Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, competence and work discipline on employee performance at the Development Administration Bureau, Procurement of Goods and Services, Regional Secretariat of Riau Province in Pekanbaru. This study took place at the Development Administration Bureau, Procurement of Goods and Services, Regional Secretariat of Riau Pekanbaru Province, with a total of 92 respondents. In this study consists of four variables. These variables are Leadership (X1), Competence (X2), Discipline (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). Methods of data analysis using Descriptive Analysis and Quantitative Analysis with Multiple Regression analysis tools, with the help of using a statistical application, namely SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that: 1) Leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. 2) Competence positively influences Employee Performance. 3) Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. 4) Leadership, competence and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Competence, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of student activity in the organization, learning motivation and commitment to student achievement both partially and simultaneously.  The research population is all students of the 2017 and 2018 Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau who actively participate in the organization as many as 218 people. Determination of the sample used the Slovin formula, so that the samples taken were 68 students. The results of  the study stated that the activeness of students in organizations, learning motivation and learning commitment partially and simultaneously affected learning achievement. The magnitude of the influence of student activeness in organizations, learning motivation and learning commitment to learning achievement is 0.831 or 83.10%. Keywords : Student Activeness in Organizations, Learning Motivation, Commitment, and Learning Achievement

Abstract

 This research aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, intellectual capital, and enterprise risk management disclosure, of firm value. The population in this research is on property, real estate, and building construction  companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (idx) in 2018-2020 consist of 65 companiest. The sample in this research used purposive sampling method so sample total is 40 companiest. Hypothesis analysis used in this variable is using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the capital structure, intellectual capital and   enterprise risk management disclosure does affect of firm value Keywords : Firm Value, Capital Structure, Intellectual Capital, and Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Enterprise risk management on firm value. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. The sample in this study is a Miscellaneous Industry Sector Manufacturing Company listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period and uses a non-probability sampling method with Purposive sampling technique where sampling is limited to those that can provide the desired information. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25.00. The statistical results in this study indicate that the ERM disclosure variable has an effect on firm value. Keywords:Enterprise Risk Management, Firm Value

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Product, Price and Process on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were consumers of Djoeragan's martabak who had bought Djoeragan's martabak through the Gofood application in Pekanbaru. The number of samples taken in the study were 115 respondents. The data used in this study is primary from the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis tool used for hypothesis testing is path analysis with the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) approach vertion 25. The results of this study state that: 1) Products have a significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; 3) The process has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; 4) Products have a significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions; 5) Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions; 6) The process has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions; 7) purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction Keywords: Product, Price, Process, Customer Satisfaction, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment, motivation and compensation on employee job satisfaction at the Special Development Institute for Class II Children Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at Correctional Street Number 004, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City 28264. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. with data sources used primary and secondary. Primary data is data collected through questionnaires and interviews as instruments to prove research results, and secondary data is results obtained from books, journals and the internet. The population in this study amounted to 59 people, and the sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling or census. To test the hypothesis in this study, namely using the instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression testing using the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Pekanbaru Class II Special Children Development Institute, motivation has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of the Pekanbaru Class II Special Children Development Institute employees, compensation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction of the Pekanbaru Class II Special Children Development Institute and from the results of the research conducted, simultaneous multiple linear regression tests show that the variables l work environment, motivation and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Special Development Institute for Class II Children Pekanbaru. Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Compensation, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Trust have on the Decision to Use of students in Pekanbaru City. Primary data was collected with a questionnaire as an instrument and structured interviews were used as a complement in proving the research results. This study used 96 students in Pekanbaru City who used Cicil fintech with the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The method used is Explanatory Research using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and path analysis as a data testing flow and assisted by the SmartPLS application in terms of data processing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Social Media Marketing has a negative and not significant effect on the Decision to Use (2) Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use (3) Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use (4) Electronic Word of Mouth has a negative and not significant effect on Brand Trust (5) Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Trust (6) Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Decisions to Use through Brand Trust (7) Electronic Word of Mouth has a negative effect and not significant to the decision to use through Brand Trust. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, Decision To Use, Fintech.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on nurse performance. This research took place at the Bangun Purba Health Center, Rokan Hulu Regency. In this study consists of four variables. These variables are Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Nurse Performance (Y). The data analysis method uses the Quantitative Descriptive method with the Multiple Regression analysis tool, with the help of using a statistical application, namely SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that: 1) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Nurse Performance. 2) Work motivation has a significant effect on nurse performance. 3) Work Discipline and Work Motivation together have a significant effect on Nurse Performance Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Nurse Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Profit Sharing Ratio, BI Rate, and Inflation on Musyarakah  Financing at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2010-2021. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data using multiple linear regression analysis with the simple least squares method (Ordinary Least Square/OLS). The results of the study show that the profit sharing ratio has an effect on musyarakah  financing, while the BI Rate and Inflation have no effect on musyarakah  financing at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2010-2021 Keywords: Profit Sharing Ratio, BI Rate, Inflation, Musyarakah  Financing

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Ease of Use and Trust on Repurchase Intentions Through Purchase Decisions at Tokopedia in Generation Z in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study is the z generation of Tokopedia marketplace users in the last six months in Pekanbaru City. This study consists of four variables, including Ease of Use (X1), Trust (X2), Purchase Decision (Y) and Repurchase Intention (Z). The sample in this study amounted to 100 samples using the Purposive Sampling method. The method of analysis in this study uses path analysis (Path Analysis) with data processing using SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science). Based on the hypothesis testing conducted, the results showed that (1) Ease of use has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; (2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; (3) Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention; (4) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention; (5) Purchase Decision has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention; (6) Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest through Purchasing Decisions; (7) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest through Purchasing Decisions Keywords: Ease of Use, Trust, Purchase Decision, Repurchase Intention
