan kesejahteran sosial masyarakat, yaitu meningkatnya segala kondisi kehidupan dan terjadinya keseimbangan sosial masyarakat baik secara jasmani maupun rohani.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, dasar hukum berdirinya Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Kabupaten Indramayu mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa yang di dukung dengan Peraturan Menteri Desa Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 Tentang BUM Desa dan kemudian diturunkan pada Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Indramayu Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 tentang Pendirian dan Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa; Konsep pemberdayaan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, BUM Desa berperan penting didalamnya. Kesejahterakan masyarakat dalam pandangan ekonomi Islam tidak hanya diukur hanya pada materi, tetapi juga non materi; Hingga 2017, di Kabupaten Indramayu terdapat 299 Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang bergerak pada sektor perdagangan, produksi dan jasa. Hal ini di dukung oleh sumber daya yang tersedia, termasuk di dalamnya dukungan dari pemerintah daerah, seperti kebijakan, dana dan operasional; Dalam implementasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa di kabupaten Indramayu, tidak terdapat problematika yang berarti. Meskipun demikian, beberapa faktor yang menghambat dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Kabupaten Indramayu diantaranya: kebijakan pemerintah desa yang kurang tepat, kondisi sosial politik desa dan koordinasi antara komisaris dan direksi kurang efektif; Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Kabupaten Indramayu memberikan kontribusi positif bagai peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indramayu. <![CDATA[ ABSTRACT    The existence of Islamic boarding schools, in general, has two main capitals that can sustain their economic activities, namely capital in the form of land as an extensive resource and students labor which is a labor factor in the economy. The conclusions of this study that the economic management pattern applied by Al-Bahjah Cirebon is implemented through three management principles, namely planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Overall, the management of the Al Bahjah business unit is of good quality. All business unit managers are in goals integrated into one system; The implementation of the leadership style in the development of business units at the AL Bahjah was found in work practices or procedures and authority between the leadership structures that were still informal. At the Al Bahjah Foundation work patterns are divided based on fields such as education, endowments, and infrastructure, general and diplomacy, economics, media, and da'wah. The formalities in organization have been built so that the leadership pattern in the Al Bahjah Foundation can be said to be formal.Keyword: Management; Economy; Business; Al-Bahjah ABSTRAKKeberadaan pondok pesantren pada umumnya mempunyai dua modal utama yang dapat menopang kegiatan perekonomiannya, yaitu modal berupa lahan sebagai sumber daya yang luas dan tenaga santri yang merupakan faktor tenaga kerja dalam perekonomian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola manajemen ekonomi yang diterapkan oleh LPD Al-Bahjah Cirebon diimplementasikan melalui empat prinsip manajamen, yakni perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan dan pengontrolan. Secara keseluruhan, manajemen unit usaha LPD Al Bahjah memiliki kualitas yang baik. Seluruh pengelola unit usaha berada dalam tujuan yang terintegrasi dalam satu sistem; Selanjutnya, implementasi gaya kepemimpinan dalam pengembangan unit usaha di LPD AL Bahjah, ditemukan pada praktek-praktek atau prosedur kerja dan wewenang antar struktur kepemimpinannya yang masih berpola informal. Di Yayasan Al Bahjah pola kerja dibagi berdasarkan bidangnya yaitu bidang pendidikan, wakaf dan infrastruktur, umum dan diplomasi, ekonomi, media dan dakwah. Disinilah sesungguhnya telah terbangun formalitas dalam berorganisasi sehingga pola kepemimpinan dalam Yayasan Al Bahjah dengan begitu bisa dikatakan bertipe formal.Kata Kunci: Manajemen; Ekonomi; Usaha; Al-Bahjah ]]>

<![CDATA[ ABSTRACTThe Millah Abraham community, better known as Komar, is one of the religious groups in Islam that developed in Cirebon City, West Java. This group is considered to deny the Prophet Muhammad and deviate because he cultured Ahmad Mushaddeq as a prophet calling him the Al-Maw'ud based on the book he believed "The Holy Spirit". This deviation is sufficient for the MUI to declare this community a heretical sect. This study aims to trace who is the bearer and spreader of Komar's religious beliefs in the city of Cirebon. This study was conducted in Cirebon City with research subjects as victims of this understanding . This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques with various informants, observation and study documents. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTIbnu Khaldun in his masterpiece of Muqaddimah rationalizations led us to understand how organizations can fall or be led to decline, not so much due to the external forces at work but rather due to the internal forces, which in today’s management views is something within our control. Everyone within the organization should be given their due respect and worth so that they could work together to ensure the success of the organization. In this age and time, justice must be seen to be done in order to create an orderly and harmonious society. Ibn Khaldun pointed out correctly when he compared and contrast the marked difference between the simple and pastoral life of the Bedouins and those of the sedentary society of whom the latter’s decline was due to internal factors such as greed and excesses that led to their decline and eventually the downfall of the Muslim empires. In the end of the day, based on Ibnu Khaldun’s thougts, this study is potentially useful to increase knowledge about the contribution of Islam in Islamic economic institution management. This will be an important reference source for those who learn Islam and management for those who will conduct further research in this field.Keyword: Islamic economic institutions; empowering; HRM.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study seeks to reveal the role of Husnul Khotimah Islamic boarding school domiciled in Manis Kidul village, Jalaksana District, Kuningan District, West Java, in relation to empowering the surrounding community especially in the field of creative economic empowerment because it is no secret that the role of Islamic boarding schools is known only in terms of education. especially religious education. With the economic role carried out by the Husnul Khotimah Islamic boarding school, especially by the Economic Division, as an extension of the foundation in managing pesantren-owned business units, it is expected to create new jobs for pesantren residents and surrounding communities and increase the pesantren's financial cash income that can help Operational funds for the administration of education and the construction of Islamic boarding schools in the future. Keywords: Islamic Boarding School; Community Empowerment; Creative Economy ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap peran pondok pesantren Husnul Khotimah yang berdomisili di desa Manis Kidul Kecamatan Jalaksana Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat dalam kaitannya memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar khususnya dibidang pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif karena bukan rahasia umum bahwa peran pondok pesantren selama ini yang dikenal di masyarakat hanya dalam hal pendidikan saja utamanya pendidikan agama.
