Abstract

ABSTRAK Persaingan industri otomotif menjadi semakin pesat dewasa ini, membuat perusahaan otomotif dunia berlomba-lomba untuk dapat memperluas pangsa pasarnya termasuk di Indonesia. Menghadapi persaingan ini, perilaku konsumen menjadi fokus utama dari strategi perusahaan otomotif dunia ini, karena dengan memahami perilaku konsumen tersebut perusahaan selain termotivasi untuk memproduksi produk terbaik juga akan memenangkan, memperluas pangsa pasarnya dan menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, brand trust, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota All New Yaris pada PT.Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis reegresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image, Brand Trust dan Kualitas Produk secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata Kunci : Brand Image, Brand Trust, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Pendapatan Asli Daerah merupakan penerimaan dari pungutan pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain. Pajak restoran, pajak reklame, dan pajak penerangan jalan termasuk di dalam pajak daerah. Restoran, reklame dan penerangan jalan merupakan sektor potensial dalam peningkatan efektivitas penerimaan pajak dan kontribusi yang diberikan dapat memacu pembangunan ekonomi  Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dan kontribusi pajak restoran, pajak reklame, dan pajak penerangan jalan terhadap PAD Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu menganalisis data realisasi pajak restoran, pajak reklame, dan pajak penerangan jalan dari tahun 2010-2014. Hasil penelitian Secara keseluruhan Tingkat efektivitas  penerimaan pajak restoran, pajak reklame, dan pajak penerangan jalan pada tahun 2010-2014 sangat efektif. Penerimaan pajak restoran, pajak reklame, dan pajak penerangan jalan pada tahun 2010-2014 memberikan kontribusi yang baik terhadap PAD. Pimpinan DISPENDA sebaiknya berkomitmen pada target yang akan dicapai di setiap tahunnya, serta berupaya untuk meningkatkan kontribusi pajak restoran, pajak reklame, dan pajak penerangan jalan bagi pendapatan daerah. Abstract

ABSTRACT Drinks industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Cafés/bars or coffee house industries continued to expand by opening more new outlets towards the end of the review period. Purpose of this study are to determine the influence of Perceived Value And Attitudes Toward Consumer Purchase Intention to Billy Coffe House customer at Mega Smart area Manado. This research has conducted on June 2015. The results shows perceived value and attitude has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention on Billy Coffee House at Mega Smart Area in Manado City. Attitude has the first dominant variable that impact to purchase intention. Perceived value has the second dominant variable that impact to purchase intention. Suggestions, Billy Coffee House must improve the marketing strategy faced coffee house competition in Manado City. Billy Coffee House in Mega Smart Manado must focus on internal customer to increase purchase intention in Billy Coffee House business. Keywords: perceived value, attitude, purchase intention

Abstract

ABSTRACT Price Discount has a negative influence on perceptions of quality. Perceptions of quality can be explained using self perception theory, one type of attribution theory which describes how consumers explain events. If a consumer purchases a product on discount they often "attribute" the fact that it was on discount because it is a poorer quality product. For example, a retail store business might offer discount pricing on all of its apparel items for a limited time period in order to attract new customers and boost sales. This study aims to find out the influence of price discount and store image on consumer purchase intention in Freshmart Superstore Manado. The multiple regressions analysis has used to analysis the data. 100 respondents of Freshmart Superstore Bahu Manado had randomly chosen as samples. The results shows: Price Discount and Store Image have significant influence on Consumer Purchase Intention in Freshmart, partially and simultaneously. Abstract

