Abstract

Initiatives to develop IT projects in the education sector have shown significant potential to improve the quality of learning in Indonesia. Effective IT project management is crucial to the progress of this IT project. Nevertheless, the study reveals that from 2017 to 2021, there were obstacles in the form of a relatively high number of project failures (61%), and only 18% of information technology initiatives were successful. This study is designed to assist organizations in identifying and managing critical factors in their organizational culture to achieve success in IT project management as part of their efforts to achieve national technological resilience. The respondents in this study were lecturers and education personnel at universities in Indonesia who met specific criteria, including their involvement in information technology initiatives at their institutions. This investigation employed a convenience sampling method in conjunction with a non-probability sampling technique. According to the analysis, the success of information technology project management was significantly enhanced by organizational culture, which encompassed communication, awards and incentives, learning, and cooperation. The study's findings can assist Indonesian firms in recognizing and controlling key elements of their organizational culture that contribute to the success of IT project management inside their establishments, hence enhancing Indonesia's technological resilience as a whole.

Abstract

An expert system is used to replicate the knowledge and reasoning of an expert to assist in decision-making, diagnosis, prediction, and problem-solving in a specific field. Expert systems have been applied across various domains, including healthcare, such as for diagnosing kidney diseases. In this case, the web-based expert system for kidney disease diagnosis is designed to help analyze symptoms and provide an initial diagnosis based on the knowledge and rules of an expert. The system is designed to be utilized by the public, allowing users to input their symptoms, after which the system will provide a diagnosis. It is expected that this expert system can help the public detect kidney disorders early by applying expert knowledge integrated within the system. Another benefit of this system is that it makes it easier for users to perform self-diagnosis and detect potential kidney issues early based on the symptoms they experience. This expert system is developed using the forward chaining method, leveraging the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Forward chaining is a reasoning technique that starts by using available facts and then progresses through relevant premises to reach a conclusion. The use of this method ensures a systematic and accurate reasoning process for generating diagnoses or decisions based on the input information. Testing of the application shows that the developed expert system has successfully met expectations in helping the public accurately and easily identify kidney diseases. Additionally, the application of forward chaining allows the system to provide precise diagnoses based on the symptoms entered by the user, improving the ease of access to health information efficiently.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi (mobile apps) sangat penting bagi UMKM ,penggunaan sistem informasi membuat proses lebih efisien. Banyak usaha kecil, menengah dan mikro yang masih menggunakan secara manual untuk mengolah data menggunakan buku tulis, yang tentunya tidak efisien .Kemajuan teknologi, khususnya internet dan perangkat mobile, telah mengubah cara berbisnis .Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang mengadopsi teknologi baru dapat meningkatkan proses bisnis mereka, menjual produk dan layanan mereka secara digital, dan mendapatkan akses yang lebih luas dan cepat terhadap informasi pasar. berdasarkan data yang dihimpun oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Palembang, per Desember 2022 terdapat 80.903 unit usaha UMKM yang ada di Kota Palembang, berdasarkan jumlah UMKM yang relatif banyak dan terus bertambah setiap tahunnya menunjukan permasalahan seperti belum memanfatkan media teknologi informasi khususnya mobile untuk membantu meningkatkan pemasaran produk UMKM dan meningkatkan penjualan produk , pada penilitian ini menggunakan metode metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory , grounded theory adalah analisis metodis penelitian data dan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi wawancara, observasi, protokol, partisipasi, keterlibatan langsung, dan seterusnya

Abstract

Clustering merupakan sebuah topik yang menarik dan banyak dibahas oleh peneliti. Penerapan metode-metode dalam clustering telah banyak menyelesaikan permasalahan di dunia nyata. Di sisi lain, ketuntasan belajar matematika masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan besar di dunia pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan menengah. Berbagai entitas dan variabel mempengaruhi ketuntasan dalam belajar sesorang siswa. Clustering merupakan upaya untuk mengelompokkan berbagai objek sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang memiliki karakteristik kedekatan. Metode Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) merupakan salah satu metode clustering yang tergolong baik dan banyak diterapkan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan. Pada penelitian ini AHC diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan klasterisasi faktor yang menyebabkan ketidaktuntasan belajar matematika. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 19 faktor penyebab, maka dapat diklaster menjadi 4 kelompok besar, yaitu (1) Kualitas Pengajaran dan Bimbingan Guru, (2) Minat dan Motivasi Siswa, (3) Pemahaman Materi, dan (4) Keterlibatan dan Lingkungan Kelas. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Metode AHC dapat melakukan klasterisasi faktor penyebab ketidaktuntasan siswa dalam belajar matematika dengan baik.

