Abstract

The immediate objectives of this research study is to find out which criteria are the most influential in choosing a bank and to find out which bank is preferred by sustomers between BRI bank and BCA bank in Manado. Quantitative research was adapted as a method in this study and used a questionnaire as a flection of the method. The sample in this study were all customers of Bank BRI, and Bank BCA who had experience with the two banks. The questionnaire will be distributed using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) where this method can rank criteria and produces weights for each evaluation criterion according to pairwise comparisons of decisions of decision makers of the criteria, so that researchers get a good picture of using the criteria.

Abstract

To find out how the bank’s health conditions are valued using the RBBR Risk-Based Bank Rating method at PT. Bank SulutGo Manado. The Bank is the financial institutions that have a major role gather funds from the community in the form of savings and distributing the funds to the community in the form of credit with the purpose of improving the community standard of living. This research uses the factor Risk-Based Bank Rating, Factors risk profile, credit risk using the ratio of Net Performing Loan (NPL), market risk by using a ratio Interest Rate Risk (IRR), and liquidity risk by using the ratio of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). This study shows that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) factors change in each period because the results of the calculation ratios that exist in these factors indicate developments in 2017 and 2018 in the healthy category means that the company is able to overcome the problems that occurred in previous years. Research on the factor risk profile shows that the bank owned by the local government has the average NPL 0,86%, IRR 205,4 %, LDR 101,09 %. The evaluation comprises ratio ROA and NIM shows the average bank rentabilitas belongs to the local government is very adequate for bank capital. The results of the assessment ratio of the CAR shows the entire predicated very healthy that indicates the bank is able to fulfill the obligation of providing the capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial ratios in particular the profitability ratio of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. In the present era more and more companies are emerging and also the competition is so strict, therefore the company must Increase the profit that can be able to compete. The research method used is the ratio of profitability. The profitability ratio is a ratio used to measure the company's ability to generate profit at a certain level of sales, Aser, and stock Capital The research results show that profitability can be said to be good when Profit that can be held annually in the company is able to achieve the target of the company itself. And the results obtained from the research of each indicator for five years from year 2014-2018 is as follows. Gross Profit Margin in the year 2014 of 59%, 2015 of 45%, 2016 amounted to 48%, 2017 for 54%, and 2018 for 56%. Operating Profit Margin in the year 2014 of 59%, 2015 of 45%, 2016 amounted to 48%, 2017 for 54%, and 2018 for 55%. Net Profit Margin in the year 2014 of 48%, 2015 of 36%, 2016 amounted to 38%, 2017 for 43%, and 2018 for 42%. Return on Assets in 2014 amounted to 3%, 2015 by 2%, 2016 by 2%, 2017 by 2%, and 2018 by 2%. Return on Equity in 2014 amounted to 18%, 2015 by 12%, 2016 by 13%, 2017 by 14%, and 2018 by 14%. It can be seen from the presentation of the five indicators can be said to be good, although the presentation that can be in the company in 2015 was decreased, but the company was able to increase back in the following years. It means the company is able to minimize the profit gained according to expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent the influence of classic markeing mix with variable product, price, place and promotion, on consumer satisfaction and the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction. The populations in this study were Grand Kawanua Manado Transmart Carrefour customers, amounting to 1920 people, while the number of samples was 100 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis. The resluts of the study indivate that there is an effect of marketing mix on consumer satisfaction, and service quality influencing consumer satisfaction. To maintain consumer satisfaction in the eara of very tight retail business competition, companies should continue to improve service quality to customers by paying attention to the elements of marketing mix such as determining reasonable and competitive prices, good product quality, and continuing promotion. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for other researchers, and for practitioners in developing retail business marketing strategles.

