Abstract

The research was conducted at Kerjo Sub-Branch Bank Jateng. The population in this study is Bank Jateng Customer Employment Branch, which amounts to 1,264 customers. The sample used was 10% of the total population of 126. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, and accidental sampling. The technique of collecting data uses a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5 (five) points. To prove the hypothesis, Path Analysis is used, while Sobel Test is used to test the mediating variable. The results of the study prove that: service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Kerjo Sub-Branch Bank, the corporate image variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Kerjo Sub-Branch Bank Jateng customers, customer satisfaction variables have a significant effect on Kerjo Bank Branch customer loyalty, service quality variables significant effect on customer loyalty of Kerjo Branch Bank Central Java Bank, corporate image has a significant effect on customer loyalty of Kerjo Branch Bank Jateng, customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of corporate image on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, and work culture on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as an ASN mediating variable at the Department of the Environment of Ponorogo Regency. Specific objectives are to test and analyze: (1) the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) work culture on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, (4) the influence of work culture on organizational commitment, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (6) job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, and (7) job satisfaction mediates the influence of work culture on organizational commitment. The population in this study were all ASN Ponorogo Regency Environmental Services as many as 89 people. In this study using the census method. This research data is primary data by filling out the questionnaire by respondents. After the data has been collected, an instrument test consisting of the validity test and the reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Then the t test, F test, R2 test, hypothesis test are performed. analysis techniques using linear regression, descriptif analysis, and path analysis.The results showed that 1) the influence of positive and significant leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) the influence of positive and significant work culture on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of positive and significant leadership style on organizational commitment, (4) the influence of positive work culture and significant on organizational commitment, (5) positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (6) job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, and (7) job satisfaction mediates the influence of work culture on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of the influence of workplace leadership and work discipline compensation on the performance of the Ponorogo district health office employee data collection in the form of questionnaire answers as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples as many as 74 employees with the sampling method using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, the hypothesis test, the F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The regression calculation results show that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the district health office in Ponorogo. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0,05. While compensation and leadership have insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the Ponorogo district health office. This is indicated by the significant probability value > 0,05.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine the significant effect between perceived usefulness towards behavioral intention to use, perceived ease of use towards behavior intention to use, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use simultaneously and together towards behavioral intention to use BRI digital banking at BRILink agents of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Magelang branch office with 121 people as sample. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are obtained the results of the validity test is perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention to use was valid. Reliability test results show reliable, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, normality test passed the test. Conclusion of the study perceived usefulness has effect towards behavioral intention to use BRI Digital Banking, perceived ease of use has effect towards behavior intention to use of BRI digital banking, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use simultaneously and together has effect towards behavior intention to use BRI digital banking.

Abstract

It has purpose to analyze the significance of organizational commitment and leadership style on work motivation as a mediating variable in the district inspectorate of Ponorogo. The benefits of practical research can be a consideration in management decision making in the future examinations and academically can increase knowledge, especially about the development of human resources. The sample is amounted to 39 respondents from a population of 39 civil servants with the calculation of the number of respondents using the technique taken from the entire population. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational commitment on work motivation and job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on civil servants work motivation in the district inspectorate of Ponorogo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of work discipline, motivation, organization climate, compensation on performance. of non fungsional employees at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency.Data collection in the form of answers to the questionnaire as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples were 55 non-functional employees with a sampling method using saturated sampling. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, F test, and coefficient of determination test.Regression calculation results show that motivation and discipline have a significant effect on the performance of nurses at Dr. Harjono S Hospital, Ponorogo district. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0,05. While the compensation and organizational climate have no significant effect on the performance of nurses at Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. This is indicated by the significant probability value > 0,05.

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers of Zinc Chromate Syncro paint products that have moved from competitors' Zinc Chromate paint products. The number of samples determined was 100 respondents, using the sampling technique non-probability sampling, by means of purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis is done by multiple linear regression using the SPSS software program. Data has been analyzed to meet the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test. Based on the analysis that has been used, several conclusions are drawn when processing multiple linear regression. This study fulfills the validity, reliability, and is free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and passes the normality test. The regression equation obtained, the dependent variable that has the most significant value is consumer dissatisfaction. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the variables of consumer dissatisfaction, competitor advertisements and the behavior of looking for variations, shows these variables significantly influence the decision of brand displacement. Whereas the f test showed significant < 0.05. This means that consumer dissatisfaction variables (X1), competitor advertisements (X2) and variations seeking behavior (X3), have a positive effect and together have a significant effect on brand switching behavior (Y). The coefficient of determination is obtained by the adjusted R Square value of 53.1%. That is, brand displacement decision variables can be explained by the presence of consumer dissatisfaction variables, competitor advertisements, and variations seeking behavior, while the remaining 46.9% can be influenced by other variables, such as prices, promotions, product attributes and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, stress, leadership gays and work environment on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of motivation, stress, leadership style and working environment factors on the performance of the state civil service. To analyze employee performance in reflecting influence of motivation, stress, leadership style an working environment factors on the performance of the state civil service. This study uses survey methods, the type of data used is quantitative, using approach aimed at testing hypotheses, the source of the data used are primary data. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of population and Civil Registration in Ponorogo Regency amounting to 64 people, the number of samples used was 50 employees, because the number of objects is less than 100 people so this research study is population study. This research was conducted by question. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test. The conclusion of the study is: (1) hypothesis which states that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance is not proven true, (2) hypothesis which states that work stress has a significant effect on employees is not proven true, (3) hypothesis which states that the leadership style has a significant effect on employees is proven to be true, (4) hypothesis which states that work environment has a significant effect on employees is not proven true.

Abstract

This study discusses the significance of: (1) product quality on Waffellio Franchise customer loyalty in Surakarta, (2) taste towards Waffellio Franchise customer loyalty in Surakarta and (3) price on customer loyalty of Waffellio Franchise in Surakarta. This research is a survey method with Waffelio Franchise customers in Surakarta, with an infinite number of participants, 97 customers have been added in 17 years, and have become waffelio consumers at least ever buying a waffelio product at least 3 (three) times . Data were analyzed using instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that: (1) Positive and significant product quality variables on customer loyalty in Waffelio Franchise in Surakarta (2) Positive and significant taste variables on customer loyalty in Waffelio Franchise in Surakarta (3) Positive and significant price variables on customer loyalty at the Waffelio Franchise in Surakarta.