Abstract

Annually, the banking sector consistently undergoes substantial expansion, as demonstrated by the escalating quantity of banks. Nevertheless, this expansion has led to escalating rivalry among banks as they strive to offer superior service to consumers, ultimately impacting customer migration across organizations. Customer churn, or attrition, substantially influences a company's financial performance. Hence, it is crucial to discern the conduct of clients who can discontinue their association with the organization. Precise identification is essential to gather the necessary information for the organization to retain clients and decrease churn rates. An effective strategy for addressing this issue is categorizing client behaviour using historical data. The study utilized the Random Forest approach, employing a 90% training data and 10% testing data ratio. The hyperparameter tuning findings indicate that the optimal parameter combination for constructing a Random Forest model is 400 n_estimators and 40 max_depth. The Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Technique (SMOTE) mitigates data during categorization. The evaluation of the model demonstrates its exceptional performance in classifying imbalanced data, achieving an accuracy of 90.83%, precision of 89.29%, recall of 92.07%, and  f1-score of 90.66%.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perubahan di berbagai divisi kerja, termasuk perencanaan di TOPS, perusahaan produsen trafo. Ketergantungan pada alat konvensional seperti Excel dan WhatsApp menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dan seringnya perubahan deadline. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, TOPS membentuk tim untuk mengembangkan sistem supply-chain planning berbasis web menggunakan Laravel dan Vue.js. Dengan metode Agile Scrum, sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, dan MySQL. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem berfungsi baik dan diterima dengan tingkat kepuasan 85,73%. Sistem ini terbukti efektif dalam membantu tim mengelola bahan baku dan penjadwalan produksi lebih efisien, memenuhi tujuan digitalisasi perencanaan di TOPS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan algoritma Caesar Cipher dalam meningkatkan keamanan data pada sistem kasir restoran berbasis web. Proses enkripsi dan dekripsi dilakukan dengan metode sederhana, yaitu menggeser huruf berdasarkan kunci tertentu. Algoritma ini diterapkan untuk mengenkripsi kata sandi pengguna sebelum disimpan di dalam basis data, memberikan lapisan keamanan tambahan. Namun, algoritma ini memiliki keterbatasan karena rentan terhadap serangan brute force dan analisis frekuensi akibat jumlah kunci yang terbatas. Penelitian ini mengilustrasikan penerapan Caesar Cipher dalam melindungi data pengguna, sekaligus mengidentifikasi kelemahan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma ini lebih cocok digunakan pada aplikasi dengan kebutuhan keamanan rendah. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya menggunakan algoritma yang lebih kuat, seperti AES atau metode hashing bcrypt dan SHA-256, untuk melindungi data secara lebih efektif. Temuan ini juga membuka peluang untuk mengombinasikan Caesar Cipher dengan metode enkripsi lainnya sebagai langkah inovatif dalam meningkatkan keamanan sistem informasi di masa depan.

Abstract

Chatbot berbasis kecerdasan buatan atau artificial intelligence (AI) telah menjadi salah satu teknologi inovatif yang semakin banyak digunakan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Teknologi ini menawarkan kemudahan akses, interaktivitas, dan efisiensi dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan penggunaan chatbot AI oleh mahasiswa sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan literatur review digunakan dengan mengacu pada berbagai artikel ilmiah dari tahun 2019 hingga 2024, yang relevan dengan topik chatbot AI dan pembelajaran. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2) dan expectation confirmation model (ECM), yang dilengkapi dengan variabel tambahan seperti trust dan perceived risk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor seperti performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, social influence, perceived usefulness, trust, perceived risk, confirmation, dan satisfaction memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat keberlanjutan penggunaan chatbot AI. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengembang teknologi dan pendidik untuk merancang chatbot yang lebih adaptif, responsif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa modern. Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi has been implementing the INLISLite library information system for seven years. However, there has not been a comprehensive evaluation of the level of success of this system. This study aims to measure the level of user acceptance of the INLISLite library information system and the factors that influence it, using the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model. The variables used in the UTAUT model include performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. This study also considers the moderating effect of gender and age. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 285 respondents, consisting of teachers, students, and staff of SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Data analysis was carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) techniques through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that effort expectancy and facilitating conditions significantly influence the acceptance of INLISLite users. However, performance expectancy and social influence do not have a significant effect. Gender and age do not moderate the relationship between variables in the UTAUT model

Abstract

A well-prepared abstract enables the reader to identify the basic content of a document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus to decide whether to read the document in its entirety. The Abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, provide a clear statement of the problem, the proposed approach or solution, and point out major findings and conclusions. The Abstract should be 150 to 300 words in length. The abstract should be written in the past tense. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited. The keyword list provides the opportunity to add keywords, used by the indexing and abstracting services, in addition to those already present in the title. Judicious use of keywords may increase the ease with which interested parties can locate our article. Recommender systems play a crucial role in e-commerce by providing relevant product suggestions based on user preferences. One approach that can be used to enhance recommendation quality is fuzzy logic, which enables the system to handle uncertainty in decision-making. This paper proposes the implementation of a product recommendation system on the Shopee e-commerce platform using fuzzy logic, considering three main factors: price, rating, and product popularity. Based on testing and evaluation, the fuzzy logic-based system demonstrates higher accuracy compared to other methods such as collaborative filtering and content-based filtering. The system successfully provides more flexible and relevant recommendations for Shopee users, enhancing their shopping experience.