Abstract

The progress of the company was not the eye of the eye located on how much profit they were by, but it is also in human resources to form in a company to be established to be paranoid to be well eployess well based on justice or company policy considering humanity values, work achievement, education, and work experience.This research is aiming to know the Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Research that located at PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi Bitung. The sample taken was 112 people from a total 450 employees in the company. In this study are using simple statistics with a simple regression with the SPSS version 23.00 to test the significant connection between variables and to measure the glory of the influence that occurs on variation of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Based on the calculations of using the SPSS 23.00 software device that’s a variable Individual Characteristics of affects the employee performance variables which show that Work Environment received is not in accordance with the expectation and desires of employees, so that there is a coplaint for every employee in the company

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the analysis of sources and uses of working capital at PT. Blue Bird Tbk. The method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach to the analysis of financial statements. Data and data source is the annual report data from PT. Blue Bird Tbk. The results showed that: (1) Their role of the sources and uses of working capital as a whole, showing the level of effectiveness and efficiency is maintained so the security of the banking financial turnaround can work well and do not affect workers at the PT. Blue Bird Tbk, (2) development of the use of working capital PT. Blue Bird Tbk from years 2016-2017 corresponding financial statement analysis had experienced an increase in which the total assets to net working capital ratio shows the change of + 8,8% ; Current Liabilities to net working capital ratio shows changes + 1% and working capital turnover ratio shows the change of + 6,9%. Observing the development of resources and the use of working capital at PT. Blue Bird Tbk. Shows the rate of change increased (+), then it is suggested, that the company’s ,management constantly review, evaluate and assess reports of capital sources and uses of working capital so that it can ensure the performance of company’s service increasingly better in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing on purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Manado Town Square. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods and instruments used, namely questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The analysis used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents consisting of men and women of various ages and occupations. From the results of data analysis obtained the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.194, so that it can be interpreted that E-commerce has a very low influence on purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Manado Town Square outlets. The results of the simple linear regression analysis, a positive regression coefficients is obtained so it can be said that the direction of the influence E-Commerce variables on the purchasing decision variable positive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk by using a cash flow ratio analysis. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The data source used in this study is secondary data sources. The technique of collecting data using the documentation method is by retrieving data contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis tool used is the Operating Cash Flow Ratio (AKO), Operating Cash Flow Ratio to Total Debt (AKOTH), Cash Flow Ratio to Capital Expenditures (AKOPM) and Cash Flow Ratio to Net Income (AKOLB). The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk. based on the 2014-2017 operating cash flow ratio is not good because it is below the value 1. So that insurance companies are unable to pay current and total debt obligations through operating cash flows, difficulty financing their capital expenditure through operating cash flows, and the possibility that the company has not been able to pay dividends to customers using operating cash flows. PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk must increase company revenue and reduce excessive investment expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the experiential effect of marketing on customer loyalty at Strawberry D'Mooat Gardens. Experiential Marketing is a marketing approach that involves the emotions and feelings of consumers by creating positive experiences. Customer loyalty is a reliable measure to predict sales growth and customer loyalty can also be defined based on constitutional buying behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 50 respondents who are customers of Strawberry D’Mooat Gardens who have visited more than twice. The sampling technique in this study is to use Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is a simple linear analysis method which includes validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test and analytical test of the coefficient of determination. It can be seen from the results of testing statistically it can be seen clearly that the independent variable Experiential Marketing affects the dependent variable Customer Loyalty. Based on the results of the study, it shows that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This shows that experiential marketing is one of the determinants of Customer Loyalty because good experiential marketing will create and maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; the effect of variable display on impulse buying on Transmart Bahu-Manado.; to determine how much influence the display has on the behavior of impulse buying on Transmart Bahu-Manado. Consumer behavior is an action that is directly involved in acquiring, consuming, and spending, a product or service, including the process of decision that precedes and follows this action. Impulse buying is a purchase that is not planned in advance or is a spontaneous purchase, impulse buying occurs when consumers suddenly experience a strong and strong desire to buy something as soon as possible, spontaneously, reflex, sudden and automatic. Data obtained from questionnaires. The samples in this study were 97 respondents taken from the Accidental Sampling method. The analysis technique used simple regression technique and coefficient of determination (R square). The results of the study show that: display variables have a significant effect on impulse buying. It is expected that Transmart Bahu-Manado can maintain and even improve the arrangement of its products.
