Hasil dari kajian-kajian tersebut memerlukan media ilmiah untuk diketahui khalayak sebagai publikasi ilmiah, termasuk merupakan ”branded” yang menunjukkan kuantitas dan kualitas suatu perguruan tinggi. Abstract

This research aims to discover the socio-economic contribution of Melasti Beach to the local community of Ungasan Village. This research was conducted at Melasti Beach, Ungasan Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency. The scopes of this research are the involvement of the local community and the socio-economic contribution. Data collection techniques used in this research included observation, interview, and documentary methods. The technique of informant determination used is purposive sampling. A descriptive qualitative method is used to analyze the data. The stages of data analysis commenced with data collection, subsequently data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. The study uncovered that the presence of Melasti Beach results in various benefits to the socioeconomic life of the local community in Ungasan Village. Melasti Beach contributes to the local community by providing new job dan business opportunities, increasing income, escalating locals’ prosperity, and family education investment. To maximize the socio-economic contribution of Melasti Beach, the management is required to intensify local community involvement by striving to vary more job and business opportunitiesfor the locals in every possible way. Abstract

Cijeungjing Village has great potential to be developed into a tourism village, which is through the development of agro-tourism in the Dates Farm. The uniqueness of the date palm is very rarely found in Indonesia. The Dates Garden in Cijeungjing Village also has another added value because it is located on the tourism crossing between Bandung City and Pangandaran Regency. However, the geographical advantage and potential of the Dates Garden owned by Cijeungjing Village has not been exposed because it has not been managed as a tourist destination. This study aims to developed the Dates Farm as a tourist attraction in Cijeungjing Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method and a SWOT analysis to get a comprehensive picture of the potential and development strategies in the Cijeungjing Dates Farm. The results showed that various potential attractions were owned, such as date palm farm, food farm, animal farm, and the Cileueur River. This area is also easy to reach and has several facilities such as study centers and residences. Therefore, there is a need for strategies to develop the Cijeungjing Date Palm Farm. First is by packaging agronomic activities into agro tour packages. Second, utilizing digital media to increase promotion. Last, apply the principles of sustainable tourism by collaborating with the community and building a circular economy. Hopely that the development of agrotourism in the Cijeungjing Date Palm Farm can encourage Cijeungjing Village to become a tourist village. Abstract

Coal Village is geographically located at the eastern end of West Manggarai Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of tourism on the socio-economic conditions of the local community in Coal Village. The research method used is qualitative the types of data in this study are qualitative and quantitative data and the data sources used are primary data and secondary data with the technique of determining the informant used is a purposive sampling technique. Techniques of data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that the development of tourism had a positive impact on the socio-economic life of the community such as new job opportunities, an increase in income, and investment in education, but the impact of tourism activities was only felt by some of the people who involved in tourism activities in Coal Village. Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the potential of sharia tourism in Indonesia to develop the economy of the people (society), especially the Muslim community. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data were obtained through various literature related to sharia tourism, both from previous journals, books, and news articles. Researchers look for relevant sources and then process and analyze these sources themselves to become a systematic thought or result. The main results of the study are that sharia tourism has great potential as part of the tourism industry in Indonesia, which is a large center for sharia tourism in the world because it has natural resources and human resources that support it, namely natural beauty, cultural diversity, and the world's largest Muslim population. , sharia tourism can contribute to improving the economy of the Muslim community (community) in particular and improving the country's economy in general. Abstract

Ubud as the center of tourism activities in Gianyar district, you can easily find various types of tourist attractions and tourism supporting facilities. one of them is a restaurant. Ubud was named one of the best cities in Asia by Conde Nast Traveler in 2013, at that time Ubud achieved the highest score based on indicators of atmosphere, art and culture, lodging, restaurants, sites, people's friendliness, and shopping facilities. One of the components that support Ubud in winning the award is the restaurant criteria. Based on the study above, the authors are interested in studying the motivation and determinants of millennial tourist motivation for local culinary tours in Ubud. Data collection used a questionnaire with a scale of 5. The number of samples was determined by quota sampling with predetermined respondents being searched accidently. Data analysis technique using confirmatory factor analysis. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the motivation of millennial tourists in choosing local culinary as an attraction in Ubud is mostly driven by emotional motivation where purchases made by consumers are based on feelings and pleasures that can be captured by the five senses, and if this is done it will increase status their social. This is reflected in the answers of respondents who feel proud when they enjoy the culinary dishes offered in Ubud and feel happy with these culinary dishes. The motivating factors that determine millennial in choosing local culinary as a tourist attraction in Ubud, Gianyar Regency are factor 1 is the convenience and practicality factor, factor 2 is service, factor 3 is product and factor 4 is location and price. The four factors that determine millennial motivation in choosing local culinary offerings in Ubud, Gianyar Regency, have an influence of 65.64%. Abstract

