Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of r&d investment and growth opportunities on financial performance and environmental disclosure as intervening variables in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period and selected based on criteria so that 44 companies were obtained. Secondary data was collected using documentation techniques by collecting data on r&d investment, growth opportunities, financial performance and environmental disclosure during the research period in the annual report published on the IDX. The results of the study show that R&D Investment has a positive and significant effect on Environmental disclosure; Growth opportunity has a positive and significant effect on Environmental disclosure; R&D Investment has a negative but not significant effect on Financial Performance Growth opportunity has a negative but not significant effect on Financial Performance Environmental disclosure has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance; R&D Investment has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance with Intervening Environmental disclosure; Growth opportunity has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance with Intervening Environmental Disclosure.Keywords: r&d investment, growth oppurtunity, firm peformance, environmental disclosure

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of online consumer review and product quality on brand image and the decision to buy Creamatte Emina in Pekanbaru City. The population of this study is a community in Pekanbaru City who have watched online consumer reviews and have bought Emina Creamatte products. The primary data in the study was obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires as instruments to prove the results of the study as well as to test the proposed hypothesis. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method using Warp-PLS software version 6.0. Sampling using the technique of Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling procedure by sampling as many as 170 respondents. The results of this study showed that online consumer review and product quality had a positive and significant effect on brand image and purchasing decisions on emina creamatte products in Pekanbaru City.Keywords : Online consumer review, product quality, brand image, purchasing decision, Creamatte Emina.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Sharia Supervision Board, Audit Committee, Managerial Ownership and Constitutional Ownership on Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) in 2015-2019. The population in this study were all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia amounting to 14 units of Islamic commercial banks based on data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The sample amounting to 11 companies in 2015-2019, so that the research data analyzed amounted to 55. The data analysis technique using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that (1) The Sharia Supervisory Board has an effect on the disclosure of ISR. (2) The Audit Committee has an effect on the disclosure of ISR. (3) Managerial Ownership has an effect on ISR disclosure. Abstract

Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and Work Stress are one of the problems that frequently occur in employees that can interfere with work productivity with this phenomenon, this study aims to describe the level of risk of musculoskeletal system complaints and an overview of the level of work-related stress in employees in the production department. PT Tirta Sari Surya Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study included all employees of the production division in 2020 who work at PT Tirta Sari Surya Indragiri Hulu, which has 374 employees, the sample calculation is carried out employing the Slovin technique on as many as 80 respondents. Data were collected using a standardized and valid questionnaire. The method used to affect the level of complaints of the musculoskeletal system represent the Nordic Body Map method. The method of assessing the level of work stress is the scoring method and the stress research questionnaire from the Health and Safety Executive with 5 Likert scales. The results indicated that from 80 respondents, and it was portrayed that: 1) the level of risk of musculoskeletal system complaints was 30 respondents (37.5%) in the moderate risk category, 46 respondents (60%) in the high-risk category and 2 respondents (2.5%) in the very high-risk category. The highest risk level for musculoskeletal system complaints is in the high risk category, so immediate corrective action is needed from the company and employees. The results of the Nodic Body Map questionnaire show the category of complaints of mild pain in the elbows and thighs. The category of complaints is cramp in the neck, shoulders, superior arms, waist, hips, forearms, and wrists. The category of complaints is terribly sick in the back of the body. 2) the level of work stress risk as many as 6 respondents (7.5%) in the moderate stress risk category and 74 respondents (92.5%) in the high stress risk category. The level of work stress is dominated by the high risk category, so immediate corrective action is needed from the company and employees.Keywords: Musculoskeletal System Complaints, Work Stress, Nordic Body Map, Health and Safety Executive

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence and its influence on the performance of employess of the hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study includes all employees in Hotel amounting to 50 people. And primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis with of SPSS. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method (50 employees of the Hotel Kuantan Singingi Regency). The results showed that: 1) knowlegde has a positive and significant influence of Knowledge on the performance of employees in the Hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency, 2) Skills has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency, 3) Ability has a positive and significant effect. significant towards the employee performance of the Hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency, 4) Knowledge, skills, and abilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency.Keywords : Knowledge, Ability, Skills, dan Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, asset structure, and profitability on capital structure and examine the effect of firm size in moderating liquidity asset structure and profitability on capital structure 2015-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. There were 43 conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. Conventional commercial banks that meet the research sample criteria are 10 companies. With an observation period of 5 years for a sample 50. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, the partial regression test (t test) shows that the profitability variable has a significant negative effect on the capital structure. Meanwhile, the liquidity and asset structure variables have no effect on the capital structure. The MRA test conducted with moderating variables shows that the liquidity variable moderated by firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure. And the asset structure variable moderated by firm size has a significant negative effect on capital structure. While the profitability variable moderated by firm size has no effect on the capital structure.Keywords: liquidity, asset structure, profitability, capital structure, firm size

Abstract

This study This research aims to determine the prospects for soy milk as a home industry for soy milk in Kampar Regency and to examine the problems or obstacles faced in running a soy milk business in Kampar Regency. The population in this study are all business actors who sell and produce soy milk in Kampar Regency. There are 5 business actors. The method used in this study uses a feasibility test, to conduct a review of the feasibility aspects that examine financial and non-financial aspects. In the non-financial aspect through a review of the market aspect, as well as the financial aspect through a review of financial feasibility by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The results of this study indicate that the non-financial aspects reviewed in the home industry of soy milk in Kampar Regency have prospects and are feasible to be developed, as well as assessing the financial aspects through feasibility calculations showing NPV = 52,327,985 > 0, the value of B/C Ratio 2, 31 > 1, IRR 56.83% > 12% and PP value for 1 year 6 months. From these calculations, it can be seen that the soy milk industry in Kampar Regency has prospects and is feasible to be developed. .Keywords: Prospect, Feasibility Study and soy milk

Abstract

This research was conducted at HOTEL INNA PARAPAT. The puspose of the study was determine The Effect Of Compensation and non-physical work environment partially or simultaneously on Job Spirit employee. This reseacrh was conducted using the cencus method on 94 employees who were sampled. The research variables used are compensation and non-physical work environment as independent variables and Job Sipit employee as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The result of this study conclude that the variables of compensation and non-physical work environment partially or simultan have a significant effect on job spirit employee, the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2 ) is 0,625, meaning that the percentage of the influence of compensation and non-physical work environment on job spirit employee is by 62,5%. While the remaining 37,5% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.Keyword : Job Spirit, Compensation, Non-Physical Work Environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan. The population in this study includes all employees of the financial administration and HR/General administration at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, totaling 37 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the saturated sampling technique (37 employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan). The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect and cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, 2) there is a negative and significant influence of work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, 3) there is a negative and significant influence of cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

his research was conducted at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work spirit, and work discipline on the performance of nurses at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital in Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all nurses at the Eria Bunda Hospital for Mothers and Children, amounting to 130 people. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique (census), which makes all members of the population a sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study conclude that: 1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital, 2) work spirit has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital, 3) work discipline has a positive effect and significantly on the performance of nurses at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital, 4) work environment, work spirit, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Spirit, Work Discipline, Performance
