Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors are affecting the sales increase in the production of wall paint brand Envi PT Indaco and what factors most dominant influence. The hypothesis of this study is suspected factors that affect the sales increase in the production of wall paint brand Envi PT Indaco is a factor of promotion mix. Sources of data in this research is secondary data obtained from PT Indaco and primary data obtained from questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and test of absolute difference. The results showed that the promotion mix negatively affect purchasing decisions. The product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. The quality of the product does not moderate promotion mix on purchasing decisions.Keywords: promotion mix , product quality , purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work ability, work environment and job satisfaction on employee productivity PT. Ratio Karunia Mulya Garment Karanganyar. Sample size of 100 respondents defined using census method. As independent variables, namely the ability to work, work environment and job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is employee productivity. The analysis used include validity, reliability test, descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, significance testing and hypothesis testing. Questionnaire data were analyzed using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) so that it can be seen that there is a simultaneous significant influence between variables work ability, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT. Ratio Karunia Mulya Garment Karanganyar, but no significant effect variables employability and job satisfaction on employee productivity. No significant influence on the work environment variables on labor productivity of the research looked primarily at the cleanliness of the work environment indicators.Keywords: Ordinary Least Square, Job Satisfaction, Work capacity, work environment, work productivity

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To determine and measure the impact of the effect of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially on customer satisfaction financial institutions BMT Insan Kamil Solo. 2) To determine and measure the impact of the effect of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously on customer satisfaction financial institutions BMT Insan Kamil Solo. Data needed in this research is the primary data in the form of respondents' assessment of the assessment dimensions of service quality and customer satisfaction. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that: 1) There is the influence of the physical evidence, kendalan, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially on customer satisfaction institute noted that financial BMT Insan Kamil, 2) There is the influence of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously on customer satisfaction noted that financial institutions Insan Kamil Solo. Judging from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) which has a positive value of 0,851, indicating that consumer satisfaction of customers of financial institutions BMT Insan Kamil Solo explained by physical evidence/tangibles, reliability/reliability, responsiveness/responsiveness, assurance/ assurance, and empathy/empathy of 85,1% and the remaining 14,9% describe their free variation that are not observed in this study.Keywords: Dimensions of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.PENDAHULUANBanyaknya lembaga keuangan yang ber-diri menjadikan konsumen dihadapkan pada banyak pilihan akan produk lembaga keuang-an yang ditawarkan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurship intentions 2) the effect of entrepreneurship motivation on student’s entrepreneurship intention, and 3) the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurship intenton with on the entrepreneurship motivation as a moderating variable. This study is a survey. The study population were students of the Faculty of Economics Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta in years 2012 and 2013. The research sample 59 used purposive sampling then used proportional cluster random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data were analyzed using the research instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F, coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics has significant effect on student’s entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship motivation has significant effect in students influence the entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship motivation does not moderate effect of on entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurship intention.Keywords: entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze: 1) )the influence of work environment to job satisfaction, 2)the influence of leadership to job satisfaction. This research is survey research. Primary data obtained from questionnaires to 40 respondents and performed analyzes with SPSS, with the results all questionnaires are valid and reliable. The data analysis using with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and R total. The result showed that: 1) work environment significantly to job satisfaction 2) leadership influence significantly to job satisfaction.Keywords: work environment, leadership, and job satisfaction

Abstract

The object of this study is to determine the significance effect of Brand Image on smartphone Samsung buying decisions; Positive Word of Mouth influences on smartphone Samsung buying decisions; Positive Word of Mouth influences on the moderation of Brand Image to the smartphone Samsung buying decisions. The population of this study was the Economics Faculty students, University Slamet Riyadi Surakarta using smartphone Samsung, by employing 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires instrument through the stages of testing of validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression used classical assumption. Data were analyzed using double linear regression analysis and absolute difference. The results showed that Brand Image significantly influences on smartphone Samsung buying decisions made by students of the Economics Faculty, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta; Positive Word of Mouth is not significant influence smartphone Samsung buying decisions made by made by students of the Economics Faculty, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Positive Word of Mouth is not moderate the Brand Image of the smartphone Samsung buying decisions made by students of the Economics Faculty, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta.Keywords: Brand Image, Positive Word of Mouth, buying decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to gain an understanding of the influence of leadership behavior camat on the motivation of employees working in the district of Boyolali Cepogo and determine the influence of leadership behavior camat on the motivation of employees working in the District Cepogo Boyolali. The results of the analysis describes the motivation of employees working in the District Cepogo where the motive factors (impulse) is the highest of 105,7 aspect, this suggests that in increasing the motivation of employees working in each run the tasks assigned by management to provide the best possible service to community. Application of leadership behaviors camat oriented tasks, relationships, and changes that take place at the District Office Cepogo has been quite good, but not optimal. There is a strong influence and significant correlation between leadership behaviors camat on the motivation of employees working at the district office Cepogo District which is indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient of R = 0,858 and the coefficient of determination (R Square) which showed that motivation of employees affected by the behavior of the leadership of camat by 73,7% and the remaining 26,3% were caused by other factors not examined.Keywords: leadership, work motivation

Abstract

Along with the development of modern society characterized by advanced technology, the existence of the art of classical dance began to marginalised by contemporary art and culture. One of the efforts to preserve the art and culture of classical dance, the producer of the film and television industry is starting to give the access the classic dance art event in the film and television program. The method used with the approach of learning by doing. The method is intended to involve the active participation of the entire members of the target group in the overall process of film making tutorial classical dance at both the pre production process, production and post- production processes. All the actors and crew involved in the making of the film is taken from a member of the Pokdarwis team consists of the same shared IbM. Abstract

Companies that already gone public can conduct a limited public offering (right issues) if you want to add funds. This is achieved so that the risk of corporate debt can be lowered, and can increase stock returns. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of proceeds from the rights issue to the return earned by shareholders priors to the economic crisis compared during the economic crisis. The research data was obtained from company documents right issue at the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) in 1996 – 1998, with a total sample of 18 companies that the right issue in 1996 – 1998. The sample taken is a company that was preceded by rights issues without warrants, convertible bond or share dividend. Each industry group represented only one company only by relying on the most activity. Then the samples were grouped into 14 companies that the rights issue before the economic crisis and the four companies that the right issues during the economic crisis. The result showed that the average return of the stock before the company’s right issues has increased during the economic than before the economic crisis. While the average return of the stock after the company’s rights issue was not increased during the economic crisis than before the economic crisis.Keywords: go public, the rights issue, stock return, economic crisis
