Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Supervision and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction of Paramedics at Az–Zahra Hospital, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study were all employees working at Az-Zahra Hospital Ujungbatu, totaling 78 people. In this study, the sample used was 30 samples of paramedical employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling method. The primary data in this study were obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires to prove the research results. The hypothesis testing in this study was using multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that: 1) partial job supervision had a significant effect on paramedics' job satisfaction in hospitals, 2) partial work stress had no significant effect on paramedics' job satisfaction in hospitals, 3) supervision and work stress had a joint effect significant effect on paramedic job satisfaction. Keywords: Supervision, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at the Parsley Kitchen Restaurant in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is quantitative with primary data types in the form of questionnaires and path diagram analysis techniques or path tests. The results of this study indicate that service quality influences customer satisfaction at the Parsley Kitchen Restaurant in Pekanbaru City. Customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty satisfaction in the Parsley Kitchen Restaurant in Pekanbaru City. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of environmental performance , green accounting and firm size on financial performance (empirical study on companies listed on indonesia stock exchange and following PROPER year 2020 and 2021)". This research is a quantitative study using secondary data observed from the company's annual report. The population in this study is the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and following PROPER  year 2020-2021. The sample in this study were 33 companies with a total sampel is 66 data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate environmental performance, green accounting and firm size has no effect on financial performance because the value of thitung<ttabel with a significance value of >0.05. Keywords: Environmental Performance (PROPER), Green Accounting, Firm Size And Financial Performance (ROA).

Abstract

The research was carried out at village owned enterprises (BUMDes) which are included in the basic clasification in kuantan singingi regency.. the purpose of conducting this research is.1) that influence the  influence of knowledge that on performance of BUMDes managers 2)  that  influence the skills that on performance of BUMDes managers 3) to influence the influence of attitudes on the performance of BUMDes managers on Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sample in this research were BUMDes managers which included a basic classification of 165 BUMDes with a total of 255 managers.The independent variables in this study are knowledge, skills and work attitudes, while the dependent variable is the manager's performance. The sample analysis method used is descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis is validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing using Warp PLS program 0.7The results showed that 1) Knowledge variable (X1) has an effect but not significant on performance (Y) because its significance value was 0.06. This value is greater than the alpha value of 0.05.2) Skills (X2) and Work Attitude (X3) variables have a significant  on performance (Y) because the significance value is <0.01. the value are smaller than the alpha value of 0.05; 3) Of the two independent variables that have a significant effect, the Skills variable (X2) is the independent variables owned as the clear influence on performance  (Y) because it has the largest path coefficient value, ie 0.22; Keywords: Knowledge, skills, work attitude and manager performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect nurse performanceat Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. The population in this study were all nurses at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci with a total of 76 employees. The sampling technique method uses a saturated sample method, namely as many as 76 respondents. Technical analysis for test hypothesis that used in this study are double regression. using descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis to produce classical assumption tests, data analysis models, coefficient of determination and prove hypotheses. The of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses, the work enviroment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses and work stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses. Work motivation, work environment and work stress simultaneously affect the performance of nurses. Keywords: Work Motivation; Work Environment; Work Stress;  Performance

Abstract

 Currently, both as a traded good and as a beverage to be consumed, coffee has gained popularity among Indonesians. In addition to coffee, the location where it is sold, or the coffee shop, is also noteworthy. These days, both as a place to drink coffee and as a place to hang out, coffee and coffee shops have become popular. This means that a coffee shop's value is now determined not only by the caliber of the coffee it serves, but also by the extent to which the owner is able to engage and engage the senses of the customer through a pleasant environment, feelings, and service. Experiential marketing refers to experiences that appeal to the senses. While the Servicescape refers to the physical environment, which includes services for both interior and exterior facilities. This will be able to manipulate consumer behavior to feel comfortable and satisfied by giving customers a satisfying experience through service and pampering them in a nice physical environment. Feelings of customer satisfaction will encourage them to return and make additional purchases. 130 Pekanbaru City citizens were used in this study as respondents. According to the study's findings, Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Repurchase are positively and significantly impacted by the Experiential Marketing and Servicescape variables. Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the e-Service Quality provided by Shopee and to find out which Shopee service attributes need to be prioritized to improve and meet customer satisfaction. The variables used in this study are the dimensions of e-Service Quality, which consist of; efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contacts. The method chosen in this research is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, the e-Service Quality method, and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research was conducted on Shopee users who live in Pekanbaru City, with a total sample of 120 respondents using a purposive sampling method. Testing and data processing was carried out with the help of SPSS 21 and Ms. Excel. The results showed that the overall Shopee customer satisfaction index in Pekanbaru City based on the CSI calculation was "satisfied" with a value of 72.97%. Based on the overall e-Servqual calculation -0.32, which means that the service quality from Shopee as a whole is not maximized. Based on the results of the IPA calculation, 3 attributes need to be prioritized for improvement or improvement (quadrant I). 10 attributes that need to be maintained (quadrant II), 10 attributes that have low priority by the user (quadrant III), and 1 attribute that can be removed (quadrant IV). Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, e-Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of the Store Store atmosphere and influencer marketing on brand awareness and purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who have purchased Street Boba brand beverage products in the city of Pekanbaru whose numbers are unknown with certainty. Primary data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the research or hypothesis submitted. The sample used amounted to 120 respondents, determining the sample using a non -probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling procedure. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that uses a path analysis data processing method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 23. The results of the study showed that, Store Atmosphere and Influencer Marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Store atmosphere and influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere and influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand awareness.Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Influencer Marketing, Brand Awareness, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, job insecurity  and work discipline on the turnover intention of outsourcing employees at PT. Tiga Jangkar Utama. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The population in this study were outsourced employees of  PT. Tiga Jangkar Utama with a sample of  99 employees. While the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 tools.Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that simultaneously organizational commitment, job insecurity  and work discipline had a significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity  has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. And work discipline has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. With a coefficient of determination of 0.634 which means organizational commitment, job insecurity  and work discipline have an influence of 63,4% on the Turnover intention of outsourcing employees, while the remaining 36.6% describes other independent variables not observed in this study. Keywords: Organizational commitment, job insecurity , work discipline and turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on satisfaction then the work environment on work productivity, the influence of work environment on productivity through job satisfaction and the effect of satisfaction on work productivity. The population in this study were 96 employees of PT Masuba Citra Mandiri Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau. The sample in this study was 96 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM, using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment influence satisfaction. The work environment influence work productivity. Work environment influence work productivity through satisfaction. Satisfaction affects work productivity. Keywords: Work Environment, Team Cooperation, Satisfaction and Productivity