The successful development of a tourist village can be achieved through the active participation and collaboration of all related stakeholders. Each stakeholder has certain roles that should be fulfilled in the process of developing and improving the village's potential. Belumbang Village, which was inaugurated as a tourist village during the COVID-19 pandemic, faces challenges in its development. This research aims to identify the existing conditions of tourism and analyse the role of stakeholders in the development of Belumbang Tourist Village. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, literature review, and interviews with stakeholders who are involved in the development of Belumbang Tourist Village. The results showed that most of the stakeholders have fulfilled their roles, but it has not been done optimally. Furthermore, several issues were identified, namely the uncertainty regarding the village regulations which regulates tourism activities in Belumbang Village, limited budget for the tourism development, lack of knowledge and awareness of tourism within the local community, and also an inactive partnership between stakeholders in terms of Belumbang Tourist Village development. Abstract

The development of a tourism village based on a combination of natural, cultural, and creative tourist attractions has made creative economic activities in Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency a major tourist attraction. The research aims to look at the process of developing a creative economy tourism village in OKI Regency by analyzing the selection of potential tourism village development sites, analyzing the assessment of the tourism village category, and analyzing the needs of tourism village development. The research method uses qualitative research in the form of primary data collection (observations, surveys, and interviews), and secondary data collection from various institutional and literary sources. The analytical method uses data analysis, scoring, and weighting techniques. Respondents in the study were 13 informants from district governments, village/kelurahan offices, community groups, business managers, business owners, craftsmen, and artists. The results of the analysis of the selection of locations for the development of tourism villages based on the creative economy are that there are 10 villages/kelurahan with high scores. The results of the assessment analysis for the creative economy tourism village category are on average in the productive and innovative village category, with a component rating level on a medium scale. So the priority is handling and improving the components with low and medium scale, namely the components of human resources, assistance and collaboration, institutions, infrastructure, digital technology, and finance. Abstract

To develop a village into a well develop tourism village need a good quality of human resources. Empowerment is one of the best solutions to make local people join in the process of tourism activities. As a tourism village, Undisan need to have support from local people to make the village flourist. To give the best service and to make Undisan to next level people need to be educated about tourism. The purpose of this research’s to identified empower local communities in Undisan Tourism Village. Primary data sources and secondary data sources were used this study. To collect the data for this research were using three techniques. Purposive sampling technique is used to choose the informants. To analyse the data using qualitative analysis data. To help in analyzing data in this research using concept empowerment, local communities, rural tourism. The conclusion from this research is Undisan village already have good empowerment for local people. Eventhought already raach the third stage, all stage was not fully operational. Abstract

There is limited literature that examines villages in the perspective of destination attractiveness. The purpose of this research is to 1) describe the tourism potential of the village; 2) analyse the role of stakeholders in promoting the village as a tourism destination; 3) describe the steps or efforts to develop the village as a tourism destination from the perspective of destination attractiveness. A qualitative approach guides the author in analysing the attractiveness of destinations in Hila village. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and literature studies in April 2022. The results showed that Hila village has natural and cultural potential to become a destination product. However, local stakeholders tend to only focus on Amsterdam as a rural tourism icon. Local organisation (Pokdarwis) as rural tourism manager faces challenges in carrying out the duties and roles of destination managers, including integrating elements of destination attractiveness. This study outlines the urgency of destination attractiveness in managing it as a tourism destination. This research contributes to strengthening the concept of destination attractiveness as a strategy for managing natural and cultural potential through packaging potential into tourism destination products. Destination attractiveness can be an effective strategy if Pokdarwis, the government and the community become integral to developing rural tourism. This research fills in the tourism literature on analysing tourist villages and implementing practical steps for managing destinations from the perspective of destination attractiveness.