ABSTRACT Human resources is important factor for public organization and private organization because human resource is crucial to realizing the organization's success in achieving the goals. The study aims to reveal the impact of working environment to the employee performance. The study was conducted at PT Bank Artha Graha International Tbk, Manado Branch Calaca. All the bank employees (30 employees) were used as respondents. This research is a causal research and the data are gathered from using questionnaires and used multiple regression analysis. The results show all variable have a significant influence on employee performance simultaneously. However in partially, only the employee welfare has significant influence on employee performance, while the others variables have no significant. The firm should give more attentions to the employees, in order to raise their working motivation in this bank. Keyword: work environment, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Industri telekomunikasi seluler merupakan industri yang paling berkembang saat ini dan melibatkan banyak pihak, baik dari pelaku bisnis sampai pada konsumen. Perusahaan seluler memerlukan cara yang kreatif untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Iphone termasuk Handphone yang memiliki harga paling mahal di kelasnya, namun minat masyarakat cukup tinggi bahkan terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi kualitas, motivasi dan sikap konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian Iphone di ITC Manado, penelitian ini menggunakan Metode asosiatif dengan teknik Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan sampel berjumlah 100 orang. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa Persepsi kualitas, motivasi dan sikap konsumen pembelian berpengaruh positif baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel motivasi konsumen memiliki nilai hitung paling tinggi. Kata kunci : Persepsi kualitas, motivasi, sikap konsumen, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the workplace, employees can greatly affect the entire business performance. So, many business companies must provide a program that can increase the work quality of their employee, one of them is Employee Welfare. The objectives in this research is to know importance and performance of employee welfare program in PT.PLN. Results base on Importance Performance Analysis, which are: Health care, compensation, increase regular salary rankings, promotion position, and compensation retirement are located in quadrant I (high importance low performance), Leave and residential allowance for employees are located in quadrant II (high importance high performance), Absent work permit, aid for employee decease, aid for office accident, aid for damages goods and property are located in quadrant III (low importance low performance), Periodical basic salary increase, increase salary rank of devotion, substitute residential facilities, loan assistance home ownership, transportation allowance, and awards are located in quadrant IV (low importance high performance).   Keywords: Importance and Performance Analysis, Employee Welfare.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The term “employee turnover” is an important metric that is often central to organization’ workforce planning and strategy. The impact of turnover has received considerable attention by senior management, human resources professionals and industrial psychologists. It has proven to be one of the most costly and seemingly intractable human resource challenges confronting by several organizations globally. Organizations invest a lot on their employees in terms of induction and training, developing, maintaining and retaining them in their organization. The objective of this research is to identify the effect of job stress, workload, and work environment on employee turnover. In this research, the population refers to the employees of PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado with sample size as many as 50 respondents. The data are gathered from using questionnaires and used multiple regression analysis. Result showed that job stress, workload, and work environment have significant effect on employee turnover simultaneously and partially at PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penilaian kinerja keuangan sangat perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui prestasi atau keberhasilan suatu perusahaan atas berbagai aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam mendaya gunakan sumber keuangan yang tersedia. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis arus kas dalam menilai kinerja pada PT.Gudang Garam, Tbk. Selama tahun 2011-2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa Rasio. Rasio yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, rasio arus kas operasi, rasio cakupan kas terhadap bunga, rasio cakupan kas terhadap hutang lancar, rasio total hutang, rasio cakupan arus dana. Dari perhitungan menggunakan metode analisa Rasio diperoleh hasil yang kurang memuaskan Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kinerja PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Selang tahun 2011 sampai 2013 Memiliki kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik.   Kata Kunci :Arus Kas , Rasio ArusKas, Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

ABSTRACT There are some factors on consumer switching intention such as switching cost, time, and variety seeking. This research aims to analyze switching cost, time, and variety seeking on consumer switching intention at stalls and conveniance stores simultaneously or partialy, The respondents which were the customers who have experienced making shopping transaction at stall and convenience store. Samples were taken from 100 peopel. The analysis used is multiple linear regressions. The results showed switching cost significant influence on consumer switching intention simultaneously but not partialy, time and variety seeking are significant influence on consumer switching intention simultaneously and partialy. Variety seeking as the dominant influence compare with the other variables that influence on Consumer Switching Intention. Keywords: Switching Cost, Time, Variety Seeking, Switching Intention
